@virginmedia is there a problem with phone lines as been trying for one & half hoours to get through to speak to a person also if i press 1 it sends me text telling me to go online i want to cancel my contract so need to speak to a person

@virginmedia I’ve tried that and been told it’s at least a 48 hr wait and if I reconnect today it will be on a new contract at 56 pounds a month or 38 as a new customer , I’ve checked my notes and I was told I would be in service till 11/05 , do you know different
