    @virginmedia hi TV box & Router switched off and rebooted minutes later, No broadband since. Got live TV but catch up etc not working. EH54 5HR. Used online help wasn't working, but is now saying network error. Can you confirm problem I've rebooted router etc. Thanks

    @virginmedia once again, on day 2 of Burgin Medias incompetence it would seem that lack of competence has surfaced its ugly head again and my complaint has been registered in a non active account that I have no way of accessing so therefore been told NO ONE AT VIRGIN can help

    @virginmedia shocking customer service. On hold for 40 minutes, dreadful line to South Africa. Previous 30 minutes spent making a complaint which will take 28 days to register. 16 years with Virgin, who disregard customer loyalty. HELP is what I want!

    @Artemisapphire @Twitter IP Address will narrow you down. It won't know exactly where you are, but it will know where you are accessing the internet from. I'm in Newtownabbey in Belfast if location is turned off. For a while I was somewhere in North Cornwall because Virgin Media went mad.
