    @virginmedia They may have the same training but they do not have the same capability to make decisions. I don’t care where they are based but only UK based departments can help getting this installed. How can @Ofcom allow you to charge premium numbers just to get in touch it’s been 10 weeks!

    @virginmedia once again, on day 2 of Burgin Medias incompetence it would seem that lack of competence has surfaced its ugly head again and my complaint has been registered in a non active account that I have no way of accessing so therefore been told NO ONE AT VIRGIN can help

    @virginmedia They said they would sort it and call me today. I had a phone all to the house phone at 11pm waking up my mrs that asked me to text back which I couldn’t do so no idea what that meant. They have all disappeared and I still have no update I have been promised resolution by Sat

    @virginmedia Charge us high amounts each month yet give crap service, even looks like your have taken down O2 along with you today. Like a few have said I think it's time you reduce everyone's bills each month till you can give a better service .
