    @virginmedia We’ve been having issues. Especially with the on demand service or anything we record. Constantly asking us to test the connection. I’ve switched everything off and back on again. Including modem and still getting the same error.

    @virginmedia any chance of some decent support for the fact I’m having issues with my Hub 4 based broadband your phone service has hung up and directed me to hub 3 based trouble shooting... not the service I expect for my money

    @virginmedia I have used the virgin service to run test on line - so much that I’m unable to for the rest of the day. This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

    @virginmedia so, been trying to get through to these guys for weeks. Can't get thru via phone, chat function on the app doesn't work, the website give options to upgrade or leave, can't remove services and you are directed to the number that u can't get through on 👎

    @virginmedia I’ve tried to speak with someone for weeks re issue with my email connection, your recordings provide a link to help online, but it is only suggestions of what might be wrong! I can’t access emails and now having bother with my WiFi. Customer service is shocking!!!!!

    @virginmedia Yes especially as she said she would be discussing things with us like a booster etc as we are eligible with 4 children home schooling ??. Also was going to discuss a router issue . So far things look ok and children aren’t complaining WiFi has gone down today which is good 1/2

    @virginmedia Exec team and any engineers who have attended. You can fix the fault so ive got to go elsewhere. I have not begun the process yet. Very disappointed that it has taken two months to be told there is nothing you can do. Thats £100 for a service that doesn't work.

    Trying to leave @virginmedia and could they make it any more difficult. Nearly an hour & when you eventually get through to someone (after a derisory £3.5 discount is offered by the automated service) all they want to talk about is how wonderful they are & how bad everyone else

    @virginmedia I wish to make a complaint. Your dial in service has prevented me from cancelling. I have been passed around the houses for over a week. On average I spend 3 hours on the phone
