This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

I don’t care where they are based but only UK based departments can help getting this installed. How can @Ofcom allow you to charge premium numbers just to get in touch it’s been 10 weeks!
