    @virginmedia once again, on day 2 of Burgin Medias incompetence it would seem that lack of competence has surfaced its ugly head again and my complaint has been registered in a non active account that I have no way of accessing so therefore been told NO ONE AT VIRGIN can help

    @virginmedia I would just like an engineer to come to my house next Saturday as early as possible and fix my hub3 thanks as I know it is not working properly as when I try to connect my phone on wifi the is no network name like wm8763213 for example

    @virginmedia hi TV box & Router switched off and rebooted minutes later, No broadband since. Got live TV but catch up etc not working. EH54 5HR. Used online help wasn't working, but is now saying network error. Can you confirm problem I've rebooted router etc. Thanks

    @virginmedia I most certainly will not be taking anything of issue to the council as my privately owned home is not council property, and your contractors dug into my private garden therefore it's your issue and if I cant resolve it here next step will be Daniel Potts

    @virginmedia @markgoldbridge @lawrence_bury Don't care, you're customer service is appalling. Twice been on hold for over an hour just to set up an account. We've had Virgin since October! December now. Mobile is virgin, what the hell... Can't get a decent signal in parts of my house never mind the rest of Scotland.

    @iPlutohs @virginmedia when I had virgin it had a problem exactly like yours but after a few days it got better and I mean a lot better than how it was suppose to be we didn't pay extra or anything it just got so much better at random

    @virginmedia No, unfortunately not. I’m told the outages are due to ongoing network issues in the area. However we have run diagnostics on the device & have determined that it is definitely a router issue. We lose connectivity across all devices at the same time & a reboot always restores it.

    @virginmedia Also contacting support is impossible as your response time confirms. I tried by phone and waited 40 minutes before giving up. That is not customer support 😡
