@virginmedia once again, on day 2 of Burgin Medias incompetence it would seem that lack of competence has surfaced its ugly head again and my complaint has been registered in a non active account that I have no way of accessing so therefore been told NO ONE AT VIRGIN can help

@virginmedia I have tried this several times, they tell me there are no faults, then they tell me cable works are being carried out and to reset the hub, which i have done! I shouldn't have to keep resetting the hub. The phone line is service I am paying for but unable to use.
