    @virginmedia hi TV box & Router switched off and rebooted minutes later, No broadband since. Got live TV but catch up etc not working. EH54 5HR. Used online help wasn't working, but is now saying network error. Can you confirm problem I've rebooted router etc. Thanks

    @virginmedia I dont need to supply I have the evidence in photographic form that the inside of my propert has been damaged by your firm, and I will track down the engineer in question who said himself it was put in wrong place and this I do have proof of from the neighbour in question who was

    Sorry folks for the very sudden end of stream, @virginmedia is doing works in my area and that means until 2024, every 4th of the month my inet will go down. Today and 2 days ago where exceptions to prepare for the works. Sorry folks!

    @virginmedia I would just like an engineer to come to my house next Saturday as early as possible and fix my hub3 thanks as I know it is not working properly as when I try to connect my phone on wifi the is no network name like wm8763213 for example

    @virginmedia disgraceful customer customer service from you. Trying to sort your mistake and being hung out out to dry. Prepare for cancellation. Almost 90 minutes on the phone and still being told to wait. Total disrespect for a long time customer. No more.

    @virginmedia once again, on day 2 of Burgin Medias incompetence it would seem that lack of competence has surfaced its ugly head again and my complaint has been registered in a non active account that I have no way of accessing so therefore been told NO ONE AT VIRGIN can help

    @virginmedia I've already seen it. You get a tenner if you have 2 lost days of service. We both know that intermittent loss - a minute on, a minute off, all day, for days on end - does not qualify. This isn't my first time at the rodeo, NL.

    Got @virginmedia telling me (after factory resets, new cables, multiple port tests) that only Virgin Media branded Ethernet cables work. All the other Ethernet cables are LIES! & they’re going to leave me swinging for another week before even talking to me about my actual issue.

    @virginmedia It’s constant. This is why I left last time. What’s the point in paying for fast internet speeds when you’re always down? Your service checker always says no issues. Which is clearly wrong.

    @virginmedia Thank you for being honest and telling us what the actual situation is. As deaf people, we are isolated most of the time and when situations like this happen when no one is telling us what the problem is, just compounds our isolation.

    @virginmedia Not much point in signing up for alerts in an area that I'm visiting. Since the merger I've had very poor signal and speed, it was far superior on Voda and EE prior to that.

    Hey @virginmedia - out in a town centre today - variously had 3G, 4G and 5G but regardless couldn’t place calls or send WhatsApp messages. Awful service. Never had this problem with @EE - they provided the best signal I’ve ever had. You’re even worse than @VodafoneUK

    mad because both @virginmedia and @O2 insist that MK has full coverage with no issues yet central milton keynes is the only spot in Europe i can't get signal, it's been an issue every day i've been here for nearly six months, clearly there is an issue with the 4G coverage here

    @virginmedia Good news- engineer turned up and was helpful! Bad news, it’s not sorted. Tv picture still pixelated. Problem with the external drop cable an engineer will apparently come in the next 2/3 days but I am no holding my breath… looking forward to me substantial compensation!
