This is why I turned to another website to check and see if there were others having same issue. Which they were. My router restarted itself 5 times in 1 hour. Not right! :/

I was out of contract and paid £104 for 2 months, new bill for same service is now £64, less than what I was paying in contract. After 12 months it goes up to £69.
