FFS @virginmedia please sort out your customer service. After finally getting through to change my package, I was put on hold again and transferred to another department. I hung up after 1 hour on hold!!! Think I’ll just cancel and take my business elsewhere

That’s me up to 7 days with broken broadband and WiFi, despite an engineer call out and numerous calls. Finally @virginmedia have agreed the hub is faulty. New one arrives on Tuesday. That’ll be 10 days. #whatapalaver

@virginmedia Now I have an engineer coming tomorrow. They way this has been handled is ridiculous. I lodged a complaint online, was told I’d get a response within 7 days. So patiently waiting. I want to speak to someone UK based with authority to sort this out for me.

@virginmedia I’ve had no services since Tuesday. Discovered this after CS closed Tuesday night, as I’m a nurse and work long hours. Contacted Wednesday, got attitude from a call handler, spoke to a manager who couldn’t help much. New router, self install, still nothing!

@SQRLTV @virginmedia I had this EXACT same conversation. They told me I was on a “legacy contract” and couldn’t change it. I even asked to drop my broadband to 100mb, lowest TV Package, and lowest phone. And they offered me £1 off for the £61 they wanted. New customer gets same deal for £42 😕
