    @virginmedia Unfortunately no. I've spoken to multiple agents all day and an engineer is scheduled for tomorrow. If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)

    @virginmedia They may have the same training but they do not have the same capability to make decisions. I donโ€™t care where they are based but only UK based departments can help getting this installed. How can @Ofcom allow you to charge premium numbers just to get in touch itโ€™s been 10 weeks!

    @virginmedia Now I have an engineer coming tomorrow. They way this has been handled is ridiculous. I lodged a complaint online, was told Iโ€™d get a response within 7 days. So patiently waiting. I want to speak to someone UK based with authority to sort this out for me.

    @virginmedia On nearly 20 minutes of being on hold. I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Not to mention a loss of service last week for whole area. Poor

    Received letter from @virginmedia saying my bill was going to DOUBLE from June. My services have not changed.ย An increase of over 100% is just ridiculous!ย Tried to call VM but after 30 mins of waiting in the call queue I gave up. guessing that lots of people are calling to cancel
