@virginmedia you're customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Over 2 hours in messages support I've waiting with no response other than being told 1 hour ago, my issue would be responded to in 10 minutes.

@virginmedia I’ve sent over 100 messages, unfortunately this is the level of service you are providing. I’ve checked the loss of service and it says it’s all up and running fine! Please don’t expect me to pay you for a service you can’t provide. I will be cancelling my direct debit with yous

@virginmedia ? We spoke to a colleague on the help desk. The phone and Internet now appears back up but it did this all day yesterday, sporadic connections.

@virginmedia Yesterday I reported a problem with my landlines and was kept on hold for over 40 minutes before giving up. I tried again later in the day ...this time for only 35 minutes to no avail. I am currently using my mobile phone but still holding.. now 30 minutes..help.

@virginmedia No known issue. We called (on mobile) and have a tech booked for Tuesday night!! Not good enough my wife is a key NHS worker and needs to phone patients and update over Internet. We now have neither so WFH impossible.

@virginmedia My landline is dead after a power cut this afternoon and the fault line says it is closed until 08:00 tomorrow. 12 hour delay to be able to report a fault? I thought there was an obligation to fix landline faults as soon as possible?
