At which point my issue is still going to exist and I’ll have to phone the awful call centre again to beg for an engineer.

It means when that is fixed and I still have my issue, I’ll have to start again to report then patiently wait till they can be bothered sending someone.

Mum is awaiting a call from the hospital & is concerned and stressed they won’t be able to get her as she hasn’t had use of the number she is has had since 1989 for over a week!!
