Without any shadow of a doubt @virginmedia you have by far the worst customer service available. Just called them for the problem with my box and as always it's awful and a real nightmare. My bills are far from being cheap yet you treat you customers like 💩💩 #nothappy 😤😤

@virginmedia can you please advise when you will have broadband available in Eh6, yesterday it went off at 10am for ‘improvements’… it should have been back at 6pm, yet it is still down as you now say ‘the issue is more complex’. This is day 2 where I unable to work from home

@Robwhitt07 @virginmedia I literally just moved back to Sky because virgin always went down, particularly during working hours and they never compensated me despite my requesting it. Sky has all the great shows unavailable everywhere else unless you're willing to pay. I say get rid!

@virginmedia I have not been able to access any Virgin Media broadband services - either my own or the local hotspot - since around 6pm. I have turned my router off and on again before you ask. Down Detector suggests a national problem with Virgin broadband.

@virginmedia It's about listening to the customer and applying common sense rather than dismissing them & going through a list of useless troubleshooting questions which end up being the same anyway.I have a box that is lit like a Xmas tree & reboots itself instead no.We go through the list.

@ofcom @virginmedia @MoneySavingExp changed to virgin media in November we have had significant disruption internet drops everyday inc twice total blackout. Currently no Internet or phone until Jan 4th. Virgin want £288 to leave and technicians don't turn up with no warning.

@virginmedia It's the same problem nearly every week. It's no good constantly apologising when the product never improves. You either make the red button work or withdraw it and refund your customers.
