@virginmedia Thanks - however under “if you don’t feel your complaint has been resolved” this again refers to speaking to a manager and if one isn’t available they will call you back. We were told it was not possible for managers to make outgoing calls! Which is correct?

Hey @virginmedia - we are not at all satisfied at the resolution from the complaints procedure and we will 100% not be renewing our contract with you. Shame you couldn’t do the right thing to resolve this issue - it would have resulted in a better long term outcome for you.

@virginmedia Hi it was just Sky movies on demand not working for one night in the end. We ended up watching something on All 4 via a Firestick rather then the film we were intending to watch as it was unavailable.

@virginmedia hello folks, I do now have a minor issue - my new Hub 3.0 has a flashing green power light and solid green WiFi light, this has been the case for a few hours now despite being told (in a text message) I had received a signal and all wires are firmly connected?

@virginmedia So we can’t easily escalate to a manager the way you first implied? We will raise a complaint which will now include the fact that customer service is inadequate while you work from home. This stress is not helpful while I am pregnant - this should have been easy to resolve

@virginmedia We can still phone up within 28 days apparently. Part of the issue was we couldn’t escalate the original call to a manager which is ridiculous. What’s the point of phoning again? It seems the only option available is to stop being a customer as soon as the contract is done.

Hi @virginmedia, how do I speak to an actual person at Virign Media about a fault with my Hub 3? When I call automated service says restart Hub then hangs up on me. This does not solve the problem.

@virginmedia Hi and no, it's been a pain. I've been told that I'd need to wait a total of 60 days to be considered a new customer 30 to give notice to leave and 30 waiting. Then trying to sell me things I told them I didn't want nor need, like another contract sim and TV.

Dear @virginmedia, I phoned yesterday, and after 35 minutes on hold, you hung up on me. Have now been on hold on your WhatsApp 'help' for nearly 22 hours. Your website's complaints section won't let me register a complaint either. No wonder you won't sign up to the Ombudsman.

@virginmedia I've cancelled now. You gave me an install date 3-4 weeks later then on the day itself you cancelled the install, giving me another day a month later, even though I'd cancelled my current internet provider. Ppl rely on internet to work. Disgraceful behaviour & horrendous service.
