@virginmedia now on my 11th call to sort this out in the last 3 weeks. Each time on the phone for over an hour and still no solution. How to I cancel everything if they refuse to do it and pass me through 5/6 call centres

@virginmedia hello folks, I do now have a minor issue - my new Hub 3.0 has a flashing green power light and solid green WiFi light, this has been the case for a few hours now despite being told (in a text message) I had received a signal and all wires are firmly connected?

@virginmedia your call centre is rude, they can’t understand simple English, round in circles, the line keeps buzzing out, I want to cancel but they will not put me through to anyone who can. They profess to be from every team everything I ask for help! Shocking how bad this is

@virginmedia Hi it was just Sky movies on demand not working for one night in the end. We ended up watching something on All 4 via a Firestick rather then the film we were intending to watch as it was unavailable.

@virginmedia I’ve just tried to use the instant messenger and the customer service advisor tells me he can find no trace of any notes on my account regarding the offer made on Saturday. I have a screen shot of the offer, made in your app, yet he says he can’t see it.

Hi @virginmedia, how do I speak to an actual person at Virign Media about a fault with my Hub 3? When I call automated service says restart Hub then hangs up on me. This does not solve the problem.

We sat down to watch Birds of Prey the new Harley Quinn film on Sky but @virginmedia on demand is broken for the whole weekend - how do I get a refund? It had already started on Sky linear so have had to record it and watch another day. Disappointing.

@deadstar37 @virginmedia The guys who do the installs are generally good but the minute you need to call them...goodluck! If you signed up for the 100mn 360 or 500mb (like we did) the ‘strange the line’ so it slows you speed so if you find it always slow ask for a ofcom 30 day speed test like me

@virginmedia Sure, no phone number seems to take him through to speak to an actual person, the numbers just ring. Surely you can pass the number on to a person who can actually bother to call, you are happy to take his money but can't be bothered to help him out with a simple phone call?

@virginmedia have tried contacting everyday, WiFi is going down everyday, meant to be working from home and can't even load a news article let alone my remote desktop, everytime you call its automated and then hangs up, sort it, what am I paying for? Sort it out.
