@virginmedia So today I have a new problem affecting my service. As it is a new problem I don’t get a refund as the service has not been down for over 24 hours. Your company relies on goodwill with its customers so play fair!

@virginmedia Hi there, I've rang the number and they say that they can't waive the £35 connection fee and when I asked if I could have an email confirming my connection issues they said that wasn't possible either.

I’m having real issues with my @virginmedia broadband. Is anyone else being affected by their service? It’s an intermittent fault and my broadband drops which is so frustrating when #workingfromhome I have to say that @virginmedia haven’t been helpful despite calling them often.

@virginmedia I had an engineer out today as landline has been down for 4 days not that I minded as never use the thing. I mentioned my WiFi speed to engineer and he told me we were running at 59mbps & I’m paying for 200mbps although kindly sorted it for me. Just saying 🤔

@virginmedia I have and a new hub is being sent out but that doesn't solve the problem of getting connected in the mean time. I'm an agency worker and paid by the hour so am losing income by not being able to get online. 1/2

@virginmedia 1.5 hours on the phone after speaking to a lady about my internet disconnecting she was then transferring me through to customer services to discuss my package and after being on hold for ages the music stopped then went silent for ages then the call was ended?? Poor

Great* service from @virginmedia for a 10yr customer - price hike, reneged on offered price, failure to deliver on given day, out of date hardware, multiple phone calls - no compensation. New customer - great prices, latest hardware and a free 4K TV. *Appalling

Day one with @skytv after 10 years with @virginmedia and they can’t even install it. Blamed on “HSE”. Frankly - the blame is on weak, unrealistic; non-dynamic HSE procedures. And the lack of information shared prior to installation. Cost of poor quality guys.

I changed to @virginmedia - got a new phone number that I haven’t given out to anyone yet am getting calls that hang up at 7.45am. Still waiting to see the 200mpbs I’m paying for and for the TV to stop freezing on pause of box sets. Maybe by Christmas? Super fast it isn’t!!

@virginmedia I've been suspended for 'exceeding a credit limit' that I didn't know I had. The exceeding was due to my partner calling her elderly father who has just been discharged from hospital and needs help and support taking his tablets, etc.
