    @virginmedia The connection drops at the router, and on all devices. Your chat function in the app is rubbish as they always say “you’ll need to phone” this you end up repeating yourself. Apparently there is no issues - there is! I’d leave u back to sky 2mrw if I wasn’t stuck in a contract!

    @virginmedia I think I’ve fixed it will let you know if it reoccurs seems to be to do with using Modem mode on the router has been a known issue for a while that you don’t seem to be willing or able to push out a fix for

    8 yrs with @virginmedia -numerous internet problems & no actual working phone for over 6 of those yrs, we finally decide to leave. After 30 mins on hold we’re told it will take a further 1hr on hold to get to the cancellation dept who will then require 30 days notice 😡 #rubbish

    Trying to not be pissy, but the results of the on-going issues of our Virgin Media account is $300 in calling fees as we've continued to need to use our cell phone, rather than the land line we're supposed to have. -_---------
