    @virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

    @virginmedia We have tried that route also...they weren’t any help either. Absolutely no one is willing to listen to us or the actual facts of what has happened to us. It would be good if someone could actually call us and try to help

    @virginmedia I switched over to you on the 31st December and had a speed issue very quickly and between online chat and two phone calls yesterday was told issue at street cabinet twice on phone chat says no issue. Bring back BT 😔

    @virginmedia Thanks but I've done all that. Website says 'no known issues' but the automated answer message says there are 'complex issues' that engineers are working on. We had an engineer booked yesterday but they called off saying it was fixed. It's not.

    @stevegoodman @bt_uk @virginmedia I’ve given up on VM they’ve been the only fibre in the area for years and their service has gone from ok to bad to worse. Working from home was proving challenging. Teams would always say poor network quality

    @virginmedia Yes but she wanted me to stay on the phone while she filled in a form despite me telling her I can’t as I should be working. She only seemed interested in closing the complaint without me being happy with the resolution

    @virginmedia We don’t have any issue in the area,your manager asked me to pay extra for a device to be sent to me to help with the network,why should I pay extra for a service I am paying for and not getting the value for my money.

    @virginmedia that's the number I called and didn't get through to anyone - just got the automated service that restarts the hub remotely and then hangs up. service status page shows all ok - which clearly it's not. is there a number that goes to a technical support with a real person?

    @virginmedia Raised this through web chat and was told that a new complaint would be raised and again I would receive a call back, but 10 minutes after ending the web chat I got an other email saying my complaint was resolved and closed.

    @virginmedia All very well, however it's a few times a week now. Whilst it may not be a contractual breach, it's pathetic service and customers do talk. I have contacted ofcom today because I cannot justify paying for such an unreliable service. Last few weeks it's got worse, no explanation.

    @virginmedia I’ve made a complaint. Lessons need to be learnt from this mistake. Fingers crossed my partner doesn’t fall ill anymore than she already is whilst I’m not home! 72hours for reconnecting for none payment of bill is one thing, VM mistake is another.
