    Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

    @virginmedia what is going on? No television or broadband from 550pm Thursday the 30th of June. Estimated fix was 3am 1st of July. Guess what? Still nothing. Now estimate is 12pm today. Aye thats no happening. What time will the service I'm paying for be back online?

    I've had rude calls with some staff, spent over £9 on calls to @TravelodgeUK to get this refunded for the charity, their customer service emailed saying that even though two of their staff & virgin media said I should get a refund that they are not going to refund. #badservice

    Got to say. Been a customer of @virginmedia since Dec 10th 1999. First problem I've ever had this week, and service, ability to contact and understanding of my problem is absolutely woeful. Luckily still in cooling off period for new deal. Dreadful.

    @virginmedia It’s looks for my username, not my email, and can’t get my username without the area code as previously mentioned- literally making it impossible for a customer to get anywhere. The tv and WiFi service has been dreadful in recent months and now I can’t even log in

    @virginmedia It would take too long to type. We have had numerous calls to virgin media. We have had two engineer visits. We have had a new router. We feel badly let down. I can’t get WiFi this morning. Im on 4g in my home next to a router with an M600 capability.

    @virginmedia I have checked the connections..all securely fixed and no damaged cables. Rebooted the router and it does fix for a short time and then the green lights appear on the router trying to re connect...
