    @virginmedia you have taken £162 out my account without my permission ...... that is stealing . I spoke to a girl today and told me yes it was virgins mistake but she can’t return the money I told her I wanted to cancel and she said it would cost me £490 .... this is wrong

    @virginmedia I pre-ordered broadband with TV before moving in and the connection does not work. Call centre helpless! Cannot send engineer!! How frustrating and stupid.

    @virginmedia And that sums up why you are so appalling at customer service. You can’t talk directly to those who coordinate your repair teams in the field and you can’t call your customers - and you are a communications company!! Suggest you start to learn from companies who do this well.

    @virginmedia can anyone shed any light on us trying to get in touch . When we get through they say our email isn’t active ? However they send our bills to this email !!!! Supposedly the fastest wifi around. This is the worst we have ever had. With even worse customer service 😬

    @virginmedia ..there is a clear path from our house to the box, they just need to rectify the problem and send through a larger sponge to make sure the obstruction isn't there before they leave the property. They failed to do the job properly, and then again failed to return to sort it out.

    @virginmedia The communication from the Virgin help desk has been the worst I have experienced anywhere, I get passed from one to another and they don't understand the problem. Also the technician's line manager doesn't seem prepared to make sure the job is done properly by the subcontractor
