    @virginmedia Not as bad as it was but picture still freezing now and again but the mini tv guide has started freezing when moving through channels.

    @virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

    @virginmedia Not got a clue, they didn’t say, when we check online it says there are no known issues but speaking to an advisor yesterday they said that there was definitely a fault and they would get an engineer out ASAP

    @virginmedia No I have given up to be honest. I am days in spending hours waiting with no reply. I have to go through the poor service every time explaining to them I can't afford the payments but they try and push a package on me at a higher price. I CAN'T AFFORD IT

    @virginmedia status page is down, so unable to check if any issues, but our channels are not working properly, picture and sound keeps breaking up on all channels.

    @virginmedia are the worst, if not one of the worst for customer service. Always someone who isn't English and is hard to understand and think the customer is never right!!

    @virginmedia We have tried that route also...they weren’t any help either. Absolutely no one is willing to listen to us or the actual facts of what has happened to us. It would be good if someone could actually call us and try to help

    I’m having real issues with my @virginmedia broadband. Is anyone else being affected by their service? It’s an intermittent fault and my broadband drops which is so frustrating when #workingfromhome I have to say that @virginmedia haven’t been helpful despite calling them often.

    @virginmedia Still no reply from the initial text message I sent yesterday and my internet is currently off again and status page says no issues, this is getting beyond a joke! I'm trying to do school work with my kids, this is very frustrating

    Seriously @virginmedia had a technician come out an hour ago to change the router after having connection issues with Wi-Fi since Monday. Everything was ok then he leaves and the Wi-Fi is not working again! What the heck is going on?? #virgininternet

    @virginmedia New customer, signed up on the basis my box would arrive the next day, which it didn’t. I’ve took the week off of work to set my new house up (just moved in). Tried to speak on the phone to your colleagues, 3 to be precise. Still haven’t received any emails about what’s happening
