@ThirdSectorLab @virginmedia I had a similar frustrating experience with Virgin Media a couple of weeks ago. I was on a loop of nonsense via text messages for over a week. I resorted to calling again and selecting the option “thinking of leaving”, 10 mins later - problem solved. Terrible customer service.

I’m having real issues with my @virginmedia broadband. Is anyone else being affected by their service? It’s an intermittent fault and my broadband drops which is so frustrating when #workingfromhome I have to say that @virginmedia haven’t been helpful despite calling them often.

@virginmedia My internet connection on my phone has gone. My phone connection is fine, WiFi fine. Rebooted several times, checked all the settings. It's not in airplane mode etc. I'm in the centre of Bristol. I've not changed anything recently. Your website help stops there :(
