    @EveryNextDream @virginmedia I’ve had issues with their customer service for years. I worked for them part time whilst at uni when they were “Telewest”, and went through the whole Virgin take over. We all knew it was doomed from that moment. I’ll be leaving when contract is up.

    @virginmedia @GlasgBricklayer The problem with @virginmedia is it happens too often . Your staff lie to achieve sales figures and it’s us the public who have the trouble . The chances of talking to the person who caused the trouble is NONE

    @virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

    @virginmedia you have taken £162 out my account without my permission ...... that is stealing . I spoke to a girl today and told me yes it was virgins mistake but she can’t return the money I told her I wanted to cancel and she said it would cost me £490 .... this is wrong

    @virginmedia We have tried that route also...they weren’t any help either. Absolutely no one is willing to listen to us or the actual facts of what has happened to us. It would be good if someone could actually call us and try to help

    @virginmedia I’ve also done this every day for two weeks and it keeps saying nothing is wrong on our end reboot your hub not helpful information as it’s not working and I can’t talk to anyone to book an engineer hopeless and it’s not the first time I’ve had this issue with virgin not good

    @virginmedia my internet signal is constantly going on and off "Looks like there’s an intermittent signal issue in your area" in the SR3 area of Sunderland. Not happy. My internets always been bad with you guys but now it's even WORSE!

    @virginmedia Hello I tried but it is not in the channel list of programs to watch. I have just spent 40 mins with your customer service who told me that I have to pay for the last 2 episodes of this series and that I may be charged for the first 6 that I watched. Is this a scam?

    @virginmedia Is it usual for customers to place an order, you increase the charge and take payment and not provide the goods and tell the customer there is no record of the order? What's going on?
