    @virginmedia Not as bad as it was but picture still freezing now and again but the mini tv guide has started freezing when moving through channels.

    @virginmedia Still no reply from the initial text message I sent yesterday and my internet is currently off again and status page says no issues, this is getting beyond a joke! I'm trying to do school work with my kids, this is very frustrating

    @virginmedia your broadband service is awful, need to reset router constantly and internet drops daily and at all different times 😡😡 no one answers the phones

    @virginmedia Not got a clue, they didn’t say, when we check online it says there are no known issues but speaking to an advisor yesterday they said that there was definitely a fault and they would get an engineer out ASAP

    @virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

    @virginmedia No I have given up to be honest. I am days in spending hours waiting with no reply. I have to go through the poor service every time explaining to them I can't afford the payments but they try and push a package on me at a higher price. I CAN'T AFFORD IT

    I’m having real issues with my @virginmedia broadband. Is anyone else being affected by their service? It’s an intermittent fault and my broadband drops which is so frustrating when #workingfromhome I have to say that @virginmedia haven’t been helpful despite calling them often.

    @virginmedia We have tried that route also...they weren’t any help either. Absolutely no one is willing to listen to us or the actual facts of what has happened to us. It would be good if someone could actually call us and try to help

    @ThirdSectorLab @virginmedia I had a similar frustrating experience with Virgin Media a couple of weeks ago. I was on a loop of nonsense via text messages for over a week. I resorted to calling again and selecting the option “thinking of leaving”, 10 mins later - problem solved. Terrible customer service.

    @mouthwaite @virginmedia Same my @virginmedia wifi only works in the kitchen and boosters don’t help for the rest of the flat and when you tell Virgin this they have no solution. Time to move

    @virginmedia Lost completely connection for two hours this morning plus the constant drop offs at midnight that have been happening for at least two months and weekends too. Don’t know what’s the problem and you haven’t offered any solutions and it’s happening nation wide!

    @virginmedia Ny service keeps dropping and I need a solo Internet connection for work. An engineers came out last time I told them I think they should replace the router because the router is playing up. They left and didn't hear anything back and now it's giving me problems too often.

    @virginmedia I did this yesterday around 5 minutes after the issue happened and after the internet came back on, it said there were no issues in my area. Just to be clear, the network drops out for a maximum of 5 minutes at a time. Last night the 2 drop outs lasted around 2 minutes.

    @virginmedia hub broken. New one ordered on Saturday and told it would be 72h for delivery. Phoned last night - hadn’t been ordered. Still no confirmation of order.
