@virginmedia Your customer service is shocking, I will be changing provider as soon as possible. I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

@virginmedia It's just not me with the same problems it's my neighbours as well. We have all complained and nothing done with the speed as well as the TV drop out. 2 have moved over to sky because of all the problems.

@virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

@ChadWeather @virginmedia Was with NTL back in early 2000's. Great broadband, never many issues. Then Virgin took over. What a farce. Dumped them after a year around 2007, constant issues with broadband, TV & phone. It was always "a problem on our side"! Seems nothing has changed. With BT since, all fine
