    @SkyUK @virginmedia Were on lock down can't work. No work. No money. But yet you will not help the paying public that pay for your services. How about giving free channels. Frezze payment's. Or do something instead of not listening to the paying public coustmers

    @DanLeePadgett @CISASUK @virginmedia The most laughable thing was I asked them to ping my box to see if they could see me on the network. Two calls and twice I was told that the connection was fine. Thought it might have been a MAC address problem. After a week, they eventually sent an engineer out..

    @virginmedia I love how you treat us costmers. Though and still want paid🤔🤔🤔🤔. So tell me what avenues can I take for the mess you put me. Was after willing to pay once all this passed but no you switched me off. Won't put me back on till I pay 2 months back. Ps my kids even hate VM.

Why not check out virgin media twitter page and Facebook page and see how many very angry costmers are venting there disappointment.

    @virginmedia Web chat where you have to wait. And they never come back. Sorry did that like many many others never got anything sorted. I how have spoken to the ombudsman to try to sort this I have done the email. Spoken. And sent letter. As the ombudsman said. Still waiting to here from you.

    @virginmedia please stop phoning my house daily in middle of working day to tell me you’re upgrading my WiFi signal. Every time you upgrade my signal, it breaks it. I’m already on a self purchased WiFi booster and it’s currently adequate. Please leave me and my signal alone!

    @virginmedia They mentioned an issue with TB services but no known issues for Broadband, I have requested a new router on 3 occasions and I keep getting told it’s not the router, it’s this it’s that, but when they fix this and fix that the problem still persists

    @virginmedia Is not about the hub read. The entire building’s virgin media connection is weak. If you can check how often SW7 area is getting affected and how many times technicians have sent to this area the team will acknowledge what the problem is.

    @virginmedia Okay, I’ve just got off the phone with your supposed customer service team, and they have refused to help me on that number because I accepted a deal on ‘live chat’. He said he cannot help me. This is really appalling. You offered me M200, I have screen recordings so please fix

    @virginmedia Disappointing after care yet again! Just cancelled my contract with you guys had to pay an early termination fee even though your technical team were less an effective over the last few weeks. Couldn’t even provide me with another hub to help! Never again! #Rubbish
