@virginmedia @therealpaulbond ITV down here too, and the picture quality has been breaking up randomly for days. The biggest joke is that the service status page on the virgin media website is....broken! Couldn’t make it up!

@virginmedia Unfortunately the situation remains unresolved. We have called and called to no avail. We have been hung up on a further two times. We are not doing anything deemed rude, we are simply asking about our package and wishing to change something. Now at wits end. #stillpoor

@virginmedia I’ve already been through this with one of your technicians who informed me there is no fault and outright refused to send a technician out. The issue is loss of internet connection not WiFi.

@virginmedia No . Her phone hasn’t worked properly for months. It’s her only source to outside world. She even had to change her number. And we can’t ring her cos her phone doesn’t work. She now has to get a new provider because of your awful service. It’s Covid we can’t go to her house a lot

@virginmedia I've gone in to the network settings on TV and it says connected to wireless network but not Internet. No other devices connect either. And I've switched hub off for 30 seconds and back on again. I've done this 3 times.
