That'll probably be 2 weeks in total for full service. 2 x pods available on day of instal and there would have been no issue.

I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

So the engineer wasn’t able to get to me. They came a few days later and said they would never come after 5 on a Saturday
