    @DanLeePadgett @CISASUK @virginmedia The most laughable thing was I asked them to ping my box to see if they could see me on the network. Two calls and twice I was told that the connection was fine. Thought it might have been a MAC address problem. After a week, they eventually sent an engineer out..

    @virginmedia I love how you treat us costmers. Though and still want paid🤔🤔🤔🤔. So tell me what avenues can I take for the mess you put me. Was after willing to pay once all this passed but no you switched me off. Won't put me back on till I pay 2 months back. Ps my kids even hate VM.

    @virginmedia Did I phoned them 4 or 5 times no joy not fixed. Costmer service complaints was a utter joke. Now I have to 28 days and 3 weeks or to sort it all out. But according to the ombudsman that deals with media I should not wait that long for your problem to be sorted

    @libertyglobal @vmbusiness Ha ha that's a joke 6 weeks of calling and virgin media only for them to hang up everytime and that is the same with there text still waiting. Why not check out virgin media twitter page and Facebook page and see how many very angry costmers are venting there disappointment.

    @virginmedia Web chat where you have to wait. And they never come back. Sorry did that like many many others never got anything sorted. I how have spoken to the ombudsman to try to sort this I have done the email. Spoken. And sent letter. As the ombudsman said. Still waiting to here from you.

    @DanLeePadgett @CISASUK @virginmedia The Indian call centre don't deviate from the script giving a poor overall customer service wasting a lot of people's time. If it wasn't for good speed I'd have dumped them years ago.

    @virginmedia I was wondering why they would keep the landline active on the account given it won't work without the fibre broadband. Apparently the complaints team take 3-5 working days to get back to you so I'm not holding my breath for a speedy resolution.

    @virginmedia I'movng home have to wait 30 days for installation. That's not acceptable when I know that new customer installations or faults are seen by a technician within days! Please prioritise my move installation it's not right. Home moving can happen within 2 weeks.

    @virginmedia No. I've spent the entire day in support chats, and the best they could do was to raise a complaint on my behalf. Apparently because there's an open work order to port my phone to my new provider on my agreed cut-over date, it makes it impossible to raise one to reconnect me.

    @virginmedia I’ve been a customer with Virgin since 2004! The best price was £59 OR for broadband ALONE £50. How can this be your best price when new customers can get broadband AND phone for £25 for 18months. I really need some help. I can’t afford this hike 😭

    @virginmedia It's not a misunderstanding at all it's total incompetence of the teams running support their lack of tools to actually contact the IT department when a ticket is not dealt with.
