There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

Reset and rebooted router and it’s still happening but of course your “nifty tool” for service status says all good.

Why not check out virgin media twitter page and Facebook page and see how many very angry costmers are venting there disappointment.

I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

I’ll recap- 2 weeks no service, five engineers sent to diagnose the same problem multiple times, no fix. Complaints team open and close complaints immediately with no resolution. Fix not due for at least another week.
