    @CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

    Hello @virginmedia , I hope that you are well. I have your V6 TiVo Box; I recently deleted some shows by mistake, however the “recently deleted” folder is missing/gone/not there anymore. Was there a software update to remove it? Can I get my shows back? HELP!

    Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

    @virginmedia can’t believe your company. Called regarding a move in date, then 2 mins later I’m disconnected and you have deleted my account. On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

    @MoneySavingExp @virginmedia won’t let me cancel despite numerous attempts on my part. I’ve been trying to cancel since March!! I’m now with another provider but can’t speak to anyone @virginmedia. They did eventually agree by email to cancel my account but that still hasn’t happened. 😡

    @virginmedia why have I had to ring 6 times about £50pounds credit that was promised to me for joining? Same goes for the netflix subscription "included" in the bundle.... Issue remains unresolved despite being promised each time that's it sorted
