    @virginmedia Probably doesn't matter now that it's 9pm... just frustrating that there is a wait when nothing is going to change. That'll probably be 2 weeks in total for full service. 2 x pods available on day of instal and there would have been no issue.

    Hello @virginmedia, there are some broadband issues in the Dundee area that have been unresolved since Monday and are greatly interfering with #WFM. Are there are updates or information for when this is likely to be resolved? Call centres not providing much detail sadly. Thanks

    @virginmedia 7 days with unstable wifi in the house. Pod has improved upstairs but have to wait 48 hours before a 2nd ordered to resolve issue. By time it arrives we'll be 2 weeks in and might finally be up and running. You don't advertise that.Worse going on in world but jeezo

    @virginmedia Worst service ever. Engineer turns up today at 12 to sort a mess of cables left by the installing engineer, leaves us with NO broadband, phone or tv and now can't get an engineer until Friday. Appalling.

    @virginmedia Tuesday morning. Immediately got WiFi upstairs. Improved overnight. No change in stability or speed in ground floor at furthest point from router... room we also need a service. Waited 24 hours as box says, no difference. 2nd pod will sort it but can't order it until tomorrow ?

    @virginmedia has to be the worst service. Another night without internet. Had nothing but bother since i upgraded services. Be phoning up tomorrow tomorrow to cance and go elsewhere

    @CabInStelling We’ve found @virginmedia is just as bad. If you complain on Twitter they just send you back to their automated system. There are no humans working for @virginmedia you can actually talk to. We’ve had intermittent service for a year now & at £100 a month it’s throwing money away.

    @virginmedia Worst service ever. Had an engineer here today to make good the mess the installation engineer made, allnhebjad to do was tidy up cables and yet he's left us with no TV, broadband or phone and there's no engineers available until Friday. THE WORST

    @virginmedia Yes I did and yes we had to wait 4 days to get service back, due to "something" the Monday engineer did while tidying the cables. Absolute shambles of a service.

    @virginmedia Sadly not, we have got two signal boosters in the house and the WiFi signal barely gets out of our front room where the hub is situated. The signal also drops out daily. I fed all of this back via email when we swapped from sky.

    You know you can always count on @virginmedia for terrible customer service. Called to cancel. Was transferred 4 times and put on hold for well over 2 hours. Then was hung up on when I insisted that I just wanted to cancel. Surprised they even have to ask why you're leaving.

    @virginmedia I live in po9 2ea area and maintenance was supposed to finish by 3pm but still have no Internet and tv disconnecting every few minutes. Status still says there are issues still but no updates on timings

    Dear @virginmedia, how is it that when at home I use Brave all day, every day, yet when I'm in a Premier Inn or Easy Hotel, I have to VPN to home to be able to use it. I don't want to use Firefox or any other browser thank you. Please fix it.

    @clareturtleton @virginmedia Same, I had to ring back a few times and they won’t accept your 30 days notice til you get through to them it’s awful. Took me a week of trying to get through so my 30 day notice only kicked in when I finally got through @CCPCIreland

    @virginmedia So I sit on hold for 40 minutes only to get through to some woman with a really thick Indian accent who I can't understand correctly. When I asked to speak to someone else she told me no and hung up. I just want to cancel this account. I'm done with it.
