    @virginmedia Worst service ever. Engineer turns up today at 12 to sort a mess of cables left by the installing engineer, leaves us with NO broadband, phone or tv and now can't get an engineer until Friday. Appalling.

    @virginmedia cancelled my contract with yourselves a month ago after over 20 years as a customer, you don’t have the decency to acknowledge my termination of the contract after me asking your advisor to do so , customer care is appalling

    @virginmedia currently looking into other providers as i plan to cancel my virgin since yous have nothing to offer me and not to mention im paying for 100mb internet but just ran a speed test which states i only receive 16.57mb so im getting ripped off big time #rantover

    Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

    Been left hanging on phone for over 15 mins by VIRGIN MEDIA AGAIN, 2nd day in a row. Nobody wants to deal with my complaint. I have no lost 2 days of my life that I will never get back because of VIRGIN MEDIA

    @Rachel_A_ @virginmedia Exact same with us! Both of us had virgin in our old flats, and never once had a problem. But since we’ve moved to this one it’s been problem after problem! Not happy at all.

    Very poor service from Virgin Media, WiFi only working50% over 2 months. Offered small amount as goodwill gesture, they explained that all other service were working & that seemed ok. AVIOD!!

    @virginmedia Web chat where you have to wait. And they never come back. Sorry did that like many many others never got anything sorted. I how have spoken to the ombudsman to try to sort this I have done the email. Spoken. And sent letter. As the ombudsman said. Still waiting to here from you.

    VIRGIN MEDIA, promised £40 off next bill, but this has not been applied. Trying to contact them- NO RESPONSE. Also over last week VERY VERY poor internet service

    @virginmedia absolutely shocking customer service. Told by an agent I one price and now I’m in a contract at the wrong amount! Virgin media sales people lie even when I have the proof!! Absolutely poor customer service do not buy Birgin Media!!!!

    @virginmedia your online service is an absolute joke. You notify me of new monthly fee starting in May and I need to look at other packages if I want to change before new price takes effect. Only for your site to be riddled with errors and your bot to give me a broken link! With that link switching between error message and taking me right back to that same chat! And I shouldn't need to go round in circles chatting about an upgrade, much easier just doing it myself on your site. If it actually worked.

    @virginmedia OK, leaving aside the fact it seems pretty poor that I haven't had a reply from the original agent for four days now I'm happy enough to send a repeat of it IF I don't need to faff about going through security yet AGAIN? IF I do-I'll just wait for a reply to the original DMs. OK?

    Very angry this morning after receiving a call allegedly from @virginmedia threatening to switch off my cable TV. Assuming it is a scam but if not it is a disgrace which @Ofcom should stop. Had my current TIVO box for 9 years and been a cable customer for 30 years.@danfrancis02

    @TheGriftReport Virgin media have been ringing me a lot, I dont answer, as I can NEVER understand the call handler, theyre also very impatient and rude. I pay my bill via direct debit on time, everytime, so , unless I've a problem to report I simply dont put myself through it, too stressful.
