@virginmedia Your customer service is shocking, I will be changing provider as soon as possible. I had to come back to Virgin Media this year as it was the only Fibre Broadband provider in my street but I'll maybe have to forego speed for decent customer service.

@Rachel_A_ @virginmedia Exact same with us! Both of us had virgin in our old flats, and never once had a problem. But since we’ve moved to this one it’s been problem after problem! Not happy at all.

@virginmedia It's just not me with the same problems it's my neighbours as well. We have all complained and nothing done with the speed as well as the TV drop out. 2 have moved over to sky because of all the problems.

@virginmedia We get very poor / no connection on our devices throughout the house, regardless of if we’re in the same room as the router or not. We’ve had to pay for extra data on our phones every month as we run out of data due to not being connected to WiFi when at home. Thanks KW
