    @virginmedia how about helping out with all the self insolate people children off business shutting people stuck at home. Etc etc. Such things a added channels with no extra charge. To help the families out.

    Hello @virginmedia, there are some broadband issues in the Dundee area that have been unresolved since Monday and are greatly interfering with #WFM. Are there are updates or information for when this is likely to be resolved? Call centres not providing much detail sadly. Thanks

    @virginmedia I ordered a wifi booster on 18th August, it never arrived. I have sent several requests for help since to your "help"/complaints page. I am a keyworker trying to work from home. I am hard of hearing which is why I'm not phoning. Please help me.

    @virginmedia Yes I did and yes we had to wait 4 days to get service back, due to "something" the Monday engineer did while tidying the cables. Absolute shambles of a service.

    @virginmedia @andycruise1979 You kidding virgin media. Texted no answer. Phoned and phone put down. Emailed no answer. For weeks and weeks weeks and weeks and still no answer. and I bet Andy did the same as me.

    @SkyUK @virginmedia Were on lock down can't work. No work. No money. But yet you will not help the paying public that pay for your services. How about giving free channels. Frezze payment's. Or do something instead of not listening to the paying public coustmers

    Absolutely pathetic customer service from @virginmedia again. Trying to resolve issues with my broadband, have been on the phone for 35 minutes and now passed in queue to speak to a FOURTH department. The last transfer put me through to the mobile phone department. Wow! 🤯

    @virginmedia can’t believe your company. Called regarding a move in date, then 2 mins later I’m disconnected and you have deleted my account. On phone to customer service can’t reconnect. 2 mins later come back you can connect me for a £50 fee 1/2

    @Rachel_A_ @virginmedia Exact same with us! Both of us had virgin in our old flats, and never once had a problem. But since we’ve moved to this one it’s been problem after problem! Not happy at all.

    @virginmedia 7 days with unstable wifi in the house. Pod has improved upstairs but have to wait 48 hours before a 2nd ordered to resolve issue. By time it arrives we'll be 2 weeks in and might finally be up and running. You don't advertise that.Worse going on in world but jeezo

    @virginmedia @therealpaulbond ITV down here too, and the picture quality has been breaking up randomly for days. The biggest joke is that the service status page on the virgin media website is....broken! Couldn’t make it up!

    @virginmedia Tuesday morning. Immediately got WiFi upstairs. Improved overnight. No change in stability or speed in ground floor at furthest point from router... room we also need a service. Waited 24 hours as box says, no difference. 2nd pod will sort it but can't order it until tomorrow ?

    VIRGIN MEDIA, promised £40 off next bill, but this has not been applied. Trying to contact them- NO RESPONSE. Also over last week VERY VERY poor internet service

    @IrishTimes Perhaps someone like the excellent Patrick Freyne might investigate why, after all these YEARS, Sky subscribers in the ROI cannot get ITV channels, whilst Virgin Media customers have no probs in doing so. Is it still supposed to be a ‘rights’ issue ????

    A man in his late teens is in a critical condition following a crash involving an e-scooter in Co Longford. The single-vehicle incident happened on Battery Road in Longford Town at around 10.40pm last night. He was taken to Regional Hospital Mullingar with serious injuries.     @PaulOBrienKil @VirginMediaNews @VirginMediaIE Currently swapping to Digiweb for broadband. Customer service seems to be their thing. A sales rep from Eir annoyed me with his pushiness, and Virgin Media ain't that great a price anymore
