    @virginmedia Web chat where you have to wait. And they never come back. Sorry did that like many many others never got anything sorted. I how have spoken to the ombudsman to try to sort this I have done the email. Spoken. And sent letter. As the ombudsman said. Still waiting to here from you.

    @DanLeePadgett @CISASUK @virginmedia The Indian call centre don't deviate from the script giving a poor overall customer service wasting a lot of people's time. If it wasn't for good speed I'd have dumped them years ago.

    @libertyglobal @vmbusiness Ha ha that's a joke 6 weeks of calling and virgin media only for them to hang up everytime and that is the same with there text still waiting. Why not check out virgin media twitter page and Facebook page and see how many very angry costmers are venting there disappointment.

    @virginmedia Did I phoned them 4 or 5 times no joy not fixed. Costmer service complaints was a utter joke. Now I have to 28 days and 3 weeks or to sort it all out. But according to the ombudsman that deals with media I should not wait that long for your problem to be sorted

    @virginmedia So it's liberty Global and the Ombudsman it is then. You can't have costmers chasing you guys to sort a problem. Or having your Chat site go down. Or phones put down on them. What would happen if every Virgin media costmer refused to pay until thing to be sorted.

    @virginmedia I love how you treat us costmers. Though and still want paid🤔🤔🤔🤔. So tell me what avenues can I take for the mess you put me. Was after willing to pay once all this passed but no you switched me off. Won't put me back on till I pay 2 months back. Ps my kids even hate VM.

    @DanLeePadgett @CISASUK @virginmedia The most laughable thing was I asked them to ping my box to see if they could see me on the network. Two calls and twice I was told that the connection was fine. Thought it might have been a MAC address problem. After a week, they eventually sent an engineer out..

    @virginmedia The call centre say "we will call you back in two hours because the tool we need is not working" They don't call vbqck. One female operative was friendly, but after 45 minutes she, like Jomil before, said "we can't change the details" She passed my wife on to a male call handler

    @virginmedia Yeah with huge respect this been going on for over a year. So I won’t hold my breath. Just do your job and fix it before someone gets hurt. As I’ve said previously. School nearby and there’s sharp edges on the cupboard. Only takes a kid to trip and get hurt.

    @virginmedia We have tried to phone your call centre, and twice a man has hung up on when my wife tries to speak to him. It's her work broadband account so she has to place the order - but obviously there is a cultural difference and male callers have a problem with female callers.

    @virginmedia Virgin Media we had a new fibre line fitted on the 9th of march still hasn't been fixed. Got off the phone to customer service an hour ago told me there's nothing they can do. Said they can book another tech visit but nothing is getting sorted had 4 months of bad internet.

    @virginmedia hi, please can you confirm if my contract has been cancelled. I never received a confirmation email and I don’t wanna call again as I’ve just spent £42.34 for 58 mintues of being passed from person to person.
