@libertyglobal @vmbusiness Ha ha that's a joke 6 weeks of calling and virgin media only for them to hang up everytime and that is the same with there text still waiting. Why not check out virgin media twitter page and Facebook page and see how many very angry costmers are venting there disappointment.

Very poor service from Virgin Media, WiFi only working50% over 2 months. Offered small amount as goodwill gesture, they explained that all other service were working & that seemed ok. AVIOD!

Thanks @virginmedia for having me endure a call for 48 minutes while I try to get someone to give me the broadband speed I’ve been paying for for over a year (350Mbps but I’m only getting 140Mbps), and then simply hanging up on me with no fix. Joke of a company. #broadbandfail

@virginmedia Plus problems. I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

@virginmedia currently looking into other providers as i plan to cancel my virgin since yous have nothing to offer me and not to mention im paying for 100mb internet but just ran a speed test which states i only receive 16.57mb so im getting ripped off big time #rantover

@virginmedia I'm not holding my breath! 1 hour 20 left... the frustrating bit is I know someone can resolve this; the concept is simple. It's just finding the person with the tools to be able to do it. Which after this much messing around is the only acceptable solution.

@virginmedia I tried to make a complaint when I was on the phone to a manager and was laughed at. At no point did any member of staff try to sort the issues out or keep an old customer and gain a new one.

@SkyHelpTeam I even bought extenders, disconnected everything one at a time, changed WiFi channel. Why can't sky be truthful about problems? I'm in virgin media wired area perhaps a change of supplier after 34 years could be on the cards at renewal of contracts.

When I had a 4G phone I could watch live sport on my phone faultlessly, now I have a 5G phone I can't watch five seconds without it stopping working. Either @virginmedia provide a worse service than a few years ago or 5G is a scam.
