    @virginmedia This is the second or third time since getting this hub I've had to do factory resets. The previous had no issues at all until it eventually failed after 5/6 years.

    @virginmedia Probably doesn't matter now that it's 9pm... just frustrating that there is a wait when nothing is going to change. That'll probably be 2 weeks in total for full service. 2 x pods available on day of instal and there would have been no issue.

    @virginmedia Worst service ever. Engineer turns up today at 12 to sort a mess of cables left by the installing engineer, leaves us with NO broadband, phone or tv and now can't get an engineer until Friday. Appalling.

    @virginmedia 7 days with unstable wifi in the house. Pod has improved upstairs but have to wait 48 hours before a 2nd ordered to resolve issue. By time it arrives we'll be 2 weeks in and might finally be up and running. You don't advertise that.Worse going on in world but jeezo

    @virginmedia Worst service ever. Had an engineer here today to make good the mess the installation engineer made, allnhebjad to do was tidy up cables and yet he's left us with no TV, broadband or phone and there's no engineers available until Friday. THE WORST

    @virginmedia Yes I did and yes we had to wait 4 days to get service back, due to "something" the Monday engineer did while tidying the cables. Absolute shambles of a service.

    @virginmedia All other devices etc seem to be connecting so I will contact HIVE or @scottishgas tomorrow to see if they can help, but given your own systems cant reach the router I believe that's the issue.....again.

    @virginmedia Tuesday morning. Immediately got WiFi upstairs. Improved overnight. No change in stability or speed in ground floor at furthest point from router... room we also need a service. Waited 24 hours as box says, no difference. 2nd pod will sort it but can't order it until tomorrow ?

    @virginmedia Hi, I've had 5 landline calls from 2 different numbers from people in call centres saying they are from Virgin Media and that my router is reporting slow broadband. I assume this is not actually Virgin Media & some kind of scam. Are you aware of this? Thanks.

    @virginmedia Got your connect app, been all through these processes for last two years. I’ve got a booster still problematic WiFi issues. Uploaded the Hub 3 control panel and ran a diagnostic check which confirmed an issue with the WiFi, so where do we go from here.

    @virginmedia 40 mins on hold. There are plenty of ways you could reduce this, certainly by adopting some of your competitors customer care processes. My next call will be to cancel my entire package, if I ever get through
