@virginmedia Is there any way I can request someone take a closer look at my line? I’ve had connectivity issues all week, and today it was constant. Reset and rebooted router and it’s still happening but of course your “nifty tool” for service status says all good.

  • AlikiVarvogli
Aliki Varvogli (@AlikiVarvogli) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@virginmedia Thanks. It seems my only option is to phone, but with wait times of an hour that will cost a lot of money. It’s unfair that I should pay to let you know you’re not providing me a service.

@Si_Vargeson @virginmedia We also are having issues with them. We are new customers and I can confirm that we regretted already and we haven’t even moved properly yet and unlikely it won’t be solved until mid Aug! Thinking about moving to Virgin Media? DONT DO IT!

@DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt I had a very similar experience with them. They are only interested in new customers and not retaining the ones they already have. I left, pay a fraction of what I used to, and will never do business with them again. Great business model for going bust.

  • Edeaulx
    Adrian Weale (@Edeaulx) reported

Hey @VirginMedia, does an incomprehensible email and one desultory telephone call when I wasn't at home and therefore not in a position to answer the 'security' questions constitute your only effort to resolve my complaint reference C-1907261424?

  • ape_steinUK
    Jackson Lamb’s Coat (@ape_steinUK) reported

@DeviateDefiant @virginmedia @MoneySupermkt Same here, I was paying £36 for 1GB, end of contract price is £82 and “best” renewal price is £42 IF I take an O2 sim for another fiver a month. Customer price: £26.99 a month. Crooks.
