    @virginmedia you have taken £162 out my account without my permission ...... that is stealing . I spoke to a girl today and told me yes it was virgins mistake but she can’t return the money I told her I wanted to cancel and she said it would cost me £490 .... this is wrong

    @EveryNextDream @virginmedia I’ve had issues with their customer service for years. I worked for them part time whilst at uni when they were “Telewest”, and went through the whole Virgin take over. We all knew it was doomed from that moment. I’ll be leaving when contract is up.

    @virginmedia I’ve just ran the online test and been told there’s no issues but I still can’t get connected from my bedrooms or toilets so obviously there is an issue. Oh and I’ve also just been kicked from the live that too by the idiot person I was talking too! This happens all the time!

    @virginmedia are an absolute disgrace! Been having issues with their **** internet for months, can’t get anyone on the phone to help me and their stupid live chat is a 45 min hold with a BOT! But they found the time to up my monthly costs i see! Paying for something I can’t use!

    @virginmedia Nothing will let us scroll down at all and it just won’t go off this screen. Turned the box off 3 times and rebooted, still get to the same screen. My son has managed to connect the mini box and that was working in the early hours of this morning but need original box back workin

    @virginmedia I already did this yesterday and it changed nothing. I also adjusted the bandwidth but no change after that. It gets worse as the day goes in, starting at 80 dropping down to 4 - neither any close to the 350 package I'm on.
