@virginmedia We have tried that route also...they weren’t any help either. Absolutely no one is willing to listen to us or the actual facts of what has happened to us. It would be good if someone could actually call us and try to help

@virginmedia No I have given up to be honest. I am days in spending hours waiting with no reply. I have to go through the poor service every time explaining to them I can't afford the payments but they try and push a package on me at a higher price. I CAN'T AFFORD IT

@virginmedia status page is down, so unable to check if any issues, but our channels are not working properly, picture and sound keeps breaking up on all channels.

@virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

@virginmedia Not as bad as it was but picture still freezing now and again but the mini tv guide has started freezing when moving through channels.

@virginmedia Not got a clue, they didn’t say, when we check online it says there are no known issues but speaking to an advisor yesterday they said that there was definitely a fault and they would get an engineer out ASAP

@virginmedia Still no reply from the initial text message I sent yesterday and my internet is currently off again and status page says no issues, this is getting beyond a joke! I'm trying to do school work with my kids, this is very frustrating

@virginmedia Yes local issues. I've finally managed to log the issue but the issue has been ongoing since last Thursday at least..it comes back on for a few hours (overnight usually) but keeps going again and mobile data is weak for work. Are there actually technicians checking all this time?

@virginmedia I am having trouble with webmail. I keep getting "server unreachable" and "error" pop-ups. Emails don't send and don't load. It's extremely slow and times out so that I have to start all over again. Service status says OK. Text message with link uselss. Please help.

@bondbarton @deneoctober @virginmedia They only compensate if outage is more than 24 hrs. I asked when I called earlier. I guess they'll just reduce for the number of day's worth of service, but that won't compensate for the annual leave I've had to book as I can't work.

@virginmedia It's just started working again. Seemed to be very slow at downloading the messages though. I was getting a message that the server had rejected my password and then I'd get a message that the server had disconnected.

@virginmedia 15 mins between responses and transfers to various departments is inexcusable. 4 hours is a complete joke. I would have rang but phone is equally as bad and my neutral accent is not understood.
