I worked for them part time whilst at uni when they were “Telewest”, and went through the whole Virgin take over. We all knew it was doomed from that moment. I’ll be leaving when contract is up.

I spoke to a girl today and told me yes it was virgins mistake but she can’t return the money I told her I wanted to cancel and she said it would cost me £490 .... this is wrong

Mum is awaiting a call from the hospital & is concerned and stressed they won’t be able to get her as she hasn’t had use of the number she is has had since 1989 for over a week!! Is it not an option to go back to a standard phone line rather than VOIP for vulnerable customers??

He held a minority stake of roughly 10% and licensed the Virgin brand name to the business until the company was bought out by Liberty Global in 2013.
