@EveryNextDream @virginmedia I’ve had issues with their customer service for years. I worked for them part time whilst at uni when they were “Telewest”, and went through the whole Virgin take over. We all knew it was doomed from that moment. I’ll be leaving when contract is up.

Thanks @virginmedia for the hefty cancellation fee for moving to an area where you don’t provide your services. Customer for 9 years. Never again.

@virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

@virginmedia service down AGAIN in ME5. No broadband whatsoever. Restarted and reset the hub and unable to connect. Any chance of some help or refund as we are trying to work from home which is quite hard when you don’t have any wifi. Awful service
-
Wendy Nicholas
(@WendyNicholas1) reported
@virginmedia Speed is not the issue it's the dropouts But we are told because it is intermittent it's not a issue that we can have any type of compensation for as it is not total loss and if it takes 2hrs to watch an 1hr of TV as the WiFi drops waiting for it to restart is not a problem
