@virginmedia On nearly 20 minutes of being on hold. I can upgrade online but not remove channels, yet other providers are letting customers switch off and on channels each month. Virgin media completely lagging behind the curve. Not to mention a loss of service last week for whole area. Poor

@virginmedia I've spent three months going through every single piece of 'help' you are offering and nothing has solved out issue. There is no local outage. Resetting the router doesn't help. Two engineers have been over and were very friendly but had no clue what to do. We need a proper fix.

Am dreading having to phone #VirginMedia to say I’m leaving. Despite woeful connection, several hours spent on the phone at various points in the last year, appalling Customer Service (4 unresolved complaints) and barefaced lies about their actions, they’ll penalise me, am sure.

@virginmedia I didn’t receive an invoice but had a DD taken from my account. I am not sure why I need an engineer either as there is a virgin media box from the previous renters. My ISSUE is the delay and that 41 days is not acceptable! Please actually help! I need to be able to work!!!

@virginmedia We haven't had a stable connection since January and our internet drops out at least 20 times a day. Your customer service line is anything but useful, as no one seems to be able to figure out the issue that is causing this consistently inconsistent internet service.
