    Despite @virginmedia increasing it's prices they continue to disrespect customers. We have had no broadband for 2 whole days, no response. I have been on the their website asking for help to enable me to work during a pandemic, nothing helpful. One the phone for 45 mins and????

    @virginmedia I’ve now resorted to. Connecting my tv to my mobile phone data in order to watch Netflix etc as the connection from you is so bad and cuts out every few minutes. Is anything being done about this? What we actually paying for?

    My @virginmedia internet service is now down for the third consecutive day in Glasgow and yet again I’m having to tether to my phone’s data to be able to work from home. This is woeful service when so many are working from home relying on their internet - get it sorted!!!

    It appears @virginmedia can't communicate with it's customers. Perhaps @Ofcom and @BBCWatchdog would like to investigate how their inability to provide customer service is affecting customers ability to work during a pandemic.

    Unbelievablely poor customer service from @virginmedia Was waiting on phone for ages and spoke with me to be told my husband has to come home from work to deal with it!!! Day 2 no WiFi and I’m working from home and daughter finishing masters online 😤😤😤

    @davidsnagel @virginmedia I got the same email and was happy to get this email as I have had to split my internet to connect to correct frequency and thought they must be trying to fix this problem. However this update appears to make it worse not better, no internet this morning until I split it again.

    @virginmedia Actually, I don’t know where you are!!.. Your short sentence text replies are easy and show a presence on social media, but they don’t really help. Have you ever tried calling your call centre for support, trying to actually speak with someone that’s able to help??... 🤔

    @virginmedia No service issuse. This is the 6th time this has happened, where it does usually come back within 20mins it is obv a problem with either the box itself or wiring. I would request request new TV box to be sent pls

    @virginmedia That is not helpful at all. I am paying for a service now I cannot use. How long do I have to wait on the phone to get this sorted? I work from home and I hope you can appreciate that it is not really possible without internet. Seriously you are the worst ever customer service
