@virginmedia Your WiFi is absolutely horrendous. Sick of phoning about it. Got a booster and honestly it's made no difference whatsoever. Working from home and constantly being cut off when in meetings. Going to cost me my job at this rate. Ongoing issues for months. Ridiculous

@virginmedia I would just like an engineer to come to my house next Saturday as early as possible and fix my hub3 thanks as I know it is not working properly as when I try to connect my phone on wifi the is no network name like wm8763213 for example

Seriously @virginmedia , after your phones not working for two days, you put me on hold for 45 minutes then hang up. Anyone would think you are purposely making it hard for customers who want to leave.

@virginmedia Both, with the router in both WiFi and modem only mode it’s the router that’s giving this errors in its network log. My parents who live 6 doors away and other neighbours in the area are having the same problems constantly. It results in a intermittent connection.

@virginmedia Yeah, done a pin hole reset a couple of times and no change. Ran the diagnostics and no problems found, yet the network log has critical errors every day. It’s the same for my parents and neighbours around me.

Does @virginmedia actually have a customer service department? Put in complaint (loss of service, etc) several weeks ago - got undated reply saying I had 28 days to respond or they'd assume it accepted. Responded via 'signed for' letter & got reply saying they'd received it...

@virginmedia The account closed a couple of years ago. The email address still works and all kinds of spam/phishing mails arrive through it on my pad. Plus loads of mailer daemons. We just want the email address shut down.
