    @virginmedia hi had call from you guys saying as a loyal customer you would add on calling mobiles to my landline. Then agent mentioned TV package and when I declined said he’d leave my package as it was and rang off!!! Not impressed!!

    Trying to deal with @virginmedia on behalf of my Gran is one of the most frustrating things. All we want to do is downgrade her package and I've been passed to so many different people. I bet they would keep you on the phone if you wanted to cancel!

    @Vadoseflame @Shadow_Official @virginmedia Never have been, I remember having a local techs mobile number because anytime anyone joined locally it borked my connection, and he'd fix it on the way home. So many 2hr+ calls to tell them I was offline and go through "diagnostics".

    @virginmedia Misinformed about an internet package . Called to see if I will get the free wifi pods which were promised then was told I would get a sim card from o2 aswell? Never was informed about that, the 2nd colleague said you will get the offer for what you were told, only to be told 1/2

    @virginmedia Broadband is still awful, my mum works from home and has had to go into the office today after trying to log on for 2 hours. This seems to happen every time we have hot weather 😕 So slow can't even run a speed test

    @virginmedia I’ve already done so via WhatsApp probably 4 or 5 times now. I don’t really have the time to keep doing this, or calling up and waiting on hold to try and resolve it. It should not be me making this effort to fix the problem?

    Hello @virginmedia - I'm moving house to somewhere your service doesn't cover. Been waiting on hold for absolutely ages and have been waiting for a Live Chat representative for the same amount of time. Are they okay? Apparently some people have waited days lol
