Time for compensation for no service and move away from @virginmedia to someone more reliable and actually cares a little about customer service

Mobile issues are more to do with customer service which I have already logged complaints about. Just wish I could exit early without any fees

Virgins site says they're working in my area to fix this by 20th October. So will I get a reduction on bill for a week of no service.
