    @virginmedia thank you for the excellent customer service. 38min long phone call which has ended with being cut off. Of the 38mins, i reckon I spent a good 25mins on hold or waiting in a queue

    @virginmedia customer service and faults department, customer service is absolutely atrocious. 1 month ago I called up and took off sports. Today I wake up to no sports and NO kids. 1.30 mins on the phone and still not resolved! Told im on a different package, I don’t have Kids!

    HELP! I am trying to contact Virgin Media to drop TV from my package. When I phone a robot, with a warm and friendly voice redirects to the website. I then have a typed conversation with a warm and friendly robot who sends me to the phone. How do I get to speak to a real person?

    @virginmedia Came back 5 minutes later and down again. I genuinely am wondering what I actually pay you guys for? Why should I not just get a sim with unlimited data and use that? I stream everything, don’t use the tv I had to get or phone line so please explain why it’s cutting out
