    That's virgin media back down to £30 a month from £53, all because of one call. If energy prices are going up just tell everyone you can't afford them any more and they'll soon offer a discount!

    @kaniep @virginmedia There are no issues and I am sure it is a scam. It's quite uncanny how many 'scam/ fraudulent ' calls I get to both my landline and mobile phones ...strange days indeed !

    @virginmedia Broadband is intermittent & says connection is unstable. I’ve done all checks. Also my remote for V6 box is not working & can’t pair the new remote with the TiVo box - light doesn’t go off & remote doesn’t beep. I’d like someone to come & look at both.

    @virginmedia Yes and there are no issues in the area so it’s something in my house - my neighbour below is also having broadband issues. I need to book an engineer to come & check connection/equipment etc but can’t get logged in to do this either on computer or phone

    @Will_Jeffs @virginmedia Tbf ive had problems with my wifi for the last few days, what i done was unplug everything then wait a couple of mins then plug it all back in again then it was fine.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the copy/paste. If it was any other provider, I'd be able to move the service. VM should have a phone line alternative. Due to this extortion, I won't be going with Virgin Media in the future. I will not support shady practices @Ofcom

    @virginmedia No. I saw the huge online commentary regarding the quality of virgin hubs and customer service and realised I’d be wasting my time. The product up the cable is excellent, your hubs are unacceptable.

    @virginmedia They said there is a latency issue that would get sorted in 48 hours, I didn't get a good vibe from her and feel I was fobbed off I also put in a complaint last year and that was closed without an update. All in all, been a bad couple of years with virgin

    @virginmedia Last technician said some of the connectors were old and she replaced them, spent an hour checking everything. Replaced some parts and it worked for 6 months. It's now the same and you guys can't see the issue. Was told it would be sorted in 48 hours and time is about up.
