    @virginmedia has they worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, month after month I’ve been trying to sort out my bills with no help whatsoever 80 minutes and I’m still on the phone no further forward as one person says one thing and another person says another😡😡

    @virginmedia Nope, didn’t help. Last time it happened it was late at night while I was walking home and trying to call my boyfriend. From a safety perspective these kind of faults need to be resolved sooner rather than later.

    @virginmedia Thanx-finally an appt has bn bkd which hv bn askng . evry call made 2 customer care services &To get thru takes atleast 1/2 an hour n once connected then anther 15-30 mins to go thru usual procedures. Must hv wasted 4/5 hrs 4 nothing.2 bk a simple appt nd to😢 on social media 😡

    Spent over an hour trying to disconnect with @virginmedia they won't. They're trying to get us to set up a contract in our family members house (who also have VM). Fraud, no? We tried to cancel in Jan, they increased payments and put us on a contract we weren't aware of.

    @virginmedia 1 hour 34 minutes and £300 wasted today, because: * you won't cancel a contract you unknowingly put us on, * we won't give you the family details of who we're staying with to continue the package (they already have VM, for now) * we won't give you the details of our home buyer
