@virginmedia Hi there, I've rang the number and they say that they can't waive the £35 connection fee and when I asked if I could have an email confirming my connection issues they said that wasn't possible either.

@virginmedia I have and a new hub is being sent out but that doesn't solve the problem of getting connected in the mean time. I'm an agency worker and paid by the hour so am losing income by not being able to get online. 1/2

@virginmedia Firstly, you haven't explained what 'BAI/TFL service' is or where I read about it. Secondly, you haven't answered my original question, why is there suddenly no WiFi on the London Underground? Have you withdrawn the service across the entire transport network in London?
