@virginmedia Hello! No, sadly not. It says that I can add my subscription to my Virgin Media bill but I really don’t want to do that especially when I have been accessing Netflix via my TiVo box with no issues for the last 2 years!!

@virginmedia Thanks but I've done all that. Website says 'no known issues' but the automated answer message says there are 'complex issues' that engineers are working on. We had an engineer booked yesterday but they called off saying it was fixed. It's not.

@virginmedia I switched over to you on the 31st December and had a speed issue very quickly and between online chat and two phone calls yesterday was told issue at street cabinet twice on phone chat says no issue. Bring back BT 😔

@virginmedia I'm not sure.... I think at this stage she is saying no thanks after being let down so badly. Virgin just didn't want to pay what council were asking to dig up one pavement as it was new.... @SkyUK sorted her out and she will be going to the regulator. Disappointing

@virginmedia It occurs on both types but affects my wired PC the most. I use a powerline but usually get okay speeds but today its absolutely unusable. Less than 2mbps down and less than 1mbps up. This happens constantly and usually a restart makes it so I can download, but not this time.

@virginmedia I didn’t say I had any losses or that I worked from home. You need to read what I’ve written before making these statements. I was saying that many people do work from home and need higher than 50mbps speeds. 1gbps down and only 50mbps upload isn’t very good

@virginmedia You would think long term customes would be treated better basically what you guys are saying pay a large fee to cancel something you haven't gotten yet or accept a lower deal to keep them on you books so gone once this deal is up
