    The WiFi in this house is so bad. A full five minutes to load a single webpage 😭 thanks virgin media, about as useful as a chocolate kettle.

    Anyone else having WiFi issues with @virginmedia done everything they suggest online and now been on hold for 20mins. Two days without wifi is far from ideal. Lucky it’s the weekend and I just want to watch Bridgerton and not trying to do more important things.

    @virginmedia You are trying to say if I had of picked the standard option I wouldn’t of had any problems. Virgin media is a joke these days. phone calls every day to try and upgrade my package even tho I tell them to stop calling. Moving house soon but will get sky after 10 years with virgin.

    Bored of being fobbed off @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp No WiFi since December 18th, consistently promised fix dates and still no resolve. Escalated again today, no one will contact us till next week - promed today it would be fixed. If you're in Edinburgh just go with @virginmedia 😩

    Very unimpressed with @virginmedia #virginmedia , no surprise there it would appear. Sales pick up after one ring but when transferred to customer service currently on hold for 30 mins and counting. Each of those minutes brings me closer to wanting to cancel my subscription.

    @virginmedia Hi- yes, just had a truly awful call so I raised a complaint, reference is C2312202125. Looks like a few more days of suffering with an unreliable internet system, with devices sometimes working other times not working.

    @virginmedia I’ve got an engineer visit booked for Saturday as that’s all your website would let me do but it seems more likely it’s a network issue as the internet is fine between 9pm and 11am every day. It’s up and down the rest of the time. EH5 area.

    @virginmedia lovely engineer today fixed everything. Your customer service had removed the wrong box and I’m now the proud owner of new V6 which actually plays Netflix! Took three weeks of my life but hey ho!

    @lillyt72 @virginmedia Lilly, sorry to hear you still have problems. Was probably one of the last customer on the phone last night & was 1st to be visited today at 8am. The tech changed the hub, did some things in the hub, don't think the speed is any better but haven't noticed any drop today (yet)

    @virginmedia An offer was made which I accepted yesterday verbally, the contract(s) sent did not reflect what was offered. There appears to be serious systemic issues with misleading (put politely) practices as the default approach. Amazed how this is allowed/encouraged,

    @virginmedia The barcode on the label had already been used before so the shop couldn’t take it. The Monday I got a text at 8.45 to say someone would collect and like a frigging idiot on my day off I stayed in all day….and no one collected. You want me to call you, no chance !

    @MartinG04413826 @Tiffanylouiseex @virginmedia They tried to get me to pay a fee for having to cancel due to moving home and no virgin in the area. BUT they went and up the monthly contract which allowed me to cancel if I didn’t want to pay extra. If they raise your price you should be able to leave. FOC

    @virginmedia I have had to cancel all services as yet again the customer service colleague contradicted what had been previously agreed. I am at a loss as to how an offer can be made which appears to be untrue.

    @virginmedia I’ve done this TWICE today and once 2 days ago!! 😡😡😡 Don’t worry. I’m changing provider. Half my house it connected to the WiFi and nothing works if that doesn’t. Such a terrible constant issue.

    @virginmedia there’s currently a 4 hour wait to speak to someone online! You claim to have excellent customer service but make it impossible for anyone to discuss leaving.
