    @virginmedia Your online chat and bot is terrible. I want to reduce my package. First got chucked out during security. Then they couldn't help and put me through to relations but your bot thinks I have a mobile query. I'm trying not to phone as requested but this is unworkable.

    Hey @virginmedia why can’t I down grade my package online, via email or live chat? I can upgrade no problem. Calling the customer help line says most of your offices are closed and I would have an hours wait to speak to someone. An hour!!!

    @virginmedia I have no problem with any picture quality at all - except for football on Amazon. It is entirely unique to that. Stuttering, general poor quality pic. Same last season.

    @virginmedia internet service been terrible for a week now with continual drop outs (don’t tell me to look at service reports as they never go with what is actually happening). Now been holding on phone for over 45 minutes and no answer - terrible service - anyone there to help??
