The last person on the help desk that I spoke to denied that the account was associated with my VM account and did not want to talk to me. Nothing happens when the Help Desk can't sort it themselves Please deal with this.

Is it not an option to go back to a standard phone line rather than VOIP for vulnerable customers??

I need to book an engineer to come & check connection/equipment etc but can’t get logged in to do this either on computer or phone

Follow up text asks me to rate VM on the basis of my interaction. Not fair is it. Not the help desk fault if everything else is so bad.
