My @virginmedia internet keeps going off every couple hours for 5 minutes or so. It’s messed up recording interviews & frustrated my attempts to be a bad homeschool teacher via YouTube.

@virginmedia Yes but there was no issue on that link just now or at any of times of these outages. I don’t think it’s fair pay £45 for a connection that cuts out multiple times per day!

@RyanGayRGS @virginmedia Same times last 3 nights just goes down conveniently out of hours & starts working in the morning again. Agreed to send an engineer out around Xmas & never materialised. Feel like a **** for moaning when all this is going on, but fed up

I’ve been looking at switching to the ultimate Oomph package with @virginmedia but it’s just gone up £20 and as an existing customer (not TV though) it’s probably not nearly as good a deal Vs new customer deal. Looks like I’ll have to renew with Sky again for 18 months.

@virginmedia Already done and nothing - this keeps happening every few days for a few hours at a time. Can’t believe I’m paying full price for a service I only get 70% of the time - especially annoying when I rely on it to work from home.

@virginmedia Nope, didn’t help. Last time it happened it was late at night while I was walking home and trying to call my boyfriend. From a safety perspective these kind of faults need to be resolved sooner rather than later.

@virginmedia broadband is down in EH12 5UY impacting multiple people . You site says all is fine. Get this sorted as I need to WFH and engineer on 24/04 isn't really acceptable
