@virginmedia Thanks I did finally mange to get hold of someone and an engineer coming Saturday , wasn’t too pleased with the lady saying if any of your equipment was damaged we would be fined , that’s a horrible thing to say

  • CraftyNigel Nigel Craft (@CraftyNigel) reported from Ely, England

@AmazonHelp I did exactly this last time and you couldn’t help me and sent me to virgin media , I spent ages taking to you about it

  • CraftyNigel Nigel Craft (@CraftyNigel) reported from Ely, England

@virginmedia No not had chance to ring them yet I assumed it would be an Amazon issue but they didn’t have a clue either

  • CraftyNigel Nigel Craft (@CraftyNigel) reported from Ely, England

@Katy1207L @virginmedia I’ve already rung 4 times about this issue I’m just getting nowhere

  • CraftyNigel Nigel Craft (@CraftyNigel) reported from Ely, England

@virginmedia We were told on one call it was showing a fault and they would get someone to call but that was two months ago ,nobody ever rang ,if I use my phone or a different iPad you can see the signal disappear often but then other times It will be fine ,just in that room though

  • CraftyNigel Nigel Craft (@CraftyNigel) reported from Ely, England

@virginmedia We have been ringing for several months now trying to sort this out ,the wife in the hub room and wired are fine it’s just in our other main room it has days where it cuts out ,I’ve done all the required self help ,used to app to scan the room to black spots but doesn’t find any

  • CraftyNigel Nigel Craft (@CraftyNigel) reported from Ely, England

@virginmedia This just says I’ll still have to pay £5 a month surely your WiFi should work correctly ,we never had this problem before so surely this means there’s a problem , we can’t afford another £5 a month as we are paying nearly £80 now

  • CraftyNigel Nigel Craft (@CraftyNigel) reported from Ely, England

Very disappointed in @virginmedia rang for the 4th time as we keep getting a WiFi issue in one of our rooms on various devices even though it says it’s a full signal , we were told if we pay £5 extra a month we can have a WiFi booster when they are only £20 to buy , ridiculous

  • andytuk Andy - M1NER (@andytuk) reported from Whittlesey, England

@virginmedia But does your new software support subtitles if the provider is supplying them? I need to make sure before we upgrade to 360.

  • jasonhelenmille Helen-Jason-Mille (@jasonhelenmille) reported from Chatteris, England

@virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

  • NoddyMaccy ✖️𝔻𝕖𝕒𝕟 𝕄𝕔𝔽𝕒𝕣𝕝𝕒𝕟𝕖✖️ (@NoddyMaccy) reported from Warboys, England

@virginmedia Yes, I phoned customer services on the landline and they managed to rectify it. Thank you.

  • NoddyMaccy ✖️𝔻𝕖𝕒𝕟 𝕄𝕔𝔽𝕒𝕣𝕝𝕒𝕟𝕖✖️ (@NoddyMaccy) reported from Warboys, England

@virginmedia - Hello, for some reason it seems my phone has been disconnected and I cannot even get a signal to see what’s happened 🤔

  • paulineannejack pauline anne jackson (@paulineannejack) reported from Ely, England

Had a big argument with @virginmedia today. On why there is no set channel for @GBNEWS. Feeling concerned they are clamping down on free speach. I have to go on line for it. 😬

  • seansmi3214635 sean smith (@seansmi3214635) reported from Wisbech, England

  • PaulBryanTV PBTV (@PaulBryanTV) reported from Wimblington, England

So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

  • daryl_dickenson Daryl 🏳️‍🌈🇬🇧 (@daryl_dickenson) reported from Wimblington, England

@virginmedia Hi, I’m not the direct customer but I’ll pass this to my housemates to do as the accounts in there name 😀

  • GarethH04231834 Gareth Hughes 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 💙 (@GarethH04231834) reported

@virginmedia seriously, 7 days since BB transfer, complete outage since 1pm today! Utter rubbish - 8 hours. I work from home and also no TV. The latter i can tolerate, the former has been a disaster. 3 years with @TalkTalk not one hour off line.

  • MrPeachUK MrPeachUK🖖 (@MrPeachUK) reported

@dshensmith I moved from VMBusiness to Zen and never looked back. Virgin Media are a f*cking shambles to be honest.

  • Ndr2304Neil Neil Roberts (@Ndr2304Neil) reported

@virginmedia Your service is extremely poor. My mum passed away in February and I called up your customer services to cancel her Virgin Media account. The man on the phone told me I couldn't cancel it but I could transfer the account into my name, wait 30 days and then cancel it.

  • martinianpaul Martin Paul (@martinianpaul) reported

@virginmedia can you please explain why it is so very difficult now to log in to my @O2 account? And why my request for a password reset never works?

  • natalieb2689 Natalie Braithwaite (@natalieb2689) reported

@virginmedia @O2 We’ve been without broadband completely since Friday lunchtime. Fix time keeps getting delayed. All phones on o2 and all down to 3G, occasionally 4G so cannot use my hotspot in order to work. This is ridiculous considering how much money I pay out on airtime!

  • natalieb2689 Natalie Braithwaite (@natalieb2689) reported

@virginmedia @O2 been without broadband since Friday lunchtime - now down to 3G on o2 so can’t even use my hotspot. Any guidance?

  • rly1989 Rehana (@rly1989) reported

@virginmedia Hi, my disconnection date from Virgin Media is today, I had Netflix in my package. Will Netflix automatically end today/tomorrow? Or do I need to cancel this separately with Netflix?

  • SusanHa85471577 Susan Harrison (@SusanHa85471577) reported

@virginmedia That link didn't work. The issue was a virgin media issue yesterday

  • BenWBriscoe Ben Briscoe (@BenWBriscoe) reported

Brand new @virginmedia customer. Generally impressed. But why is watching Disney +, Netflix etc through Virgin TV so clunky?! Really slow, takes forever to navigate and no ability to navigate these apps with voice… Have I actually downgraded..?!

  • rejectedtheoffa Matt (@rejectedtheoffa) reported

@LeemingDarren @virginmedia Virgin Media customer services are absolutely awful. And I say that as a current customer. Keep all messages and open a complaint with them. Be prepared for them to say they'll sort it and close your complaint, numerous times. I've never dealt with a bigger bunch of liars
