Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

Nigel Craft (@CraftyNigel) reported from Ely, England@virginmedia We were told on one call it was showing a fault and they would get someone to call but that was two months ago ,nobody ever rang ,if I use my phone or a different iPad you can see the signal disappear often but then other times It will be fine ,just in that room though

Then refused any contact with me afterwards due to not being a customer!

A customer has problems with your service who has messaged, emailed and called VM but you still have not dealt with their issues. Take your out of date equipment out of my home and I will move on to a better provider. For an 82 year old unacceptable.
