    @virginmedia We were told on one call it was showing a fault and they would get someone to call but that was two months ago ,nobody ever rang ,if I use my phone or a different iPad you can see the signal disappear often but then other times It will be fine ,just in that room though

    @virginmedia We have been ringing for several months now trying to sort this out ,the wife in the hub room and wired are fine it’s just in our other main room it has days where it cuts out ,I’ve done all the required self help ,used to app to scan the room to black spots but doesn’t find any

    @virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

    @virginmedia I'm in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire and have internet problem. V6 box is ok for accessing apps but I can't connect to prime video Netflix or now tv.

    @StephenMilnes @virginmedia @MartinSLewis @MoneyTelegraph @Ofcom Good luck !! They did exactly the same to me £40 ... ofcom were a waste of time . Never ever use @virginmedia for anything. They are an awful company. Use @ThreeUK who are ace .

    Very disappointed in @virginmedia rang for the 4th time as we keep getting a WiFi issue in one of our rooms on various devices even though it says it’s a full signal , we were told if we pay £5 extra a month we can have a WiFi booster when they are only £20 to buy , ridiculous

    So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

    @virginmedia I'll be invoicing you for the data I'm having to use while my connection is lost. My router (Hub 3) just cut out at 12:50 for no apparent reason and resetting hasn't worked at all. I need this to work.

    @dance369 @virginmedia The broadband is very poor though mate. Just changed to because of it. Went to Virgin but cancelled before it was connected then BT but cancelled in cool off as it’s poor and EE getting fitted on Monday. One must be decent.

    @virginmedia i phoned your customer services at 3.15pm today, after 1 hour and 15 minutes of being passed around or put on hold I got disconnected. I then joined the online live chat and at 9pm gave up as I was put back to the ‘bot’ for the 5th time. Absolute shambles!

    @virginmedia why is it that every time the on demand is meant to be fixed the date gets delayed? We’ve had problems for nearly a week now and it’s still not fixed, the TiVo box has to be reset every other day as it just freezes and won’t respond?
