Stephen Old #FBPE (@StephenOld) reported@virginmedia Do something about your useless Customer Service. You used to have shops and phone lines so that I could taslkd to a real person. Your automated systems have always been uselss and now you want me to send you an audio or a video message, neither of which works.
-
Andy Mac (@andy_mac21) reported@chrislove_89 @virginmedia Into em .. they’ve got your cash and don’t give a ****. Won’t get a reply or support
-
Jon Pitts (@briavelsjon) reported@SmithyWFC85 @bigsul72 I have access to HBO via my Virgin Media subscription, but don't want to view via an app - that's kinda my point. Sky Sports red button is truly excellent, TNT's isn't bad but is sat unused.
-
Stephen Old #FBPE (@StephenOld) reported@thenorth4theeu @virginmedia I tried to change a few years ago but they made the process impossible. They sent me texts instead of emails and no other providers will deal with Virgin directly. They have just been fined for their poor customer service, I think. They don't even reach basic standards of decency
