@virginmedia We were told on one call it was showing a fault and they would get someone to call but that was two months ago ,nobody ever rang ,if I use my phone or a different iPad you can see the signal disappear often but then other times It will be fine ,just in that room though

@virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

Very disappointed in @virginmedia rang for the 4th time as we keep getting a WiFi issue in one of our rooms on various devices even though it says it’s a full signal , we were told if we pay £5 extra a month we can have a WiFi booster when they are only £20 to buy , ridiculous

So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

Had a big argument with @virginmedia today. On why there is no set channel for @GBNEWS. Feeling concerned they are clamping down on free speach. I have to go on line for it. 😬

@virginmedia This just says I’ll still have to pay £5 a month surely your WiFi should work correctly ,we never had this problem before so surely this means there’s a problem , we can’t afford another £5 a month as we are paying nearly £80 now

@virginmedia Good suggestion thanks. I do this every few days, it tends to be a good shortterm remedy but not a longterm fix. Do you have a solution for the long term? One of your call centre staff mentioned that you’re throttling my service during certain hours. Is there a way around this?

@virginmedia hi, you were meant to install our WiFi today, however you were unable to. the appointment has been rescheduled for the 22nd jan. That’s very late, we need the service ASAP and this also means we’re now paying for no service for 20 days as our first payment is today.

@JamesReckzyy @virginmedia Change the **** stock virgin media router. Had enough of poor speeds so got myself a netgear router now get around 200 Mbps on my 350 service. Although had to spend money on a new router. Placed Virgin router in modem only mode as the one they give to customers is pathetic.

@virginmedia when I cancelled the service at my old house the rep told me I just needed to return the modern, not the cable that's been stapled along the skirting board. But the return pack asks for all cables and includes a blanking plug. Which is it?
