@virginmedia I'll be invoicing you for the data I'm having to use while my connection is lost. My router (Hub 3) just cut out at 12:50 for no apparent reason and resetting hasn't worked at all. I need this to work.

@virginmedia your customer service is a joke. £33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me £74, then reduce down to £57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

@virginmedia We had issues with the Internet on a work laptop as we work from home, after loads of phones calls and even being told to upgrade our package you sent someone out who sorted the issues by changing our box and a connector at the back? Since then it's worked.
