@virginmedia I'll be invoicing you for the data I'm having to use while my connection is lost. My router (Hub 3) just cut out at 12:50 for no apparent reason and resetting hasn't worked at all. I need this to work.

So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

@kaybaka @virginmedia The same happened to me for months. I had just entered a new contract so couldn’t leave! Awful customer service although now my WiFi issues have been resolved the service works well! I dread having another issue though and trying to speak to a human to resolve it!

@virginmedia In this specific instance (and there have been several other issues previously) virgin will not give me written confirmation of my disconnection date - simply an email confirming I will not receive any charges beyond my disconnection date of 28th March will suffice

@mitchec1 @SkyUK @virginmedia VM good for download speed but they change it without u knowing and the price is crap make sure u renew after two years to get it cheaper. Just upgraded mine but had to buy a booster as WiFi went crap after they upgraded me and say it’s because of so many devices but it’s not.
