    So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

    @virginmedia your customer service is a joke. £33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me £74, then reduce down to £57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

    @virginmedia I'll be invoicing you for the data I'm having to use while my connection is lost. My router (Hub 3) just cut out at 12:50 for no apparent reason and resetting hasn't worked at all. I need this to work.

    @virginmedia @CarolynClark1 All day seems to be their busiest time. Still waiting to be connected to the CANCELLATIONS team. Have now been trying to cancel since 18.02 yesterday. 2 phone calls and a WhatsApp chat that has lasted 22.5 hours is not acceptable.

    Along with constant, daily cut-offs throughout the last couple of months, a maintenance that stopped us from using the internet for several days - Broadband issues continue, way to go @virginmedia. I'm seriously considering moving to another provider because this is ridiculous.

    @virginmedia Area is fine (W5 3HP). I'm sick of having to keep checking every time and the broadband working "whenever it feels like it". I've filed a complaint for compensation for this before via your website (account page) - nothing.
