    @virginmedia I'll be invoicing you for the data I'm having to use while my connection is lost. My router (Hub 3) just cut out at 12:50 for no apparent reason and resetting hasn't worked at all. I need this to work.

    So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

    @StephenMilnes @virginmedia @MartinSLewis @MoneyTelegraph @Ofcom Good luck !! They did exactly the same to me £40 ... ofcom were a waste of time . Never ever use @virginmedia for anything. They are an awful company. Use @ThreeUK who are ace .

    @virginmedia What ever would reduce the bills - I wanted help to decide and didn’t get any help whatsoever as the first advise didn’t have a clue, and the second just didn’t care - obviously working from home as I could hear coronation st .. she was more interested in that

    @virginmedia Well that would be easier, but having tried to change my email with yourselves already you haven't done so, so I cannot access online. Several issues and none of them resolved. I thought during times of pandemic WiFi services would be more up to scratch for people to stay at home

    @virginmedia Is there a way I can directly speak to an agent I spoke to on 11th of December who lied to me? If not, say goodbye to a customer. (And yes, I won't need to pay as there is a 30 day honour agreement when renewing a contract).

    @virginmedia slow, slow, dropout, slow. It’s the 2020 waltz! They refuse to provide my monthly data usage. Can’t wait ‘til this contract is up. Wish I never left Sky broadband. Anyone thinking of moving- stick to a provider or the BT network. Reputable brand - maybe in the skies.

    @virginmedia Poor service provided via text, lots of delay tactics, repeating same processes over and over again! No option for a call back . Poor service #virginmedia I will be looking for an alternative broadband provider.

    Holy moly @virginmedia , we've gone from 1 complaint for illegal service, to 4 because your customer support staff can't do their jobs properly. Now on a web chat for over an hour without resolution - should we go for 5 and contact solicitors? Let me know!
