    @virginmedia I'll be invoicing you for the data I'm having to use while my connection is lost. My router (Hub 3) just cut out at 12:50 for no apparent reason and resetting hasn't worked at all. I need this to work.

    So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

    @virginmedia your customer service is a joke. £33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me £74, then reduce down to £57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

    @virginmedia I'm in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire and have internet problem. V6 box is ok for accessing apps but I can't connect to prime video Netflix or now tv.

    @virginmedia Is the LU2 area part of the free upgrade to Super Hub4 my Hub 3 has been nothing but trouble since installation, I'd go as far as to say the Super Hub 3 has turned out to be a downgrade on my old Hub 2 😠

    @virginmedia hey, I have a problem with my Hub 3, I turned it off today to switch off the fuse board to change a plug socket in the house now it won’t turn back on, I ran the test online and followed all the steps but it still hasn’t switched on, please could you get back to me.
