    @StephenMilnes @virginmedia @MartinSLewis @MoneyTelegraph @Ofcom Good luck !! They did exactly the same to me £40 ... ofcom were a waste of time . Never ever use @virginmedia for anything. They are an awful company. Use @ThreeUK who are ace .

    So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

    @virginmedia your customer service is a joke. £33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me £74, then reduce down to £57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

    @virginmedia MH They were no help. They’ve given me the original number I’ve rung before and spoke to 5 different people. They said they’d put me through to installation. Passed to manager and just gave me number I have rung. I want 1 person to take my case and solve the issue.

    @virginmedia I'm getting 125Mb/s at the router using an ethernet lead. Around 9Mb/s WiFi on a good day. There's nothing wrong with the line into the house, it's a broadcast issue with the router. Next call is going to be to OFCOM, I'm afraid.

    @virginmedia how do I get some action on the poor broadband and useless intermittent WiFi I am getting,despite paying you a fortune . On going issue.Tried bot chat and email, no answer on phone. Computer tech says our router is ancient. Can’t move position as on short wire.
