    @virginmedia I'm in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire and have internet problem. V6 box is ok for accessing apps but I can't connect to prime video Netflix or now tv.

    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia jesus how long do you have to wait on your online chat to speak to someone. Over an hour and half now. Tell me again why I am paying you if I can't get the service I want

    @virginmedia Further to yesterday message I still have the same problem & have been unable to speak to an adviser. Usual trouble shooting hasn't worked

    So then @virginmedia, having escaped your contract after 18 months of poor service when will someone come to my house to remove the large ugly brown box that was fixed to my outside wall (bearing in mind it was installed without a booking or any notice at the contract start)?

    @virginmedia Mines not the main one which is the issue, I never had these issues with the TiVo system it's been since the switch to 360 which doesn't work in a house with various boxes as each box should be separate and not synced

    @virginmedia Yes. It was the bereavement team that have the most awful and length process. So I’m doing it online. But I still had to wait on the phone and have the cancellation of contract spiel even though we aren’t cancelling. Just a poor process and no consideration for the customer

    @SarahLudford @virginmedia @O2 Agreed. Customer service now so often means hours and hours trying to contact people, and going round in circles for days and weeks. Why can't we just call and speak to someone?!

    @kelly_owls @virginmedia They are horrendous. Took me about 2 hours to cancel mine a few years and it still haunts me. Horrendous company

    @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Sky is awful. Treat their long term customers terribly. Was paying a fortune for sky sports & they pack it with you tubers. I'm not paying £80 to watch some **** I can already watch for free but don't! IPTV all the way now 👍
