    @virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

    @virginmedia It said everything looks fine until it ran the test and said there is an intermittent fault and to wait 23 hrs for an engineer or something which isn’t helpful, no point of contact so how do I know what’s going on so in terms of an estimated fix time no, except 23hrs

    @virginmedia I was two hours on the phone with your customer service they hung up on me multiple time and bouncing me between different departments and I was not offered the option you are suggesting. They just ask for over 200 pounds. I will be contacting The Guardian with my story.

    @virginmedia Yes. I have rebooted and tried changing settings as per your website. HD content seems fine. SD content is almost unwatchable with so much artifact on the screen. Its not even pixelated like a faulty signal, just extremely poor quality.

    @virginmedia Yes, I had moved property and was told to bring my old stuff. Engineer couldn't set it up as he had message saying customer does not have TV package. 1 month I have been waiting for this to be done. 1st engineer didn't even turn up! Spent 1 hour 47 on customer service last night
