    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @rossisacoolguy @virginmedia I switched to BT from EE in January, it took ages and had so many issues before it finally stopped working. Turns out they had me under two separate accounts: one where I was paying for nothing and another one connected to my flat that was cut off. Absolute joke.

    @philvgr81 @virginmedia @attichris2k Also Hub 5.0 will replace the Hub 3.0 & Hub 4.0 in future but it’s still in trial phases at this moment (the customer testers for the trail was selected at random) I’m not one them lol

    @shanghaiave It's scandalous. You can go online and get a subscription with the flash of a credit card. Try to cancel and they just frustrate the whole process. I started at 2.30 lunch time. At 11pm, having got no where they told me everyone had now gone home. Stay clear of @virginmedia

    @virginmedia It’s saying there are no issues in the area. Only when I do a check on my broadband does it say it’s an intermittent local signal problem. Wifi has not worked at all now since yesterday.

    @chodbag @virginmedia I had just same issues as you 4 days back and I contacted support team but they won’t attend to me … I got help on Twitter by @Lord_tecch they are very professional I suggest you contact them.

    @philvgr81 @virginmedia @attichris2k The Hub 4.0 is only offered to 1GB customers, any packages below that are still on Hub 3.0 (apparently a lot people have given up there Hub 4.0 to go back to 3.0 due to countless issues reported with it Phil)
