    @virginmedia I'm in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire and have internet problem. V6 box is ok for accessing apps but I can't connect to prime video Netflix or now tv.

    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia Hi thanks the service status checker in my Virgin Media won't load either just sits at a blank screen. However I have got someone else to check and there is an area issue. Not sitting for hours on you phone line. I have registered the loss for compensation. Bang goes my job hunt.

    @virginmedia She said account! I never cancelled, I'm fully paid. supposedly replacement hub is out for delivery. She had no idea what she was talking about & neither did faults team. Different answers on every call! Sort yourselves out. pay £77pcm for reliable broadband for my home business.
