Nearly 15mins of a blank screen for a PPV - I realise technical issues happen and it’s live, but to make no attempt to to fix this problem in a timely manor is a farce. @virginmedia I’ll be cancelling my subscription with yourself also, if I don’t receive a refund. I will give it a couple more months if it continues as it has done in the past I will cancel it. I have been with virgin for over 20 years.
