    @virginmedia I'm in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire and have internet problem. V6 box is ok for accessing apps but I can't connect to prime video Netflix or now tv.

    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia hi, got a bit of a problem. Hope you can advise. I have the full package virgin media account. When I watch the footy it appears very blurred. I watched F1 last night and perfectly fine. Appears to be footy mainly blurry all the time.

    @virginmedia For the past 11 days I've been told there is an intermittent signal issue in the area but nothing is being done about it. Internet quality is terrible. Dropping from 300mb to 1mb
