@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@virginmedia You have been out and changed all of the connections, the only thing that hasn't been changed is the router which you were supposed to be sending me but you still haven't, I'm not wasting anymore time trouble shooting, you guys have tried and I have reset router about 50 times

@virginmedia Just spent 1hr37mins on the phone trying to get my broadband sorted out. Girl very helpful but unable to help with very slow download speeds. Unable to speak to a manager or make a complaint. When transferred to someone to help make a complaint,cut off! Livid!
