@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@virginmedia 19/03/2022 - Engineer turns up and install the hub. Leaves the premise saying the connection will be activated in one hour and call the customer care next day if it is not activated. Connection never got activated. 3/n
