@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@virginmedia I'm in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire and have internet problem. V6 box is ok for accessing apps but I can't connect to prime video Netflix or now tv.

@virginmedia worst customer service by far, I have black spots in my house and you charge me per month for WiFi boosters, no wonder when you check on trust pilot your reviews for customer service is 1/5, it makes sense!! Can't wait till Feb so I can go with another provider!!

@virginmedia I have trouble with my tv service (pixelated channels) I call the number, say there is a fault and your automated service runs a pointless test and hangs up. Problem NOT fixed! How do I speak to someone? Poor service!

@virginmedia I haven’t raised a complaint yet, how do I do that? I was also lied to when I called on 23rd by someone at the call centre to get me off the phone. I told them the cable must have been disconnected and they told me it was a problem in my local area and would be resolved shortly.

@virginmedia no help at all - already stated, carried out all steps available online. Told to reboot Hub - done this several times. First Engineer appointment not until 15 January. Absolutely ridiculous. How can we work from home with no internet? Tier 4 & require internet service to work.

@virginmedia I think my divorce was easier than leaving you guys. Absolutley shocking company, how you haven't been fined is beyond me. If we provided this service at the company I work for we'd have shut long ago.
