    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia I'm in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire and have internet problem. V6 box is ok for accessing apps but I can't connect to prime video Netflix or now tv.

    @virginmedia jesus how long do you have to wait on your online chat to speak to someone. Over an hour and half now. Tell me again why I am paying you if I can't get the service I want

    @virginmedia Yes numerous times, phone calls, engineer visit - all keep changing resolution day and time and now 9 days without broadband.

    @virginmedia At you can see, attention to detail has been missed within this response. My name is spelled wrong. Why am I not surprised. I’ve contacted their customer service 4 times and even walked into stores. It is still not resolved. They should reach out to me. #not-impressed

    @paulveness1974 @virginmedia I think that many peoples problems stem from using wifi, everything I have connected to the Internet, TVs and PC are hard wired, i never have a problem. I remember I used the Smart TV features once, never used it since, I press somethings it's instant not sat waiting to load.

    @_Cheebiez I literally moved from virgin media to a different provider last year for this exact problem. Honestly they’re a joke!!
