    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

    @virginmedia I’ve done that - they said they would get back to me in 28 days. Which is clearly very useful. I’m just completely shocked by this service, I’ve never witnessed this is my life. I’d cancel it but I know that’s the easy option out for you because you don’t care if I leave

    @virginmedia thhe problem is when you speak to them they tell you to reset your router or they send a command to do it remotely, then of course it works for a few minutes / hours, as for smart home stuff, "not their problem"

    @virginmedia Had a real poor experience with virgin media today,over the last week have been having problems with my internet and TV service, contacted them many times and did all the fault finding they asked

    @virginmedia Looked for a moment like it was back, both the TiVo and router self restarted - is this meant to happen as part of work that may be being done?, unfortunately hasn’t resulted in restoration of service. Confirmed on service page it’s still an outage in the area

    @virginmedia Not really. The internet still lags and occasionally cuts out for no reason. The worst part is that I can't have a wired connection due to where things are located in my house.

    @virginmedia It's fixed, feedback so in future can you give us a worst case based on the fault data that you have. That way I can condition myself better and make arrangements for working!

    @virginmedia really fed up, issues with signal pixelating, getting worse day by day, followed your instructions, called your helpline and your “expert” online link. Joined your “connect” app, sent messages and still no further forward. Loyal customer getting no help whatever

    @virginmedia just got monthly bill of £91.00 and no service for over 24 hours. Was gonna be fixed 10pm 21/12 then 22/12 at 10am 4pm & 6pm. Now 10am on 23/12. Got no landline tv or broadband and no real answers. Site Can't be reached is your answer! What is your reply.
