@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

@virginmedia Virgin suspended our mobile service as well on Christmas day, still want to know why, but finally you restored this but only this morning. so we have had no Internet, no landlines, Ltd TV. SHOCKING

@virginmedia Spoke to a lovely help desk person … unfortunately little he could do .. awaiting an engineer .. your status update has been infuriating offering fix times and saying the issue has been resolved .. yet all Virgin customers in my estate have no connection @virginmedia

Finally have Internet again! Don't believe a word @virginmedia customer service say. I was lied to repeatedly over 3 days...put through to departments that weren't open or even the right department AND LEFT ON HOLD...told I would be called back but never was. See the pattern?

@virginmedia I spoke to your customer service team about 10 minutes ago when they said they would put me through to the team that deals with “gone always” and instead of transferring me they hung up on me.

@virginmedia I connected directly with ethernet in past, i can't remember, but im sure was issue there, so i have another ethernet cable coming to try direct connection again, i am in a flat, the router is in same room as main telly, so nothing to do with that
