    @virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @stevensallis @DavidLloydUK Loyalty doesn’t exist with big companies Steve - see it all the time! Car insurance renewals just put out there without reward unless you call to discuss, those companies & others like Virgin Media always have ‘new customer’ offers etc but nada for those with many years loyalty.

    @virginmedia our wifi has been rubbish for few days now - have phoned, run the checks, reset machine, read through website and followed advice on there, etc. Pls can someone contact me to help or let me know if this is an area issue being fixed. Thank you.

    @virginmedia still waiting on virgins complaints department to come back to me after one of your “support staff” who called me a “******” (incoming call too) 48 hours after complaining. That was two weeks ago.

    @virginmedia day 2 after being advised of my 63% increase in my monthly payments & still advised too busy so phone back later ( when I can get thru!). Yesterday you advised call your team & they will help how ?
