@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

@virginmedia They did not. Even after restarting my router and a pin reset your systems still said it has an uptime of 45+ days. Guessing its an issue on a switch on your network as I'm not getting a DHCP lease. Curreny using mobile data, so if I am charged will you cover it?

@virginmedia @ibrocksom Yeap... itv and itv HD is down. It's just showing a grayish screen. All other channels are fine.

@virginmedia I tried that - on the phone for an hour. An engineering is booked to come to my home later this week. No idea how thats supposed to help as the issue appears to be software based. Can ypur netwotk team investigate the issue? Relevant MAC addreses are in my case notes.

Thanks @virginmedia for cutting my home broadband off 11 days earlier because I found a new affordable broadband provider. It’s disgusting that you find it acceptable and fair to treat an existing customer of 4 years in such a manner. NEVER AGAIN!!! 🤬🤯😤

@virginmedia Internet in Wallington is intermittent, however I'm unable to check the service outage on your website as it says the link is broken.
