    @virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia John, Iv had an on going issue for over 5 months, it clearly can’t be resolved, so I asked to be disconnect and I got ignored every time

    @virginmedia Since yet again there is no Internet available I will try the number. But as this has now been over 24 hours of unusable service I would also expect a refund for the period where the services I pay for are not delivered.

    @virginmedia Apparently one of the factors I was advised today is that the walls might be too thick.....are you seriously trying to wind me up!!! So now you need to live in a timber house to get adequate internet service!!

    @virginmedia Also, how haven't you informed your manager of this? As it's an escalated complaint which is financially detrimental to your business...This should be going through the hierarchy process.

    @virginmedia Seems to be fixed now, but I wasn't notified of the fix. All in all this has been rather shabby.

    @virginmedia Why do I need to text you, for you to chase my complaint? Chase it up here and now, I've text multiple times. Exactly what issue has their been contacting? The number which you should have rang is on the screen shot and acknowledged via yoyr automatic texting service..
