    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

    @AdamSykesWirral @Tom_Paine_Jr There is no 'competition over speed' in UK infrastructure with the exception of Virgin Media, as all of the providers share the same networking equipment bar small ones who service uneconomic areas etc. Also, you need internet for *everything*, including e.g. claiming benefits.

    @virginmedia are you having any issues in the WV10 area in Wolverhampton? Over the last week or so the WiFi keeps dropping out. It only lasts seconds but the missus is working from home and keeps getting kicked out of meetings

    @virginmedia had no landline phone for nearly 3 days now. Online support is no use, waited on the phone to speak to someone for an hour and then got cut off, sort this out!

    @virginmedia Tried the pin hole hub several times. Been on the forum for few weeks nothing helps. I finally got through on the phone last week and got told to reset it wait 48 hours and it would work OK. But still not working its so frustrating.

    @JanetBarkerWil1 @vmbusiness You’re right they are useless. Even after they have taken your money. I’ve literally just been cut off again from their customer services team. This is just ridiculous #badservice #virginmedia #stopcuttingmeoff
