@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

Good morning, this is just a reminder that @virginmedia is a terrible company, incapable of providing critical service in the middle of a lockdown. Two weeks calling daily, spending on the phone an average of 100 minutes each time, and no solution or progress @richardbranson

@virginmedia We’ve had a second router sent to us which doesn’t work and we were also promised 8 weeks loss of service credit and a free booster. Can you get a manager to phone us back like we were promised. Thanks

@virginmedia Still the same issue! Poor signal in the room next to the new box and it getting more and more frustrating. Working from home is hard as it is and this service is making it unbearable. What are you able to do to ensure this is no longer a problem?

@virginmedia issues in the TW16 area?? I'm without internet connection and doing Zoom calls whilst tethering to my mobile is really annoying!!! Can you confirm whats going on? Not good for a new customer.
