@virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@virginmedia my contract is ending so the price will go double. I asked them for offers or else I will cancel. someone connected today i asked them about an upgrade I saw and boom I am being transferred again? I did the upgrade anyways since I can’t ask it to anyone and it said £32 per month+

@virginmedia Amazon and Netflix connection sometimes drop off, sometimes they have very poor quality. None of the connected devices have been moved and the poor WiFi is only a fairly recent issue.

@virginmedia + compared to the £52 I would need to pay. but when i asked the operators there they kept saying their best package is the £46 one. The upgrade I did said it’s on monthly basis, double the speed and only £32. so it will ve £32 until I cancel it right?
