@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

@virginmedia Yes it says there are no issues in the area. Router just constantly flashes green. No tech visits available until Tuesday. Totally unacceptable

@virginmedia Think you’re missing the point. Your fixes aren’t lasting and it’s down again within a day. Earlier today it said 5pm eta. Now it says 3am tomorrow. There’s a systemic fault in the neighbourhood and you seem to keep treating them as individual events.

@virginmedia Shocking service received today. My "quick setup" which I'm now being told won't be completed until the 7th of December due to a fault and no engineer availability. When I was sold the package I was told that any issues and an engineer will be sent within 24 hours.

@virginmedia hi I have no broadband service and no engineer available to come until Tuesday. My wife relies on the internet for work and it means she cannot do so tomorrow or Monday. Please help. The customer service lines were not helpful.

@virginmedia hi. Is there some sort of issue/work going on in the SN3 area of seindon. The last 2 nights anout 19.30 the broadband has stopped working for 5-10 min then came back on. Seems to not be very reliable at the moment
