@virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@virginmedia Hi, had no broadband since 18/10. Initially service staus showed that maintenance was taking place. Spoke to an agent on 21/10 and he confirmed maintenance due to continue until today 25/10. Still no broadband. Please update me as paying for a service i cannot use.

@virginmedia I tried to up my data speed to 500mb and that extended my contract to another 18months. I do not wish to extend as I plan to move services after the expiration. Just needed the speed to see if the network gets better.

@virginmedia Hey I enjoyed your labyrinth of menu options on you phone support but I can never find the option to order a Wi-Fi pod! You say we can have one but how do we request it? Not available on the account portal neither

@virginmedia Yes, and every-time it says no issue, when there clearly is! It interferes with everything, the hive, the tv everything! Really considering going elsewhere.

3 weeks of calls, sometimes daily and finally after a 5 HOUR CALL TODAY, @virginmedia #VirginMedia finally admit they can not manage or access parts of their OWN systems to correct an error they’ve made with regards to blocking a device on my home network ~ I am BEYOND angry rn🤬

@Christinemcsh13 @virginmedia Honestly Chris the customer experience/service is shocking. Cannot work out why one simple email cannot be sent. Never will I spend with Virgin again.
