    @virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

    @virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve tried they said they can’t help me as it’s a never account. I was on hold for 30 minutes with a buzzy tone then it just cut off!

    @virginmedia By claiming it's a local fault as a result of intermittent loss, it puts the onus on the customer to eventually get so pissed off and worn down that we call. At which point we found out it was NOT a local area fault but an issue with the hub. If I had not been driven mad, how...

    @virginmedia Raised a complaint, which just gave me the same number. Called twice now with no resolution. Thinking of cancelling if this is the level of support customers receive!

    @virginmedia We are having problems with other parts of the system, changing it is not feasible. And this wouldn't have been a problem if our internet hasn't been down for OVER A WEEK. A realistic fix time would be appreciated rather than false hopes.

    @virginmedia My flatmates and I, like idiots, believed that screenshot. We spent two months sending it to each other going 'well, it must be that'. When it was the hub all along. It's completely appalling. And the complaints dept need to fix it, not tell me to call tech support.
