@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

@virginmedia Damage to my property and drive way the drain that been cut now that waster is leaking into my house that what competition was 25 to pay 5000 pounds of damage I want it before gets hurts and then you will have a problem

@virginmedia That's impossible to use. I sign in and you've cancelled that so I can't sign. I can't use the phone, again cos it's cancelled. It's the worst customer service page I've ever used

@virginmedia 2/2 The guy said the contract page on my online account is auto generated, even though I'm on a rolling 30 day contract. Which, for customers, is very confusing. He said to ignore it, but the issue is a contract shouldn't be generated when it's not valid.
