@virginmedia Yes I called back after another 30mins, apparently I have to wait another 48hrs, due to a mistake or issue with your systems, not impressed...

@virginmedia that time when your Virgin mobile has be out for over 24hrs and the support manager is to call you back within 60mins, and that was 90mins! This is not great service 😢

@skittle479 @virginmedia Same thing keeps happening to me. Trying to continuously charge me for equipment I returned over two months ago now. Was supposedly escalated and someone was meant to call me back with a resolution and still nothing.

@virginmedia @shaunabanksxo It doesn’t actually list anything though! You just get stuck in an endless loop of “check your status”…”we can’t work it out so contact us”…”Cora can’t help other than try checking your status”…and back to the beginning again. It’s really not good enough.

So while everyone is complaining they can't watch Netflix etc... my elderly mum and others in the street are without phones as they don't use mobiles. This is why no-one should depend on the Internet and the fancy technology. Landlines never fail @virginmedia @BTCare

@virginmedia my service is so poor now my Sonos system keeps needing to be re authorised and the strength used to give me 400m download and now I am lucky to get 70 and the system tells me I have intermittent connection. Crap
