Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

I just wanna introduce @virginmedia to @CrapBroadband. They give me a 24 month discount - then when I move halfway through the contract restarts but the discount does not. So I'm paying more money for the same service for the next three months for no good reason.

@virginmedia The issues are cutting out when watching things can’t watch a movie, programme, buffering. Went on your app told me to restart hub it said issues were there with connection. Engineer told us we may get issues but to fiddle with hub/pods resolve!!!

@virginmedia Hi, this issue is still not resolved. 'My Virgin Media' shows no problems in this area, but when I run a line test it says there are problems, but gives no time estimate for fixing. Some other people in the street still affected, some not. 48 hours without service now...

If you are thinking to get @virginmedia broadband please think twice.Connection issues,customer service is awful, 1.5hr on the phone and they hanged up on me, and they want to charge me extortionate rates for cancelling because moving abroad. An absolute disgrace!

@virginmedia Craig here again but I don’t think restarting hub every hour is beyond a joke. We have 2 pods one downstairs and one upstairs makes no difference wifi is slow upstairs freezes and you can’t watch nothing you switch hub on and off makes no difference.
