    @virginmedia 21st of June agreed delivery date and still yet today no router delivered. My second time purchasing £15 data package to my telephone to use internet on my laptop. Disgusting service. Talked to the representatives, what you only get is “Sorry”. Cringe service.

    @virginmedia It's still a little wobbly. I ran a diagnostics test and it says "your home network has a few problems" I can't even remember the last time I lost connection but it's SO weird it happened and then I get a call from Sky offering me new broadband haha.

    @virginmedia i have now answered 101 questions in the Virgin Support Chat. Every ten question or so is along the line of ”pick one option to continue: 1. I really love Virgin Customer Services OR 2. I have a really small ****”. Worst experience for a long time. BOT heavy, no fix.

    @virginmedia 2) when the V6 box was switched on it no longer transmitted any signal to the TV, so I eliminated all of the possible problems - I tried a different TV and a different monitor and tried 3 different known working HDMI cables all to no avail.

    @virginmedia as has been said by others talking to support staff is like dealing with a zombie - most of the time as they speak with a foreign accent it is impossible to make out what they are saying which further wastes everyone's time. The Saturday appointment is still going ahead afaik.
