@virginmedia very poor customer service, now been on hold 30 mins. Rang up to cancel my services this is one of the reasons why. Shouldnt have let cancelations put me through to customer relations to see if they can do a deal! Piss poor Virgin Media

@virginmedia The initial complaint was submitted on the 20th of February and the response which came through on the 22nd of feb was not only incorrect but didn’t respond to all my issues. I both called and emailed to response. I then emailed again on the 1st.

@virginmedia Just tells me I have a technician booked… usually it says systems working nothing in our area. Don’t see the point of a technician visiting as problem is outside… why couldn’t the resolution team provide accurate information and be helpful…

@virginmedia I have - we had a power cut at 10.30. Power is back but no broadband. However I explained that until the internet is working, my mums call button will not work. Therefore I have to stay here with her until you fix it. An engineer is booked for Tuesday!

@virginmedia @parallels08 the issue has finally been sorted and the upcoming bill will be refunded to me within 40 days and contract cancelled by end of this month. I am very happy with this outcome. I do think however that the customer service on the phone could be a lot better than it is currently.
