I just wanna introduce @virginmedia to @CrapBroadband. They give me a 24 month discount - then when I move halfway through the contract restarts but the discount does not. So I'm paying more money for the same service for the next three months for no good reason.

Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

@virginmedia We have internet which keeps going off and have been told we have wifi interference.We can purchase some type of pods which may solve this.We do not want to pay additional costs or take on another long term contract just in case the problem remains. We could do with trying a pod.

@virginmedia highly recommend everyone avoid this company! **** customer service. Been left 6 months with no installation and been rescheduled 6 times since January. Pre install team and customer service team are useless! Been waiting for external works for the last 5 months
