Thankyou @virginmobile for threatening legal action & forcing me to pay £135 for a mobile phone service we thought was cancelled. No calls/data used since March but you insisted. Net result is you’ve lost a loyal @virginmedia customer too. All services cancelled. Good riddance🖕

@virginmedia Hi, as a family, all 4 of us are having problems with the mobile network. This has been ongoing for a few weeks and despite assurances that the problem is being fixed, it clearly isn't. This is frustrating and we are not getting the service we're paying for.

@virginmedia Yes, I had an email offer for £6 broadband speed double, applied for it, got a reference but never heard back, contacted Customer Service, they said they can't do anything about it and to make a complaint, raised complaint and your resolution is to contact Customer Service.

The engineer came out and found a house round the corner had been put on the same connector as us and when he went online after work each day our WiFi crashed. He moved our connection and all sorted
