Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

@virginmedia We have reset it 10 times, turned it off and on 50 times and still receive error code CS1012 Can't retrieve your account details. We have called customer service 15 times and each time told it would work by the end of the day and each time it still does the same error CS1012
