I just wanna introduce @virginmedia to @CrapBroadband. They give me a 24 month discount - then when I move halfway through the contract restarts but the discount does not. So I'm paying more money for the same service for the next three months for no good reason.

Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

Your crappy customer service is why you're losing customers, @virginmedia you need to understand that your customers have other choices now or you'll be dust once you lose your monopoly on the the fibreoptic services that other providers are catching up with.

@virginmedia None of the many customer service people at VM I've spoken to about this seem to have the authority to close my account. I've authenticated several times and just get sent round in circles and given different tasks. That seems to include VM social media staff.
