Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

@virginmedia I don't believe the TV issues are impacting my Broadband issues. Although they are the reason I needed a technician in the first place because the TV guys knocked my stuff loose in the cabinet. I'm going to try replace Ethernet cables/slots on the Modem and report back.

@virginmedia I've tried all that and it doesn't work and I've told your customer service department and nothing gets sorted nobody rings back my new giga bit router that should be super fast is super slow and all you keep saying is ring your 0345 number which is automated and no help☹
