The desperation is so unreal that they even cut the phone off! So glad we left those money hungry bastards, we've given them so many chances to fix our issues, but it's always been 'our fault' and never helped. So long Virgin Media.

The absolute audacity your teams have @virginmedia. We rant up to cancel our package yesterday stating that your broadband is slow and your TV package is just repeated shows. They rang up earlier today offering new packages, dispite us already switching.

After 10(ish) years, I was absolutely incandescent with @virginmedia yesterday on how I was treated, I had to ask 17 times to cancel my service before the message got through, as they offered me varying amounts of money in an attempt to purchase my loyalty. I feel liberated.

@virginmedia Yes another complaint raised and they closed the same day saying resolved. To be frank your cheap outsourced call centres are typically fraud!

@virginmedia Permission is not the problem it’s your third party availability as the work is scheduled for several different days and no one turned up! Frankly say “we cannot always provide as promised” advertise that statement. I don’t set dates you do and fail to act!

Why do @virginmedia make it impossible to contact them any way other than by their website or app when you have an Internet problem. Not everywhere has good mobile signal.

@EdmontonRoller @virginmedia @litfibre I was surprised after I signed up they told me that it wasn’t Virgin as I knew it anymore. It wasn’t cables, but I was told no change to their service. Then when it was installed the engineer informed me I couldn’t record anything either. I still thought it’ll be ok, but nope

@Virginmedia finally sent me a text at 13.04 today (13 hours later) to say there’s an outage, yet when I go to my account it says no issues in my area and I need an engineer. This happens every, single time I lose service. I was with @SkyUK for 2.5 years. Never had a problem!
