They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

The process involves downloading an email, pressing a button to return to the screen—what f****** screen?—then trying the alternative options, sending a text, getting to another page, linking something up, and doing this repeatedly. Still only want the router model name. Incompetent and useless. Can't just have an email and a password, gotta get sent a text that doesn't f****** work, get sent an email that doesn't f****** work, do it 38 times or do it for the rest of my f****** life. #Virginmedia made it easier for who the f***? All these corporations and banks always improving either the taste of processed food or their login process and, it's never f****** easy, so who are they improving it for?
