    @virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

    I just wanna introduce @virginmedia to @CrapBroadband. They give me a 24 month discount - then when I move halfway through the contract restarts but the discount does not. So I'm paying more money for the same service for the next three months for no good reason.

    Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

    @virginmedia Permission is not the problem it’s your third party availability as the work is scheduled for several different days and no one turned up! Frankly say “we cannot always provide as promised” advertise that statement. I don’t set dates you do and fail to act!

    @virginmedia I have continually had disconnection issues for the past 8months to the internet and I’m always told someone will get back to me, I wait patiently and nothing is done. My internet keeps dropping off and I have to manually restart the hub. #poorCustomerService #poorService
