    @virginmedia your customer service is a joke. £33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me £74, then reduce down to £57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

    @virginmedia is there any chance of sorting my broadband speed out today as been slow since Thursday. 3 days, 3 different times each day it should be sorted but still the same. Paying for 350mbps but getting 15mbps.

    Never, i repeat NEVER use @virginmedia, they are the most dogshit, unreliable service ive ever had to use. They boast they are the 'fastest most reliable connection', when they are infact the slowest ive ever used, train wifi is infact faster than your shambles of a network.

    @virginmedia When you call the number back, it just says the virgin media sales team tried to call and they'll be in contact again. Then the call ends. If the service us now up and running I don't mind them calling. I just don't like how the call ends the instant the phone is answered.

    @virginmedia Yes, had an account previously so I gave an alternate email address to use and agreed a password. Was told you would shut down my old account and all would be ok. Also promised a call back to ensure it was working. Not working, no call 🤬

    Also why @virginmedia was I told initially I wouldn't even need to at home as you would be fixing the cable in the road (although you never turned up to fix it) do I now have to be at home for you to fix it? Why are you not consistent with what you tell your customers?

    Even before my services were connected, I was disappointed with the customer service I received from @VirginMedia. A complete joke transferred from one department to another just for the call to conveniently drop out.
