    After 10(ish) years, is was absolutely incandescent with @virginmedia yesterday on how I was treated, I had to ask 17 times to cancel my service before the message got through, as they offered me varying amounts of money in an attempt to purchase my loyalty, I feel liberated.

    @virginmedia Yes another complaint raised and they closed the same day saying resolved. To be frank your cheap outsourced call centres are typically fraud!

    @virginmedia Permission is not the problem it’s your third party availability as the work is scheduled for several different days and no one turned up! Frankly say “we cannot always provide as promised” advertise that statement. I don’t set dates you do and fail to act!

    I just wanna introduce @virginmedia to @CrapBroadband. They give me a 24 month discount - then when I move halfway through the contract restarts but the discount does not. So I'm paying more money for the same service for the next three months for no good reason.

    @virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.

    @virginmedia Checked service status shows no known issues for my area. YouTube did tweet me an hour or so ago telling me others have complained of same issue of app freezing at logo screen.

    @virginmedia my internet is awful all the time I'm getting 1/2mb when I'm paying for 200mb+. I'm sick of calling and have a new box. The set up is fine my end so its clearly the service. Can someone call me and get this sorted today or I'm going to go elsewhere.

    @virginmedia On Monday I was told it was my hub. Then a few minutes later told it was outage. Apparently that was fixed. Then this morning seems it wasn’t. And cannot be fixed before Tuesday or Friday ?

    @virginmedia It is the main service box not a tv box. It’s installed in my garden and it supports about 8 other house holds. I need to email someone and provide evidence. I’ve been on the phone to your colleagues to no avail.

    @virginmedia I know how WiFi works I used to work for BT my point is you said the app works I'm pointing out it's as poor as the hub for providing a signal it's 2021 and your hub can't provide decent WiFi signal to a room above it
