    @virginmedia They have been with @virginmedia for years. They did change their package they needed from a few months ago, but have paid you thousands over the whole time as a customer. They didn’t want to cancel. The fact you can’t continue their service for them, and making them pay...cont

    @wellywellard @virginmedia If Virgin had #UK call centres & people that could explain they had (have) problems I think their customers would be less annoyed & they would get less angry comments when #Virginmedia Claim every thing is up & running, when it obviously isn't, people get very vexed indeed.

    So @virginmedia I’m on your Hub 3 and it’s TERRIBLE. The WiFi signal 30ft away or more is less than half strength... Plus they installed it in our hallway...less than 6ft from our door which is SOOOO not ideal placement. Upgrade our box and install somewhere better please.

    @smcculloch12 @ItsRykard @virginmedia My service has been badly affected too. Yet status page say all is is runing full speed, I'm assuming to avoid paying refunds to customers (I'm currently getting about one 5th of what I'm paying for)

    @virginmedia And do I need to call again, explain to one agent who then doesn’t get it & I get transferred elsewhere. Happy for UK customer services representative to call anytime. I draw the line on being passed from one person to another and starting all over again. You guys are exhausting

    @virginmedia Still happening. I have been a customer for years with you and experienced many issues over the years. I was in a call for my RAF Air Cadets, guess what happened, my WiFi cut out, several people couldn't join. I've about had it. I may take my custom elsewhere.

    @virginmedia Parents a cancellation fee, even though we are not wanting to cancel, you are. NO managers to talk it through with from our end. No consideration for the stress of a move without @virginmedia contribution. Very upset. Your. True colours shown after many years as your customer 😡

    @virginmedia I have had the same issues as everyone else since summer last year. System service says there is no problem, when there clearly. You chat function never works, I am still waiting for a call back since December. I call you but I get cut off. How else do we get a response?
