    @virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2

    @virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down

    @virginmedia "This year, next year, sometime, never" - I paraphrase slightly. It's still never left their Livingston depot, despite arriving there before 9:30am on Monday. A VM engineer is coming on Friday, unless a miracle happens and Yodel actually deliver before then.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I've now spent several hours on hold trying to get some help with my internet then TV issues, it is incredibly hard for me to manage but even more so when I finally get through and the answer is always 'sorry there is nothing I can do, you will have to call again.

    @virginmedia Your service check link says the area issue is cleared, so phoned again. Customer service says it’s not cleared and there’s no way I can find that out tomorrow without having to wait on hold again. The mixed messages are really difficult and really stressful.

    @virginmedia Today I was told by the agent to just wait. I explained multiple times I’ve been waiting since April but she advised I just had to wait. No estimated date to wait until. I jokingly asked what month or year. She did laugh but couldn’t help any further.

    @virginmedia appalling corrupt service yet again! Student signed up for 18 month contract (all you would give) saying she could take it with her. Can’t as not in service area. Charge 130 to disconnect. Criminals!
