    @virginmedia 2/2......and it isn’t your fault you work within the restrictions given to you but from a customer point of view VM doesn’t seem to have made any effort to address this......I’m sure the customer service operatives are trying their best but feel they are also being let down

    @virginmedia No you can’t fair comment however what you can do is go back to your bosses and tell them that multiple customers of yours are unhappy with the current state of the level of customer service your company is providing....inaccessible, inadequate and sometimes simply not there 1/2

Having never received anything like not even a quarter of the speed they charge for I agree they are a joke. Move to a provider with less bragged about but more honest speeds

    @virginmedia This is the number we've rang over 20 - 30 times, yet nothing has been resolved... Would you kindly provide me with the number for level 3 team (or whoever is above level 2 team) as the customer service agents will not let you speak to anyone outside of their level 2 team.

    @virginmedia Well I have a complaints number and a response. But as indicated it paid no attention to my actual complaint. I was told my price would not rise when called during the pre price rise ability to leave. Then when the rise happened I called again to be told period to leave expired.
