@virginmedia your customer service is a joke. £33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me £74, then reduce down to £57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

@virginmedia Back home now. Hub is red, no Internet when wired either. Test on phone says theres a problem but service status says no problem, 2 days now mostly hot spotting from phone, running out of data!

@virginmedia No attempt at a temporary resolution during this time so we had to pay out our pocket to increase our phone data as we have an non-verbal child that we need internet for so he can use his communication device. No response from management even though we’ve asked several times.

@EyeEdinburgh @virginmedia Yeah, I had the exact same issue - the broadband hub sits upstairs, the phone hub downstairs. Fortunately I've got multiple chargers for the landline, so I plugged the base station into the hub and moved a charger downstairs.

i've been having internet issues with virgin media for months everytime we phone they just tell us "they're doing work on the line." every time and now they're not gonna do anything until new years :) this is ridiculous it won't stay connected securely at all.
