    @virginmedia your customer service is a joke. £33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me £74, then reduce down to £57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

    @virginmedia That's right but I have not been a direct customer SINCE 2017 and was told as long as I use the account every 90 days I am fine. No notice is what I am disgusted by

    @MelJanie @virginmedia I was with Virgin for years but got treated like a piece of crap on their shoe with multiple issues so I’ve left! Customer service is non existent! They just don’t care!

    First-time drug possession may no longer mean prosecution. From today, adults caught with a small amount of drugs for personal use may instead be referred to the HSE for support. They must admit the drugs were for their own use and agree to take part in the scheme. More on Virgin Media PLAY.
