    @virginmedia your customer service is a joke. £33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me £74, then reduce down to £57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

    @kelst170 @virginmedia Oh I did. I’m leaving on 11th December and going with sky. Exactly the same package at under £30! Proves there’s no point in being a loyal customer with @virginmedia !!

    @virginmedia Hi, one of your little pavement brown boxes of cables is broken & missing its cover outside Dominos Pizza, North High Street, Musselburgh, Scotland. I've made it waterproof using a plastic bag and cable ties, but it will need to be repaired with a new cover. - SC

    @virginmedia Broadband issues ( again). Ongoing problem at my old address, recently moved and continued. I have a 14 day cooling off period after signing new contract, if this isn't resolved I will be cancelling.

    @virginmedia I know this is what you’ve been briefed to say from a set list of responses. So I have no issue with that. I hope they are going to give you and your colleagues a pay deal that is RPI +3.9% year on year in perpetuity.

    @virginmedia Hi. Its going wonky again. But the service checker is now saying it could be the hub 5. And the problems only really started when going from hub 3 to hub 5. Is it possible to get a replacement?

    @O2 @virginmedia @TheO2 Hopefully you get prioritised when they agree to set up your new Broadband and you don't have to wait 13 days so your can work from home and your children can prepare for exams. And they don't even try and fix it..

    @virginmedia the service im receiving off you currently is shocking. Told one thing off customer services do that told off someone else this cant happen. I need my services sorting out, and i need you to organise my wifi pods no point talking to anyone as no-one reads the acct

    @virginmedia From what I've heard from your support forum it's just a case of having no stock of Hub 5s. But they're still being advertised as part of your broadband packages. I have registered a complaint on the website but not heard anything.
