    @virginmedia That's right but I have not been a direct customer SINCE 2017 and was told as long as I use the account every 90 days I am fine. No notice is what I am disgusted by

    @virginmedia I have an issue with Bluetooth headphones interfering with WiFi signal. Two pairs of headphones, same result. Is there anything I can do to the router to stop this from happening? It's better when I switch off the 2.4GHz band.

    Hey @virginmedia I’m sure it’s lovely that you’ve ‘upgraded’ our wifi having looked at our usage, but considering it’s half term in a WFH family that was a very bad time to make any judgements 🙄

    @virginmedia That’s exactly how the installation took 4 weeks to be fixed. Your company simply never answers. I’m trying to resolve this for my mother and it’s a never ending saga. As before, somebody needs to just fix it but nobody takes responsibility and everything takes weeks. Ridiculous.
