  • FlirtsForFood Kaylea: Will Flirt For Food (@FlirtsForFood) reported from Holbeach St. Johns, England

@virginmedia your customer service is a joke. £33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me £74, then reduce down to £57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

  • Michael73942063 Michael Butler (@Michael73942063) reported from Glinton, England

@davidmellie1970 @bradxLUFC @virginmedia Thanks but this only works if you have a virgin media package /account … i don’t as my email address was never conditional of this when i got the email address 23 years ago

  • FlirtsForFood Kaylea: Will Flirt For Food (@FlirtsForFood) reported from Holbeach St. Johns, England

@kelst170 @virginmedia Oh I did. I’m leaving on 11th December and going with sky. Exactly the same package at under £30! Proves there’s no point in being a loyal customer with @virginmedia !!

  • FlirtsForFood Kaylea: Will Flirt For Food (@FlirtsForFood) reported from Holbeach St. Johns, England

@kelst170 @virginmedia Oh I did. I’m leaving on 11th December and going with sky. More or less the same package at under £30! Proves there’s no point in being a loyal customer with @virginmedia !!

  • officialnucky Carl (@officialnucky) reported from Swineshead, England

Nearly £90 a month to @SkyUK and the useless ***** can't even provide a decent enough service to watch Sky Go on my PC. Honestly can't wait for @virginmedia to come here

  • alfieboy85 Danny (@alfieboy85) reported

@virginmedia Just that someone would attend to sort the issue I'm not sure that happened.

  • pressfuturist Alastair Horne (@pressfuturist) reported

Virgin Media down for the second time in five days and I’m less sanguine about it this time. Rebooting to see if that’ll fix it. @virginmedia

  • ThePiGent ThePiGent (@ThePiGent) reported

@virginmedia Customer service said they wouldn’t want to make promises they can’t keep... Construction on 23rd June, install not until 30th. I think you need to pay one of your team overtime to get here on the 24th at the least, don’t you? I was promised the install was tmrw after 1st delay…

  • iucounu iucounu (@iucounu) reported

@pressfuturist @virginmedia Yeah I just switched back to Sky. They offered me various deals to stay but they couldn’t offer me a ‘the internet stops randomly going down once a month’ option

  • richproduce89 Richard Dean (@richproduce89) reported

@virginmedia Hi, we are on the "M100 Fibre Broadband" package, the down speed is fine today, its the upload, 0.45Mbps is ridiculous.

  • mansamus19 🤘🏿@ntl£r (@mansamus19) reported

@virginmedia My service is meant to end by 16th of june. Which meant my bill of £30 will go up to £91 going forward but because the bill comes out in advance, the charges reflected on my latest bill. So i opted to cancel the contract but turns out there is a 30day period i have to pay for

  • Neill771 Mark Neill (@Neill771) reported

@virginmedia hi, I have checked the service status and it’s all looks good. I would stress that it always says that and our service has been dreadful for weeks.

  • andyyoung2 Andyy 🇪🇺 (@andyyoung2) reported from Wandsworth, England

Hi @virginmedia - can you tell me why you’re advertising on GB News platform of hate please? If you continue I’ll need to cancel my contract. Thanks.

  • Joshyyy2014 Joshua Robinson (@Joshyyy2014) reported

Spent my whole lunch trying to get hold of @virginmedia who have joined up with @TheO2 - what an atrocious service.

  • PaperGoblin WildAnnie (@PaperGoblin) reported

@virginmedia This issue I had was the internet going down because you were upgrading the network in the middle of my live stream. It wasn't an outage. I received no letterbox drop notification.
