@virginmedia your customer service is a joke. £33.50 for the last 12 months package and now you want to charge me £74, then reduce down to £57 FOR THE SAME PACKAGE. This is vile especially during a pandemic when so many people are struggling.

@kelst170 @virginmedia Oh I did. I’m leaving on 11th December and going with sky. Exactly the same package at under £30! Proves there’s no point in being a loyal customer with @virginmedia !!

@virginmedia Day 6 now with no phone use. Your advice to go back to the forum was little use as I was told I am not yet at the stage where my personal details are needed as its a generic fault, but it's not on your website as an issue. This is beyond a joke now.

@virginmedia No issues detected in the area. Reset the router but getting drops in service regularly. Working from home with a busted knee and can not afford to lose a day of work.

@virginmedia I've raised a complaint via the phone and online and still not heard from anyone. As a new customer the whole transfer to @virginmedia has been a total mess and taken up a huge amount of my time.
