@virginmedia Final agent grasping at straws offered me £10 apology but not the compensation, an upgrade but not compensation. Then started making things up about intermittent loss of service so I was not entitled: still not true.

@virginmedia I always explained to your representative that it was due to the service, not the price. Unfortunately, previously there was never any response when the broadband went down and I attempted to contact you.

@virginmedia None of the agents knew about the OFCOM VM agreement on automatic compensation. All of them picked up on the £20 credit to my account as if this explained things: this is an 'experience apology' for poor service not compensation for loss of broaband.

@virginmedia Your phone line says no area issues. Yet another tweet from someone else would suggest there very much is an issue…your 0345 number is a shambles. Twice I’ve called and when getting through. Instantly hung up on.

@virginmedia I just got through…your operator told me it’s not an outage but an issue affecting my area and trying to fix it but have no idea how long. If it’s an area issue. Then it is an outage. I get there can be problems. It’s the shambles in dealing with people that grinds my gears.
