So under a week with @virginmedia providing and I've already got connection issues. Considering people have to work from home telling me this will be fixed by 5 30 doesn't really help. #notverywhoosh #virginmediadown

@virginmedia We agreed a resolution a couple of months ago and I've been calling repeatedly ever since, I keep getting apologies from different people but still no cheque or letters. Also the link you provided just displays an error message.
