  @virginmedia Exactly, This is why I said I am disappointed. Treating a customer like that? I would prefer a more suitable offer as I stayed with you for two years and could’ve stayed longer if you were supplying the area I’ve moved to.

  @virginmedia It was for the laying of the cables (not for any specific property). It was dug up by Kier construction then virgin media did the cable work and it’s never been finished.

  @virginmedia Every time I check it’s pushed back a day. It originally said it would be fixed by 11pm last night. It’s now on 2pm tomo. Wtf is going on. This is not acceptable

  OK nuffs enuff @virginmedia. We haven't had Internet for 36 hrs and your automated system keeps promising it will be fixed in 4hrs! Bored of going round your unmanned phones. What's the issue in Torquay? Mice in the cabinet? We are locked down need our fix.

  @EFM_1 @virginmedia I just don’t get any service here with Plusnet so trying a new provider and they have a deal recommended by Uswitch
