And broadband gone down again this afternoon @virginmedia. Will these intermittent outages be sorted after BH weekend? Not always looking at my phone so no idea of it’s been on and off all day. I imagine yes. Why is @BBCNews only reporting the Vodafone broadband issues?

More @virginmedia issues again this evening. I have no broadband. Website says no TV but broadband is ok. Not for me. Honestly I paid for 3 months when I wasn’t in the UK. When I return to the UK, I’ve had more issues than it’s worked! Surely I need some refund now?!

@virginmedia What is the current status of the outage in #cambridge ? please. I guess its all down to the roadworks on #miltonroad I wonder what other utilities will get damaged over the next 2 years of chaos in the #cb4 area of the city.

@virginmedia I cancelled my service in mid-end November, customer service told me to cancel DD, you disconnected it a day later. Now a bill had come in for £49 ?? Took customer service 15mins to look into and then 15 mins with retention, neither able to explain properly.

@virginmedia Since it went down the WiFi doesn't work. It's no longer protected by a password as it should be. My dad called virgin they said there was an issue in the area. That was 3 weeks ago surely something else is wrong here.
