    @pbw1000 @virginmedia Same problem here, same timing, also in CB4. Told it was an area problem. But now told it’s fixed so not their problem so must be ours. Next call told it might be their problem! Daughter is NHS Dr trying to work online @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yes. Service is restored at the moment but understand it’s an ongoing issue. Usually a short outage (9 minutes) but this was 25mins this time.

    @virginmedia I’m using the hub in modem mode. From the logs (which only go back to 9.12am) there are several critical errors coinciding with each outage. It’s looking like the modem isn’t getting a response from VM at that time.

    @JohnJef51763960 @virginmedia My neighbour & I are now monitoring & recording the outages. There has been 4 today - all about 10 minutes each. We’re seeing the same problems at the same time so there must be a common fault. It needs @virginmedia to investigate their equipment...

    @JoeBaguley What’s your 4G like when you lose power? Often when we have a powercut both the broadband and 4G signal dies too. I’m running a UPS but guess @virginmedia / @EE don’t protect their kit 🤔

    @virginmedia @JohnJef51763960 I’ve added log files to the Virgin community and have been assured that someone will be looking at the issue. From the logging feedback received suggest this is not a customer premises issue.

    @Football101blog @virginmedia And it’s not just one customer. Is there some magic number of customers that make a complaint valid? When you have a business to run, a job to do- and are in lockdown already- days without internet are a major problem.

    @virginmedia Internet down since yesterday. Ring: automated message says it’s an area problem. Then told it’s fixed. It stops again-they deny any problem now and suggest it cd be router but insist we wait 48 hours to see. Dau is hosp Dr. working from home! 48 hours no NHS access?

    ironic that the hold music on @virginmedia ‘s “help line” contains the lyrics “please don’t let me down”. The very reason i’m calling for the upteenth time. 100 hours since i was promised a manager calling back in 48hrs, and 48hrs since they said it would only be another 24 hours

    @UKPowerNetworks short (7 minute) power outage experienced in CB245** @virginmedia service lost as well as @EE service too. I know the value of a UPS and while I recognise that residential broadband isn’t protected, I’m shocked that the EE mobile service was compromised.

    @virginmedia absolute awful service today. Ordered a SIM only on the 29th Hasn't turned up. So rang. The orders "parked" no contact. Service advisor is so quiet. Told them several times can't hear them. Now on the phone for nearly 45mins! Mainly due to being unable to hear them.

    @JimSterling @virginmedia In Australia you can report **** like this to the telecommunications ombudsman. The telco/isp gets their **** together pretty fast after that. Is there such a thing in the UK?

    @virginmedia Engineer would be coming out! Why wouldn’t he believe the scammers when your own customer service people don’t even know the right “script”?!!!! If your level of service was competent in his area then this would never have happened. I blame @virginmedia for this.

    @virginmedia And for obviously selling his third party information as the scammers were aware of the issues he has been having throughout digitalisation and provided him with the same solutions as your customer service team. If you stopped selling customers data then we would have less fraud

    @JimSterling Virgin Media are the single worst customer service experience I've had since TalkTalk straight up lied to me about buying out my ISP, I've had a good few meltdowns from stress with it. Good luck getting it sorted, you'll need it. I wish other ISPs offered such competitive speed
