@virginmedia Many a time! There is a problem with the lines in the road, which I understand takes time, but it’s been months and months. I have asked for compensation which I wil not get until the problem is fixed, which is ironic.

@virginmedia No problem! Hub 3. Speed just not as hoped. It's some sort of street-to-house issue, acknowledged by a technician on a previous visit. Separate (Google) WiFi is rock solid.

@virginmedia Every few months, I'm called by someone from Virgin "just calling to inform me of some new offers available to me as a special customer" etc. I've tried being polite I've tried being stern Now I just have to hang up on them Just stop already. If I want something, I'll call you.
