@virginmedia it’s apparent you have a problem but you are not being honest about it. Can someone please advise when your email system will be fixed. No service for 24 hours now, made a requested password change, an adviser also changed my password. Even been given a fault number.

@virginmedia This has crashed again although no lights on any of the boxes or pod - try to call and can’t get through - try to use the app to see if there is an outage and that isn’t working either….sort it out as trying to WFH

@kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

@Joshday27 @virginmedia I have had same problem left phone on loud speaker 2 hours app on windows not working use browser then it said to many devices wait till 1st Dec that was on 15th Nov because u can't get hold of no body waited untill then what happened I've got 4 same device and still won't play

@virginmedia my parents are having constant issues with your service, internet access is dropping out several times a week, and waiting 20 minutes on the phone isn't helping. I remember a time when you got the service you paid for.....

@virginmedia Was on phone for an hour before the call terminated without speaking to anyone - he doesn't have the time for that. We are still no nearer a resolution and the 14 day cooling off period ends tomorrow. So this either gets resolved where the contract is corrected or we canxel

@virginmedia Thanks for your reply. A simple conversation to cancel a subscription has been taken weeks and has not been processed on request 3 times, even when ‘confirmed’ by staff. I asked to log a complaint, another request that was point blank ignored.
