    @virginmedia it’s apparent you have a problem but you are not being honest about it. Can someone please advise when your email system will be fixed. No service for 24 hours now, made a requested password change, an adviser also changed my password. Even been given a fault number.

    @kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

    @Joshday27 @virginmedia I have had same problem left phone on loud speaker 2 hours app on windows not working use browser then it said to many devices wait till 1st Dec that was on 15th Nov because u can't get hold of no body waited untill then what happened I've got 4 same device and still won't play

    @virginmedia Hiya, I have just tried to log AGAIN that my broadband isn't working. Why is it you are more than happy to take my money but cant resolve the issue. That's 3 days now. All I am told is to run a diagnostic check. ITS NOT MY HUB

    @virginmedia This was attempted yesterday, I’ve also tried to access online support - all to no avail! Disappointing and frustrating - this is now over 4 hours of my time trying to resolve this!

    @virginmedia Thank you for your response! The system states that there are no issues, however the WiFi is still almost non existent! Your customer service line isn’t taking any calls for days now, which is very frustrating :(

    @virginmedia If your talking about previous questions I have not been answered and called back by your complaints dept its been 3 weeks for the shocking intermittent and no service. You disconnected and left me without supply and your engineers had to come out to reconnect me from the server
