@kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

@virginmedia it’s apparent you have a problem but you are not being honest about it. Can someone please advise when your email system will be fixed. No service for 24 hours now, made a requested password change, an adviser also changed my password. Even been given a fault number.

@virginmedia PLEASE can somebody help sort out my router problem. Level 1 support said I need a new router, but only Level 2 can order it. Dumped through to them but nobody answered. Gave up after an hour. Still have a faulty router and nobody wants to help. Aarrgghh !!
