And broadband gone down again this afternoon @virginmedia. Will these intermittent outages be sorted after BH weekend? Not always looking at my phone so no idea of it’s been on and off all day. I imagine yes. Why is @BBCNews only reporting the Vodafone broadband issues?

@kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

More @virginmedia issues again this evening. I have no broadband. Website says no TV but broadband is ok. Not for me. Honestly I paid for 3 months when I wasn’t in the UK. When I return to the UK, I’ve had more issues than it’s worked! Surely I need some refund now?!

I have the volt deal. So I also now have o2 too. They have being atrocious too. Loss of signal tonnes of times. Customer service between @O2 & @virginmedia have being awful. I only moved from @sky due to getting a better deal from you’s but honesty I never had a problem with sky

@virginmedia I am so disappointed. I signed up on 8th for M100 @£24 a month for 18 months. Some tech glitch meant I was being charged the full £44. Called up for help. After 1 hour on phone, speaking to loads of people and getting no where. I gave up and cancelled my contract. 😔

@virginmedia wifi box turned up today & it doesn’t work. Have spent hours on phone with someone & can send an engineer next week. The problem is we have 3 week old newborn twins and the wifi controls our heating. They say they can’t send an engineer today! How is this helpful!?

@virginmedia Same services just considerably reduced costs, long standing customer whose contract had price walked, offered new deal, which subsequently couldn’t be provided so as hoc discount added to reduce price. Did have to cancel a corrupt sim order on virgin mobile though.

@virginmedia Hi, I’m fed up of trying to contact you’s through all your channels. Simply no point. Have just become a new customer. I’ve had WiFi black spots. TV’s all out of sync. Boxes constantly rebooting. Tv quality poor. I could go on. I can’t even get through to cancel.
