@virginmedia This has crashed again although no lights on any of the boxes or pod - try to call and can’t get through - try to use the app to see if there is an outage and that isn’t working either….sort it out as trying to WFH

More @virginmedia issues again this evening. I have no broadband. Website says no TV but broadband is ok. Not for me. Honestly I paid for 3 months when I wasn’t in the UK. When I return to the UK, I’ve had more issues than it’s worked! Surely I need some refund now?!

I didn’t seem to have issues with my @virginmedia broadband today (didn’t try the TV) but now it’s meant to be fixed, mine has gone down!

@kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

@virginmedia do me a favour, just send me a new router please! Sick of intermittent broadband. Takes too long to get through to tech adviser so it’s back working by the time I speak to someone so they detect no issues!

And broadband gone down again this afternoon @virginmedia. Will these intermittent outages be sorted after BH weekend? Not always looking at my phone so no idea of it’s been on and off all day. I imagine yes. Why is @BBCNews only reporting the Vodafone broadband issues?

@virginmedia Cancelled my contract with you on Thursday 18th as you couldn't offer me a better deal. I was told my connection would terminate on 19th April. But due to your error I've been cut off on the 19th March! Told that it'll take up to 48hrs, still not on, so annoyed.
