    More @virginmedia issues again this evening. I have no broadband. Website says no TV but broadband is ok. Not for me. Honestly I paid for 3 months when I wasn’t in the UK. When I return to the UK, I’ve had more issues than it’s worked! Surely I need some refund now?!

    @virginmedia This has crashed again although no lights on any of the boxes or pod - try to call and can’t get through - try to use the app to see if there is an outage and that isn’t working either….sort it out as trying to WFH

    @11_konrad @virginmedia Well, I’m in a contract now. Been very good for me until the past few days. Potentially moving home in a few months so I will cancel the contract and change provider then.

    @kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

    @virginmedia do me a favour, just send me a new router please! Sick of intermittent broadband. Takes too long to get through to tech adviser so it’s back working by the time I speak to someone so they detect no issues!

    And broadband gone down again this afternoon @virginmedia. Will these intermittent outages be sorted after BH weekend? Not always looking at my phone so no idea of it’s been on and off all day. I imagine yes. Why is @BBCNews only reporting the Vodafone broadband issues?

    I didn’t seem to have issues with my @virginmedia broadband today (didn’t try the TV) but now it’s meant to be fixed, mine has gone down!

    @virginmedia Every room upstairs had a black spot. It said get WiFi extenders... I did and it didn't solve anything. It also doesn't help the hub got fitted behind my tv and I can't move it.

    @virginmedia I would like to serve notice to cancel my virgin contract. It's not simple to do online. My contract end date is 18 December 2020. Sales team have forwarded me to retentions team who hung up before even speaking to me!!??

    @virginmedia It was fine when she left. Then an hour or so later it went down for a couple of seconds. Then came back. It done that all day until just then when I tweeted you and it didn’t come back on
