@virginmedia This has crashed again although no lights on any of the boxes or pod - try to call and can’t get through - try to use the app to see if there is an outage and that isn’t working either….sort it out as trying to WFH

More @virginmedia issues again this evening. I have no broadband. Website says no TV but broadband is ok. Not for me. Honestly I paid for 3 months when I wasn’t in the UK. When I return to the UK, I’ve had more issues than it’s worked! Surely I need some refund now?!

@kev21261 @mrdanwalker The fact that many people Iive in poverty is not a reason to abolish the BBC licence fee. A commercial service, would be far more expensive and provide far less content (just look at Sky, Virgin Media and BT Sport). And funding through adverts would reduce the income for ITV & C4

And broadband gone down again this afternoon @virginmedia. Will these intermittent outages be sorted after BH weekend? Not always looking at my phone so no idea of it’s been on and off all day. I imagine yes. Why is @BBCNews only reporting the Vodafone broadband issues?

@virginmedia do me a favour, just send me a new router please! Sick of intermittent broadband. Takes too long to get through to tech adviser so it’s back working by the time I speak to someone so they detect no issues!

@virginmedia So I have done as instructed. Had a very helpful conversation. Reset Hub 4 …… connection went to 140mb for about 30 mins . Now varying between 8 and 20mb. That is 0.8 to 2% of the service I’m paying for #virginmedia

@virginmedia When I had a conversation earlier on the 0345 number I was told that there appeared to be a hub fault and that I should wait 24 hours and if it didn’t improve I should call back and an engineer would come out…… now operating down at 13mb

@virginmedia I did not end the chat I was waiting to speak to a manager. There was no indication that you were typing if you were I would have seen that. I waited until the Thank You sign showed and I was asked to give a rating about the help I had received, meaning the chat had ended.
