@virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

Anyone else have a problem with All4 app on @virginmedia Can access the menu / home page but anytime I try to actually watch a programme I get a black screen & 4 dots endlessly blinking, as if buffering, but the show never, eeeevveerrr appears... On Googling, seems common issue?

@virginmedia No I didn’t and I don’t remember receiving one. I have checked all my emails from you and nothing. I rang a couple of days ago to ask for a discount and was basically told to get lost. I spend £100 a month with you guys and was shocked at the service. Account name Lisa Morley.

@krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

@7pudinis @virginmedia Was signal issue that originated from the Initial install yrs ago, bent wire in outside box, I guess over the yrs degraded till no signal, all fixed now

@virginmedia May I suggest that you improve the existing services first before you start introducing new services because as previously advised, your existing service is not up to standard. Both internet at home and internet on my phone round here is not fit for purpose.

What is the point @virginmedia of having an app to tell you your service status and take you though fixes when after going through those stages your 151 service acknowledges the fault is yours. Just wasted an hour of my time trying to fix things myself.
