@virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

  • sjslfcforever Si Smith (@sjslfcforever) reported from Felixstowe, England

@virginmedia how come I have to reset my broadband router daily to get a signal, zero reception in the upstairs bedroom and yes we have a virgin signal booster, devices constantly need reconnecting and can’t speak to a human on the phone surprise surprise. #disappointed

  • steevXIII Steve Tovey (@steevXIII) reported from Colchester, England

@virginmedia I've been having this issue continuously for a couple of months and they are still continuing. Yes.

  • sjslfcforever Si Smith (@sjslfcforever) reported from Felixstowe, England

@virginmedia it seem all your services are down again we seem to have issues every week it’s now coming to the end of our contract so I need you to fix our problems if I will have to move to BT

  • rachelfortnum Rachel Fortnum-Adams (@rachelfortnum) reported from Ipswich District, England

@virginmedia Eventually but the issue had taken 4 days to resolve which is shocking. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across #virginmedia

  • BrunningLee Lee Brunning (@BrunningLee) reported from Ipswich District, England

@virginmedia Look I've had two days of total crap from you guys. I just don't have the energy to deal with this anymore. You've took money off me wen u shouldn't. Because of covid I'm on less money so an extra 26 quid is massive to us,but all your guys keep doing is fobbing us off. 😠

  • liam_garwood grwd 🦅 (@liam_garwood) reported from Ipswich District, England

@virginmedia why is it so hard to get in contact with you? I can’t start a live chat and when I ring and think I’m getting some progress you tell me to look online and hang up????

  • RUSSELL91779006 RUSSELL WALKER (@RUSSELL91779006) reported from Colchester, England

@IpMcdonald Snap...the same for me, but with virgin media. Absolutely abysmal service.

  • rachelfortnum Rachel Fortnum-Adams (@rachelfortnum) reported from Ipswich District, England

@virginmedia I am actually so disgusted with your customer service for our WiFi that I have no words. How many times do I need to contact you? I’ve been a customer for 22 years and I’ve never experienced such a bad service #sortitout #virginmedia

  • steevXIII Steve Tovey (@steevXIII) reported from Colchester, England

Anyone else have a problem with All4 app on @virginmedia Can access the menu / home page but anytime I try to actually watch a programme I get a black screen & 4 dots endlessly blinking, as if buffering, but the show never, eeeevveerrr appears... On Googling, seems common issue?

  • rachelfortnum Rachel Fortnum-Adams (@rachelfortnum) reported from Ipswich District, England

@virginmedia since Christmas our WiFi has been disgustingly bad. A few weeks ago I called yourselves and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. I upgraded our WiFi at home to the best possible WiFi we could have and yet it’s still shockingly bad. I’ve never known such shoddy service

  • kennythekilt kenny wilson (@kennythekilt) reported from Colchester, England

@virginmedia Not worth it if you cared it would have been dealt with I will leave and tell everyone and anyone to avoid your NOT customer caring company

  • matt40k Matt Smith (@matt40k) reported from Ipswich District, England

Ok so, virgin media router kinda sucks, if I use the Bt SmartHub 2, it would basically just be a Wi-fi access point, so would need a like a rpi for dhcp Or I could just buy a google nest Wi-fi or something ubiquiti

  • kennythekilt kenny wilson (@kennythekilt) reported from Colchester, England

@virginmedia Nope didn’t hear back from them I wasn’t wasting my time and your poor customer service

  • BrunningLee Lee Brunning (@BrunningLee) reported from Ipswich District, England

@virginmedia Who knows but certain people with in your team have been very flippant about our situation and trying to palm us off with a 20pound credit. This is nowhere near acceptable considering the stress and upset your so called customer service team has put us through.

  • positivesarah Sarah 'Morgenmuffel' Clark (@positivesarah) reported from Ipswich District, England

    @virginmedia Down again....

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • lollypop63 Loraine Stannard (@lollypop63) reported

@virginmedia is there an issue in N19? I have no TV and my elderly mum has no landline again which is essential!

  • biddescombe gareth drew (@biddescombe) reported

@virginmedia 3) nothing can be done until the 18th October when my phone line gets switched off, and then I have to book an engineer to call which could take weeks, in the meantime my emergency alarm will be out of use and I will be unable to call for help if I have a fall

  • StreamSmiths StreamSmiths (@StreamSmiths) reported

@virginmedia Okay my misunderstanding then, but do you still not see the irony that I can use a 3rd party device to use your service but not your own?

  • Deanobagio 𝕯𝖊𝖆𝖓𝖔𝖇𝖆𝖌𝖎𝖔 (@Deanobagio) reported

@footballfeudz Unacceptable that weve all had no connectivity to the PSN network for 8 days. I will not be paying for my net for those 8 days and counting. We shouldnt have to input these details at the end of the day. I want a proper fix asap #virgin @virginmedia @PlayStationUK #psn

  • SowSew69 JoSowSew (@SowSew69) reported

@virginmedia When talking about a data breach I'm not thinking it is best to suggest I post details on Twitter. I've called and spoken to a lady and she put me on hold to speak to someone and never came back to the call.

  • DarthMarriott Sir Ashley Marriott 🇪🇺🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@DarthMarriott) reported

@virginmedia And this is a company that supposedly handles huge amounts of data! They need to sort out their own internal transmission of data. Thier techs don't seem to know there are problems with PSN. Laughable (if I wasn't paying for their [lack of]service)!!

  • SarahMcMast3r Sarah (@SarahMcMast3r) reported

@virginmedia Yeah I’ve used them, there’s no issues with the box or in the area apparently

  • DarthMarriott Sir Ashley Marriott 🇪🇺🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@DarthMarriott) reported

Virgin Media must be the singularly worst company to deal with, bar none! Three technicians have failed to communicate my problems with regards to connecting to PlayStation Network. I'm just wasting my time going round in circles. Time to end my contract I think.

  • lollypop63 Loraine Stannard (@lollypop63) reported

@virginmedia Yes it states problem with tv but not with landline.

  • biddescombe gareth drew (@biddescombe) reported

@virginmedia 6) be done until 18th October is unacceptable, surely there is a back up situation in place for customers who have Careline phone lines? Thank you for your time I hope you can provide me with an answer to my problem and not tell me I have to wait until 18th October
