    @virginmedia I don’t have wires for a wired connection which is why I use WiFi so have not tested that. I had to leave my house and travel to the office as I could not work without WiFi therefore I am not there to test anything. I just want so@wine to tell me the problems have been fixed.

    @virginmedia had an engineer out Tuesday because my box wasn’t working, they said “it’s fine and working” guess what I’m now having the same issues!!!

    @dilan_ipekx @JackofallReeds @virginmedia The planned disconnection was to a Virgin Media box which was requested from VM. The work was done earlier than originally scheduled therefore causing the issue as everything hasn't been transferred to a new unit. We are now working closely with VM to rectify the issue.

    @UKPowerNetworks @JackofallReeds @virginmedia Thank you for the apology, but what I wanted to know is when there is a “planned” disconnection/outage does it actually take 2 weeks to rectify, I think it’s pretty absurd that when planning something like that you don’t have a plan to actually fix it.

    We are paying near on 40 a month just for Internet here and the service is poor @virginmedia. Had to disconnect the WiFi more than twice in 20 minutes
