    @virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

    @virginmedia I spoke to the team, they will arrange a repayment, my issue is that when you want the money, even if it's on the wrong day, you get it instantly, when I demand a refund it's 4-5 business days and that means I incur charges due to your mistake

    Having a couple of Internet issues because @virginmedia think that 0.18mbps is a fine speed for the Internet. Hopefully a router reset will resolve this... And then I'm live

    @virginmedia We turned everything off overnight & service had resumed this morning.checked yr svs system last night & there were reported failures in colchester & around the UK.Having been a prior customer o f20 years, whenever it rains then sunny, you always have issues!

    @virginmedia I tried that before tweeting you & the only issue reported is TV. I can't log in to our account as get the same error message as when trying to get webmail. Just can't log in to anything on VM website.

    @virginmedia I have already been through all your guides, reset the router, etc, and still have issues. Can’t find a way on your website to actually book a support call and can’t get through on the phone. You used to have an online chat facility but even that seems to have disappeared.

    @virginmedia No he advised that he would NOT attend as he is shielding. How he qould do a hub test and swap without attending is beyond me. So now what? Should I just cancel services this is just becoming too much

    @virginmedia No letter. Resolutions in email, all standard stuff. Removing devices adds nothing as often bandwidth so low any device has an issue. Turned 4 into modem with a router and got close to hub 3 reliability/performance. Revert to 3 or decent 3rd party router.

    @virginmedia The single *********** light. I have rebooted the hub 3 times now. Service provision ranges from 100Mb download to zero, then back again. Ping varies from 9ms to 900ms. Am I the only person reporting a fault in the SM5 2PH postcode area?
