    @virginmedia No issues with BB but was expecting nice easy switch for my LL number. But no thats not happened... appears I will be paying for 2 providers for 2 weeks as number switch not requested... to be told when spoke to your "customer SMS advisor" that its 2 weeks from installation...

    @virginmedia We turned everything off overnight & service had resumed this morning.checked yr svs system last night & there were reported failures in colchester & around the UK.Having been a prior customer o f20 years, whenever it rains then sunny, you always have issues!

    @virginmedia Yes, having trouble with both, there is just not a good WiFi signal upstIrs. I pay for the highest speed and quite frankly it’s rubish. You have to wat on the phone for hours

    @virginmedia Yes the engineer came out, said that there was a network problem (not what your customer service said), said that it was due to be completed by the 20th July it’s now the 21st and it’s started playing up again. Not impressed do I have to call someone out again?
