    @virginmedia Yeah default =tab, it may be normal for you but not any other provider or router manufacturer. Clearly no point in complaining about a terrible user experience I will just have to buy a router and put yours into the modem mode (which it will probably lose after a update)

    @virginmedia I don’t have wires for a wired connection which is why I use WiFi so have not tested that. I had to leave my house and travel to the office as I could not work without WiFi therefore I am not there to test anything. I just want so@wine to tell me the problems have been fixed.

I argued the price for a new customer is £43 to which the guy replied ‘If you take our TV I can get it down to £42’. So now I have an unopened Virgin TV box gathering dust in my loft.

Talk talk is £25 phoneline and BB unlimited and saying guarantee 66mbps but they always say shit like that to rope you in. I stream sky it needs a fast flowing constant speed
