    @virginmedia We turned everything off overnight & service had resumed this morning.checked yr svs system last night & there were reported failures in colchester & around the UK.Having been a prior customer o f20 years, whenever it rains then sunny, you always have issues!

    @virginmedia I have only been a customer for 2 days and I have to say your customer service is shockingly bad. I have called the helpline and also the text message service and both have been poor and unable to help.

    @virginmedia waited in all day...still waiting for delivery of my new box...which you’ve txt me 4 times to tell me it’s on its way...and your telephone staff told me 7 times.... totally over virgin atm, terrible service everytime!!!

    @virginmedia I spoke to the team, they will arrange a repayment, my issue is that when you want the money, even if it's on the wrong day, you get it instantly, when I demand a refund it's 4-5 business days and that means I incur charges due to your mistake

    @virginmedia Yeah default =tab, it may be normal for you but not any other provider or router manufacturer. Clearly no point in complaining about a terrible user experience I will just have to buy a router and put yours into the modem mode (which it will probably lose after a update)

    @virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

    Having a couple of Internet issues because @virginmedia think that 0.18mbps is a fine speed for the Internet. Hopefully a router reset will resolve this... And then I'm live

    @virginmedia Right, so solution offered is ring the phone number that costs a fortune which no-one picks up. Sounds great, thanks a lot. I suppose I’ll end up paying the fee which is @virginmedia’s plan all along by making it too difficult to get any proper service

    Virgin media are a disgrace! , I changed our contract in to my name as it was in my husband’s name and he sadly passed away! I was told i had to have a new landline number. 3 weeks in , ive no idea of the number and can’t seem to get thisinformation. Rubbish customer service

    @virginmedia I rang that number today & got a recorded message saying they could see if had recently been in touch regarding issues with broadband so I followed the instructions given & it just told me to unplug the router & leave for 20 seconds the switch back on
