@virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

@virginmedia Its been ongoing for weeks the Internet drops out for a few hours around the neighbourhood you guys come temporarily fix it then it drops out again a few days latter. I dont go on you page or phone anymore because you can't actually get to speak to anyone.

@virginmedia hi there how come we pay for 200 mb broadband and constantly only get 24 mb then we rest the system and it’s fine 24 hrs later same problem getting very upset with it, please sort it or I’m off to BT. #poorservice

@virginmedia Wireless, does virgin expect me to have cables running all round my house. Some days perfectly fine bit slow but no buffering. Days like today, impossible to watch anything. Tried your super intelligent booster, made it worse. Roll on end of contract and its BYE BYE VIRGIN
