@virginmedia what a truly awful service. 3hours to try and sort a confirm username error,..from you! 7 days I’ve waited for you to sort the email out. Numerous calls...and still no one actually listens or cares. I think I’ve explained it to most of your call centre still no help

@virginmedia hi there how come we pay for 200 mb broadband and constantly only get 24 mb then we rest the system and it’s fine 24 hrs later same problem getting very upset with it, please sort it or I’m off to BT. #poorservice

@virginmedia Its been ongoing for weeks the Internet drops out for a few hours around the neighbourhood you guys come temporarily fix it then it drops out again a few days latter. I dont go on you page or phone anymore because you can't actually get to speak to anyone.

@virginmedia At the time when we started having the issue it said there was no known issue in my are, but now it’s saying there is a known issue. I’m not sure when that known issue was discovered by VM, but all these messages could have been avoided if I had been able to speak to someone!

@virginmedia There isn’t any broadband. My whole family is using data costs because the WiFi doesn’t reach the bedrooms. It can only be connected consistently in the living room. And even once connected, there’s no guarantee the internet will work. The engineer agreed the internet was poor.

@virginmedia told us internet would be down today for essential maintenance- told its now on again but we still have no internet despite several reboots - hub 3 green flashing light -diagnostic says no internet, Virgin status says no issues in our area!

@virginmedia I think it is poor that service checker says everything is fine. And I haven’t received an email to inform me about the issue. Status checker is basically pointless in my experience. Misleading on occasions like this.

@virginmedia No nothing on service status and chap on 150ntech couldn't see any faults. Dozens of people within the same area as me experiencing the same dropped connections and lag spikes points to an error well out of the consumers control.
