    @virginmedia Its been ongoing for weeks the Internet drops out for a few hours around the neighbourhood you guys come temporarily fix it then it drops out again a few days latter. I dont go on you page or phone anymore because you can't actually get to speak to anyone.

    @virginmedia you really need to sort this problem out in ip1 area its been going on for weeks coming to the point where people will cancel there contacts due to poor service.

    @virginmedia hi there how come we pay for 200 mb broadband and constantly only get 24 mb then we rest the system and it’s fine 24 hrs later same problem getting very upset with it, please sort it or I’m off to BT. #poorservice

    @virginmedia I have used that 0800 number. It says there is still a problem and should be fixed by 6 pm tonight. That is what it said yesterday!

    @virginmedia @virginhelp We upgraded our package and were told a new sim would be with us in 3 days then we may lose service for 10 minutes. However we have been without phone service for 2 days now 😔

    @virginmedia Hey! Been having really unstable connection in recent weeks, with important Zoom calls dropping out mid call. I’ve run online diagnostics which always say ‘we know, check back in 24hrs’ No improvement and vital it’s fixed. Can you pls help? 🤞

    @virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

    @virginmedia Denying access to checking status in your area and website surely defeats the purpose. The aim is to inform customers so that you reduce calls, visits to website and so on. One text or email would of been great. Not shutting down your websites 😡

    @virginmedia get your act together, my internet is up and down like a brides nightie. I ring 150 it cuts off saying incorrect number and try the 0345 number and yep you got it it doesnt work!
