@virginmedia Yes, having trouble with both, there is just not a good WiFi signal upstIrs. I pay for the highest speed and quite frankly it’s rubish. You have to wat on the phone for hours

@virginmedia No issues with BB but was expecting nice easy switch for my LL number. But no thats not happened... appears I will be paying for 2 providers for 2 weeks as number switch not requested... to be told when spoke to your "customer SMS advisor" that its 2 weeks from installation...

@virginmedia service was down earlier today in my area, engineers came out and fixed, 10.30pm and guess what now? Gone again. This is getting to be a regular occurrence now! I work from home and half the time I’m unable to because its down! £128 a month I pay for this,utter scam!

@YodelOnline @virginmedia waited in all day and the driver was still 20 stops away by 9pm. unsurprisingly at 21:37 i get a notification that you need more information about my address even though the driver hasn’t moved for 30 minutes.. but the queue was still going down 🤔
