@virginmedia hi there how come we pay for 200 mb broadband and constantly only get 24 mb then we rest the system and it’s fine 24 hrs later same problem getting very upset with it, please sort it or I’m off to BT. #poorservice

@virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

@virginmedia Its been ongoing for weeks the Internet drops out for a few hours around the neighbourhood you guys come temporarily fix it then it drops out again a few days latter. I dont go on you page or phone anymore because you can't actually get to speak to anyone.

@virginmedia Yet I am still being charged £40 a month! I accept the occasional issue, a few hours up/down but this has been going on every day for 13 days now and it's expected to go on another 3 days. it was due to be fixed on the 9th which was several days before it was put back to the 9th

So my first experience of @virginmedia in my first home was terrible and I will probably be cancelling... Randomly cancel my hardware order and give me NO date to reschedule meaning I'm now completely without internet and have no idea when I'll get it. Good first impression!
