@virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

@virginmedia I have used that 0800 number. It says there is still a problem and should be fixed by 6 pm tonight. That is what it said yesterday!

@virginmedia I want to cancel my broadband contract it never works and you never help to fix it but your happy to take my money. Either cancel it for free or il be seeking legal action I'm bored with this now

@virginmedia As mentioned. I have done everything. There is no service issue on the page. After depending 1 on the phone waiting for customer service to cancel my contract, the line dropped just when I got to them. Surprise Surprise. How bad is this going to get?

@ilona_alcock @virginmedia We’re having an awful time with Virgin. We’re fed up of ringing them so we only do it when the WiFi goes down for any length of time, but it’s often incredibly slow and drops through the day. We’re having to use our 4G for work because it’s so unreliable!
