@virginmedia Hi! Why no one is taking the calls? I have been trying to reach someone since last week... Awful service @virginmedia

  • StowBuild StowBuild (@StowBuild) reported

@virginmedia Yes, this service is awful. Why can’t I just speak to someone?

  • diyaaaxo Diyaaaaa 🙃 (@diyaaaxo) reported

@virginmedia My Wi-Fi was supposed to be fixed at 12pm, then it was delayed until 3pm and now it's been delayed until 5pm. Are you people planning to fix my Wi-Fi or should I just switch providers?

  • rhino14 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Ryan Sullivan (@rhino14) reported

@ItsDaveClayton @virginmedia Hi Dave, I had similar problems recently, I had to sit on hold for over an hour to eventually speak to someone. Finally I managed to get my speed upped and they provided me with an eng to fit a new box, it took a lot of patience.... and a bit of wheeler dealing to get a deal 🙄

  • _Big_Hat_ Big Hat (@_Big_Hat_) reported

@virginmedia Hi, have an ecommerce website, that doesn't seem to work on Virgin Media only (I've tested 10+ isps, and issue unique to Virgin). An issue as have some employees who are working from home using Virgin Media and they cannot access the website. SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

  • John_gjones John Griffith-Jones (@John_gjones) reported

@virginmedia I kind of feel that whilst you are right about the focus being negative, virgin media are missing the point somewhat if this is the opinion of virgin media and their exec team. If you have 1 customer with a problem that is bad surely?

  • SharonMC68 KrazyKiwi (@SharonMC68) reported

@virginmedia Yes we have done that already but pointless if we have no connection... when we have connection signal strength is great

  • gregarus Greg hook (@gregarus) reported

@virginmedia Waiting on a reply because am apparently in a contract (my partner) but need proof the phone call happened as she’s pretty sure she didn’t agree it, she’s paid for sky sports but never watched it due to believing she told @virginmedia it was too expensive

  • DSJSoley Darren Soley (@DSJSoley) reported

@virginmedia I just want a manager to contact me, what is so difficult here? The agent is informing me he cannot pass this on. This cannot be true. The customer service is a disgrace

  • sayfulyg SL (@sayfulyg) reported

@virginmedia Nope still the same internet problem. This is a shambles as my kids are working from home and their internet connection is slow which means it lags. Might consider cancelling my contracts with Virgin if this is how it carries on
