    @virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

    Anyone else have a problem with All4 app on @virginmedia Can access the menu / home page but anytime I try to actually watch a programme I get a black screen & 4 dots endlessly blinking, as if buffering, but the show never, eeeevveerrr appears... On Googling, seems common issue?

    @virginmedia Who knows but certain people with in your team have been very flippant about our situation and trying to palm us off with a 20pound credit. This is nowhere near acceptable considering the stress and upset your so called customer service team has put us through.

    @virginmedia since Christmas our WiFi has been disgustingly bad. A few weeks ago I called yourselves and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. I upgraded our WiFi at home to the best possible WiFi we could have and yet it’s still shockingly bad. I’ve never known such shoddy service

    @virginmedia contract changed last year, advised incorrectly by advisor, discussed with call centre & complained via your complaints procedure - no calls received to date to address from now over 1 month from complaint date #shockingservice for a loyal customer

    @virginmedia what a truly awful service. 3hours to try and sort a confirm username error,..from you! 7 days I’ve waited for you to sort the email out. Numerous calls...and still no one actually listens or cares. I think I’ve explained it to most of your call centre still no help

    @7pudinis @virginmedia Was signal issue that originated from the Initial install yrs ago, bent wire in outside box, I guess over the yrs degraded till no signal, all fixed now

    @InTheseHeels Have you tried turning it on and off again? .....OK in all seriousness it happens to me on my LAN . I concluded as I'm on a domestic connection, Virgin Media , I suspect they refresh the network to loose dormant connections periodically and I get booted off for a few secs

    @virginmedia I tried to cancel my contract yesterday but during my house move you restarted my contract & a manager was meant to call me back to sort. No call back, was just on hold for 30 minutes & got cut off. Can somebody call me back? Just have to cancel the Direct Debit?

    @virginmedia I am stuck at home with Covid and your Internet has cut out on me twice in the past two days. I pay a lot of money for this service which isn't fit for purpose at the minute. I expect a better service.

    @virginmedia Cable was broken when engineer connected me as a new customer from a neighbour, from who I am now ‘leeching’. The engineer said someone would be in touch to sort this out. I currently have a trip hazard cable between my house and the neighbour
