    Having a couple of Internet issues because @virginmedia think that 0.18mbps is a fine speed for the Internet. Hopefully a router reset will resolve this... And then I'm live

    @virginmedia No issues with BB but was expecting nice easy switch for my LL number. But no thats not happened... appears I will be paying for 2 providers for 2 weeks as number switch not requested... to be told when spoke to your "customer SMS advisor" that its 2 weeks from installation...

    @virginmedia The worst bit you get one letter on 6th Nov saying your case is being investigated & apologising for taking 8 weeks to sort, two days later the case is closed as I didn’t reply to a letter 4 weeks earlier I never received!!!!

    Ok so, virgin media router kinda sucks, if I use the Bt SmartHub 2, it would basically just be a Wi-fi access point, so would need a like a rpi for dhcp Or I could just buy a google nest Wi-fi or something ubiquiti

    @virginmedia waited in all day...still waiting for delivery of my new box...which you’ve txt me 4 times to tell me it’s on its way...and your telephone staff told me 7 times.... totally over virgin atm, terrible service everytime!!!

    @virginmedia since Christmas our WiFi has been disgustingly bad. A few weeks ago I called yourselves and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. I upgraded our WiFi at home to the best possible WiFi we could have and yet it’s still shockingly bad. I’ve never known such shoddy service

    @7pudinis @virginmedia Was signal issue that originated from the Initial install yrs ago, bent wire in outside box, I guess over the yrs degraded till no signal, all fixed now

    @virginmedia I spoke to the team, they will arrange a repayment, my issue is that when you want the money, even if it's on the wrong day, you get it instantly, when I demand a refund it's 4-5 business days and that means I incur charges due to your mistake

    @virginmedia Hey! Been having really unstable connection in recent weeks, with important Zoom calls dropping out mid call. I’ve run online diagnostics which always say ‘we know, check back in 24hrs’ No improvement and vital it’s fixed. Can you pls help? 🤞

    @virginmedia I have used that 0800 number. It says there is still a problem and should be fixed by 6 pm tonight. That is what it said yesterday!

    @MartinSLewis Yesterday done it with my sim contracts. Got them down from £17 to £13 each and with more data. Also I usually haggle with Virgin Media every 18 months. Been maintainin my broadband contract at £48 per contract for the last 5 years. - highest bandwith too.

    @virginmedia are crooks, taking advantage of a vulnerable person. Sold a product never set up as no engineer arrived after numerous requests. Calling to try and bully them into a paying for a service they cancelled that was not fit for purpose, disgusting scum.
