@virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

So offered Virgin the chance to reduce my bill to new customer rates, they refused. Told me I need to switch my mobile to them. Err no. I can same service elsewhere for 50% of @virginmedia pricing. So goodbye

@virginmedia All connections drop, and it takes a restart or two to recover the signal. Can you please explain at what point we can upgrade to the Hub 4 if Hub 5 is paywalled behind the highest tariffs? Is there not a starting point, or is VM refusing to give anyone under a gb a Hub 4 or 5?

@virginmedia Well my friend had a hub 5 installed and her WiFi is loads better. You just want me to purchase other things to improve the signal. When we booked the appointment you said I could have the hub 5 because I have essential equipment for my disability that needs WiFi!
