@virginmedia I have only been a customer for 2 days and I have to say your customer service is shockingly bad. I have called the helpline and also the text message service and both have been poor and unable to help.

@virginmedia I spoke to the team, they will arrange a repayment, my issue is that when you want the money, even if it's on the wrong day, you get it instantly, when I demand a refund it's 4-5 business days and that means I incur charges due to your mistake

@virginmedia It’s not going well at all,previously we were offered a reduced deal of 65.44 and 4 agents have all told me a different story as to why the deal has been revoked!! Am now nearly 2 hours of calls and still not any further forward,over 20 years a customer really poor service 2nite
