@virginmedia Yeah default =tab, it may be normal for you but not any other provider or router manufacturer. Clearly no point in complaining about a terrible user experience I will just have to buy a router and put yours into the modem mode (which it will probably lose after a update)

@virginmedia I spoke to the team, they will arrange a repayment, my issue is that when you want the money, even if it's on the wrong day, you get it instantly, when I demand a refund it's 4-5 business days and that means I incur charges due to your mistake

It seems @virginmedia broadband is like a bus service this evening. Keeps stopping and starting. Been like this for the last 4 hours or so. Been okay recently to be fair.
