@virginmedia what a truly awful service. 3hours to try and sort a confirm username error,..from you! 7 days I’ve waited for you to sort the email out. Numerous calls...and still no one actually listens or cares. I think I’ve explained it to most of your call centre still no help

@7pudinis @virginmedia Was signal issue that originated from the Initial install yrs ago, bent wire in outside box, I guess over the yrs degraded till no signal, all fixed now

@InTheseHeels Have you tried turning it on and off again? .....OK in all seriousness it happens to me on my LAN . I concluded as I'm on a domestic connection, Virgin Media , I suspect they refresh the network to loose dormant connections periodically and I get booted off for a few secs

@virginmedia since Christmas our WiFi has been disgustingly bad. A few weeks ago I called yourselves and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. I upgraded our WiFi at home to the best possible WiFi we could have and yet it’s still shockingly bad. I’ve never known such shoddy service

Anyone else have a problem with All4 app on @virginmedia Can access the menu / home page but anytime I try to actually watch a programme I get a black screen & 4 dots endlessly blinking, as if buffering, but the show never, eeeevveerrr appears... On Googling, seems common issue?

@virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

@virginmedia I’m really disappointed with my service so far. I am a brand new customer, since I had my box delivered on Tuesday I’ve had no connection! I’ve been told to wait until next Monday for someone to come out. What a great start 🙄 you were recommended to me as well 😢

@virginmedia Advice on billing when the whole reason for my call is to speak to a manager to cancel my contract without early exit fee due to poor service in my postcode. Other residents of this area have successfully done so. I was told on two occasions I’d get a manager call back. Nothing.

And once again @virginmedia is down. Always says no issues in my area. Then run the test and it says issues. This time it keeps trying to tell me my hub is not connected. No engineers till monday, it's my only outlet to the outside world. Being housebound disabled sucks at times

Complained to @virginmedia about fault on broadband,agent on phone tries to upsell me faster speeds without testing line for fault,engineer visits property to find fault on the line .....shocking and appalling customer services by the agent on phone !! BEWARE !

@virginmedia Someone called May (I believe) called me out of the blue last night after my phone calls yesterday to say they would be the person managing my issue & would contact me the following day...its now 1:30am. I'm gonna guess May isn't calling!
