    @virginmedia Issues have been far from fixed!! My router rebooted itself 5 times today. This is not acceptable when I could be working on customer systems attempting to support them with their IT when I can't even rely on my own ISP to deliver a decent service is embarrassing!

    @virginmedia @ruskin147 It’s also affecting your 4G mobile data service so every time your broadband goes down so does the 4G and we lose all of our internet access.

    @virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

    @virginmedia No issues with BB but was expecting nice easy switch for my LL number. But no thats not happened... appears I will be paying for 2 providers for 2 weeks as number switch not requested... to be told when spoke to your "customer SMS advisor" that its 2 weeks from installation...

    @virginmedia all our smart devices are now not responding because "they are too far away from our HUB 3.0". This is according to the diagnostic tool. Thing is, they are the same distance as before, and they used to work on the same router. Help?

    @virginmedia I have something called a TP Adapter? in my room. When it is able to come through that the signal is brilliant, but for some reason it is not coming through right now.

The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

    @krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

    @virginmedia getting totally fed up with the virgin hub 3. The WiFi antennas I think are made out of paper. Completely useless router. Bored of having to reboot to get any useable service. Got another year of this nonsense then I’m off!

    @virginmedia Yes I did.. No real help just told me is a outage in my area and they're on it. Been without internet since last evening at 7:30pm it came back and hour ago and now outage again. I've had this happen several times since I started the contract. Not happy one bit with the service

    Virgin media is a proper joke. When I asked to cancel my contract on the grounds of unsatisfactory product, guess what, they’re asking for termination fee of £240. I was transferred to 5 different reps who could not fathom any solution to the problem. That’s how bad virgin is.

    @virginmedia Internet connection just blipped again. Services showed no issues once more. Was enough to knock both WiFi enabled cameras offline and my Amazon echo show device
