@virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

@virginmedia Yes, having trouble with both, there is just not a good WiFi signal upstIrs. I pay for the highest speed and quite frankly it’s rubish. You have to wat on the phone for hours

@virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

@virginmedia Our connection has been dropping in and out all day. I have reset the router 4 times. Your helpline is fairly useless as is the complaints line. It is near impossible to speak to a human. My wife eventually spoke to someone via Billing and they said it is an area problem

@steevXIII @virginmedia I tried to cancel an install because we couldn't get an affordable exit from Sky (and was within my cooling off period) and I know my salesman didn't cancel the install because an engineer fitted the equipment outside my house when I was working.
