    @virginmedia Yes, having trouble with both, there is just not a good WiFi signal upstIrs. I pay for the highest speed and quite frankly it’s rubish. You have to wat on the phone for hours

    @virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

    @virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

    @virginmedia Which part of I cannot call as the line goes down and the phone disconnects and calls are taking hours to answer: my internet doesn’t stay connected long enough to answer?

    @virginmedia I am still experiencing issues, my WiFi keeps cutting out still! We call and an automated voice says an engineer will be out to us?! Honestly how much more money am I going to have to spend on more data and on WiFi that DOESN'T WORK

    @virginmedia just upgraded to TV 360 and it keeps stopping and telling us service is suspended. After 4 phone calls and speaking with 6 people spending 4 hrs on the phone and each time being told it is fixed I can assure you it IS STILL NOT WORKING and we are in a queue AGAIN!!

    @virginmedia The call was arranged as part of talking to your help desk, who said that the problem was too complex for them to solve, and they would pass it to level 2, who would call me within 72 hours...

    @virginmedia Recently renewed and upgraded to 1gb speed. It’s consistently not fast enough in the day to handle zoom calls and keeps kicking all and any devices off the network. Run all the virgin tests and it says it’s fine when it clearly isn’t.

    @virginmedia Yes. V6 “conversion” went fine, but upstairs the issue. Not only does mini box not work, but since it arrived, TiVo doesn’t recognise Sky sports or Movies as part of package.
