@virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

@virginmedia If your service was reliable this wouldn't be such an issue. My land line is my main point of contact, so not being able to be contacted by my child's school, for example, is a real concern for me. It's fine if you have the alternative of a mobile.

@virginmedia I asked for one plan but got signed up for a different one, it’s on the website but not in the options to change your plan, I can’t get to a human anywhere else, can’t cancel without phoning. I kinda want out while I can lol

@virginmedia She cut me off while I was trying to say I only use broadband, she suddenly said "thank you for your time" and put the phone down. As I'm now aware i'm at end of contract i'd rather switch after this.

@virginmedia I have contacted them, they said I would receive an update today, which I haven't ... and I have checked my cases for the complaint and it says "we will be in touch soon"

@virginmedia Right now, the computer states full WiFi coverage. Router states weak. Later, without changing position, the router will say its strong. I can sometimes trick the router into provisioning me with more speed if I run a speed test. All issues extend from the device, not the line

@virginmedia are honking. Trying to cancel. Hung up after being on the phone for 40 minutes twice. Then done the chat thing and the person I'm talking to has went on there lunch for an hour. Not replied then sent me back to the start again. Absolute cowboys.

@thequiffisdead @virginmedia Resorted to text that's just as bad. Instead of just cancelling and telling me how to return equipment. I am being inundated with messages about contacting fault team to resolve the issue

Absolutely appauled, I just received a call from @virginmedia telling me my package is about to expire, offering me a new package for 18 months, I said I wanted to drop TV and mobile as I only use broadband, they kept trying to sell more, and then just put the phone down on me!!
