    @7pudinis @virginmedia Was signal issue that originated from the Initial install yrs ago, bent wire in outside box, I guess over the yrs degraded till no signal, all fixed now

    @virginmedia Yes, having trouble with both, there is just not a good WiFi signal upstIrs. I pay for the highest speed and quite frankly it’s rubish. You have to wat on the phone for hours

    @virginmedia how come I have to reset my broadband router daily to get a signal, zero reception in the upstairs bedroom and yes we have a virgin signal booster, devices constantly need reconnecting and can’t speak to a human on the phone surprise surprise. #disappointed

    @virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

    @virginmedia after spending over a month trying to sort out the end of my contract you finally said it was cancelled with no further charge. I have been billed £60. I need this sorted as these were false promises made by your company and the customer service has been abysmal.

    @virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

    @virginmedia Really. I would have sent an engineer over a year ago when it all started. At the moment I’m looking at buying a mesh system to see if this resolves the issue. If not I’m gone. All you seem to do is want money. Not one of the departments help.

    @virginmedia I have done the diagnostic check several times and have accessed your web page all comes back with no problems, I have even tried it with the flashing green WiFi on the router but obviously because I can't access the internet the diagnostic fails, so what's the next step ?.

    Snow is no fun unless it means you can’t get to work - or work, for that matter. If it’s going to snow, perhaps it could knock the Virgin Media network out so I can have the day off tomorrow?

    @virginmedia What’s the point. It took me 2 days and over 30 mins on hold waiting to get in touch and for him to put the phone down on me when he wasn’t listening. If I’m sat 6ft away from the hub3 with nothing between us why would a NEW booster help. I’m 6ft away from it.

    @virginmedia No change dropped again twice so far. And I have another letter repeating my price hike. Maybe stop sending duplicate letters would lower costs. This has been going on for months with no resolution. BT offer looking much better for the money and amount I use and reliability
