    @7pudinis @virginmedia Was signal issue that originated from the Initial install yrs ago, bent wire in outside box, I guess over the yrs degraded till no signal, all fixed now

    @virginmedia how come I have to reset my broadband router daily to get a signal, zero reception in the upstairs bedroom and yes we have a virgin signal booster, devices constantly need reconnecting and can’t speak to a human on the phone surprise surprise. #disappointed

    @virginmedia after spending over a month trying to sort out the end of my contract you finally said it was cancelled with no further charge. I have been billed £60. I need this sorted as these were false promises made by your company and the customer service has been abysmal.

    @virginmedia Yes, having trouble with both, there is just not a good WiFi signal upstIrs. I pay for the highest speed and quite frankly it’s rubish. You have to wat on the phone for hours

    @virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

    @virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

    @virginmedia We've done that too, the automated service doesn't understand the requests. Our Internet isn't usable at times when it's needed and we've not been able to speak to a human once. The level of service shown is just appalling.

    @virginmedia Yes, checked everything, tried the troubleshooting... And nothing. Hub 3.0 is green int. with green wifi light. I tried to talk to a technician but waited for an hour and nothing. App gives me an appointment for the 22nd, that would be more days without service than with it...
