    @virginmedia Yes, having trouble with both, there is just not a good WiFi signal upstIrs. I pay for the highest speed and quite frankly it’s rubish. You have to wat on the phone for hours

    @virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

    @virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

    @7pudinis @virginmedia Was signal issue that originated from the Initial install yrs ago, bent wire in outside box, I guess over the yrs degraded till no signal, all fixed now

    @virginmedia it seem all your services are down again we seem to have issues every week it’s now coming to the end of our contract so I need you to fix our problems if I will have to move to BT

    @virginmedia after spending over a month trying to sort out the end of my contract you finally said it was cancelled with no further charge. I have been billed £60. I need this sorted as these were false promises made by your company and the customer service has been abysmal.

    @virginmedia how come I have to reset my broadband router daily to get a signal, zero reception in the upstairs bedroom and yes we have a virgin signal booster, devices constantly need reconnecting and can’t speak to a human on the phone surprise surprise. #disappointed

    @virginmedia This is on both wired and wireless devices! Our sky box is now not working. Tado heating app is not working and ring doorbell!! I have logged this and it offered me an appointment for Monday 8-12 but now that option has gone??!!

    @virginmedia Right so in other words you have no idea. Have I not proved I'm a customer? I'm happy to go through any security checks where appropriate. How about a novel idea, you do some work find out the issue, and dm me the reason why I've had intermittent broadband for 5 days?

    Having nightmare with @virginmedia After nearly 14 months of no WiFi&many days of my life spent on phone&waiting in for numerous technicians, finally one fixed it&said fault was ‘total loss of service’ for that 14 months... they’ve just offered £148 compensation. Absolutely livid
