@virginmedia after spending over a month trying to sort out the end of my contract you finally said it was cancelled with no further charge. I have been billed £60. I need this sorted as these were false promises made by your company and the customer service has been abysmal.

@virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

@virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

@virginmedia Yes, having trouble with both, there is just not a good WiFi signal upstIrs. I pay for the highest speed and quite frankly it’s rubish. You have to wat on the phone for hours

@virginmedia @O2 Apparently your idea of helping people to stay connected is to charge them inflated prices for basic Internet service. I've just been told that if I remove Sports from my package, you would charge me £87 a month for Internet+Calls ONLY! How is that fair value? Daylight robbery.

I don't know how any of you sleep at night running a service like this. My Dad relies on the Internet to sort out his prescriptions, they are also in the process of trying to sell their house. The stress of your shocking customer service can't be doing him any good! @virginmedia

@virginmedia No faults just poor transmission from your side. My reliable speed checker even tells me who is providing your service and that changed yesterday. Please sort this out and pay me the £8.50 compensation for each day lost.
