    @virginmedia Yes, having trouble with both, there is just not a good WiFi signal upstIrs. I pay for the highest speed and quite frankly it’s rubish. You have to wat on the phone for hours

    @BBCNews It depends on funds/ disposable income. its apple or android phones. It same with tv packages. Big players in uk up north it virgin media & Bt down but south it sky & BT. Stand alone britbox, now,roku, amazon, apple, Netflix, dedicated paid discovery disney etc.

    I've been a @virginmedia customer for years. Paying for the highest package. In my time of financial insecurity I called today to reduce my package. Taking away pretty much everything except internet and basic tv and only knocking off £10. (Making my bill £75 a month) #awful

    @virginmedia I've been passed to every department but I did speak to pre install at 1 point. No one is answering my question. 2 guys appeared this morning to do the work and said there was no issue at all with construction and the job should have been done wks ago.
