@virginmedia all our smart devices are now not responding because "they are too far away from our HUB 3.0". This is according to the diagnostic tool. Thing is, they are the same distance as before, and they used to work on the same router. Help?

  • lbjdenny Leon Denny (@lbjdenny) reported from Ipswich District, England

@virginmedia Issues have been far from fixed!! My router rebooted itself 5 times today. This is not acceptable when I could be working on customer systems attempting to support them with their IT when I can't even rely on my own ISP to deliver a decent service is embarrassing!

Virgin Media Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MarkChoueke Mark Choueke (@MarkChoueke) reported

I absolutely despair with @virginmedia and all the overblown promise about them being ‘customer-obsessed’. In reality they’re nothing of the sort. Lazy, incompetent and utterly disinterested in the needs of their customers.

  • katie_day Katie Day (@katie_day) reported

@virginmedia hello, it says on your site there are bb issues in my area - when are these likely to be resolved? I’m working from home so not ideal

  • sorafell Stephen Fell (@sorafell) reported

@virginmedia I'll be honest it was that long ago I can't even remember. All I know is I have 2 emails saying credit has been applied only to look on my bill and it still be the full amount. How hard is it to do? I've looked at doing it myself but there's nothing to help on your app/website.

  • AJES1990 Antony Eastop-Scopes (@AJES1990) reported

@virginmedia what's the point of asking people to register the loss of service online when you're website doesn't open the page. Tries multiple browsers. Really bad service.

  • Ckweston Chris Weston (@Ckweston) reported

Seriously @virginmedia, you take your internet service down (in parts of Trowbridge, Wiltshire) to allegedly "make improvements" for an estimated 5 hours when you know full well people will be working at home. Thanks a bunch 🤬

  • IanMarsdenGB Ian Marsden PLY (@IanMarsdenGB) reported

@virginmedia They txt and said yesterday I turned it on and off like the message said to install any updates yesterday and it's not working now I am having to borrow someone data to right this

  • NatalieMacaluso Natalie Macaluso (@NatalieMacaluso) reported

You are an absolute disgrace @virginmedia I have a WhatsApp thread dating back to 13th Sept with your customer service team - “you are so important to us but unfortunately we are busy now”. Over a month of trying and no one is available. 6 years as a customer means nothing.

  • coproductiveEqu Dr Andrew Perry (@coproductiveEqu) reported

@virginmedia my service is down in linlithgow. Please help.

  • NatalieMacaluso Natalie Macaluso (@NatalieMacaluso) reported

You doubled my bill @virginmedia with no prior warning, the Wi-Fi connection is terrible and you won’t talk to me to explain why. It’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced, all I want to do it leave and I can’t because you won’t engage with me. What do I have to do?

  • SharpshotII Matt (@SharpshotII) reported

@virginmedia Yes there are related issues on your status page but the time keeps moving for when it supposed to be "fixed", so what you're not really sloving the problem or you just down mind the broadband cutting out and yes there are this issues now.
