    @virginmedia since Christmas our WiFi has been disgustingly bad. A few weeks ago I called yourselves and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. I upgraded our WiFi at home to the best possible WiFi we could have and yet it’s still shockingly bad. I’ve never known such shoddy service

    Ok so, virgin media router kinda sucks, if I use the Bt SmartHub 2, it would basically just be a Wi-fi access point, so would need a like a rpi for dhcp Or I could just buy a google nest Wi-fi or something ubiquiti

    @virginmedia how come I have to reset my broadband router daily to get a signal, zero reception in the upstairs bedroom and yes we have a virgin signal booster, devices constantly need reconnecting and can’t speak to a human on the phone surprise surprise. #disappointed

    @virginmedia Who knows but certain people with in your team have been very flippant about our situation and trying to palm us off with a 20pound credit. This is nowhere near acceptable considering the stress and upset your so called customer service team has put us through.

    @virginmedia Well things aren’t working still which is pretty bad as it was installed on Friday 23rd. We’ve been without services for over 2 weeks and an engineer can’t come out until 3/1/23 which isn’t great as I am wfh from tomorrow until because of train strikes. Really poor service!

    @virginmedia 5/5 that more vulnerable people than I could easily get scammed and that this was a breach of the data protection act. And that's where we left the conversation. Obviously this is an issue that needs to be resolved and the retention team are unable to resolve it.

    @virginmedia @DanielKennett77 We had endless problems with virgin in our old house and have BT now in Horsham, very reliable. Keep pushing virgin to resolve this for you, threaten to cancel if you’re not happy, that will get them moving

    @virginmedia I spoke to someone at Virgin yesterday and they found a connection problem which they will monitor for 24 hours, however the red line is still constantly on the hub.

    @virginmedia The change to my package was done online and resolution done by VM support via whatsapp. Is was a generous final offer by VM but days of hassel on both sides trying to unravel this due to an obvious serious bug in the software allowing this to happen in the first place. thanks
