@virginmedia Its been ongoing for weeks the Internet drops out for a few hours around the neighbourhood you guys come temporarily fix it then it drops out again a few days latter. I dont go on you page or phone anymore because you can't actually get to speak to anyone.

@virginmedia hi there how come we pay for 200 mb broadband and constantly only get 24 mb then we rest the system and it’s fine 24 hrs later same problem getting very upset with it, please sort it or I’m off to BT. #poorservice

@virginmedia Who knows but certain people with in your team have been very flippant about our situation and trying to palm us off with a 20pound credit. This is nowhere near acceptable considering the stress and upset your so called customer service team has put us through.

@virginmedia since Christmas our WiFi has been disgustingly bad. A few weeks ago I called yourselves and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. I upgraded our WiFi at home to the best possible WiFi we could have and yet it’s still shockingly bad. I’ve never known such shoddy service

@virginmedia how come I have to reset my broadband router daily to get a signal, zero reception in the upstairs bedroom and yes we have a virgin signal booster, devices constantly need reconnecting and can’t speak to a human on the phone surprise surprise. #disappointed

Ok so, virgin media router kinda sucks, if I use the Bt SmartHub 2, it would basically just be a Wi-fi access point, so would need a like a rpi for dhcp Or I could just buy a google nest Wi-fi or something ubiquiti

Saved £30 a month 'upgrading' my @virginmedia contract yet they provided a Hub so piss poor for wifi it's cost me another £200 to get a mesh to get coverage to my studio. You know they don't work well. You say as much in the Community Forum. But you keep supplying them! WHY?

@SamMcCartney @virginmedia That’s one reason i left them Sam, swapped to sky just before i moved north, had all the bells whistles package due to love of sport an films, but they tried doubling and wouldn’t do nothing about it so swapped to sky, glad you managed to knock them down 👍🏻
