@virginmedia after spending over a month trying to sort out the end of my contract you finally said it was cancelled with no further charge. I have been billed £60. I need this sorted as these were false promises made by your company and the customer service has been abysmal.

@virginmedia how come I have to reset my broadband router daily to get a signal, zero reception in the upstairs bedroom and yes we have a virgin signal booster, devices constantly need reconnecting and can’t speak to a human on the phone surprise surprise. #disappointed

@virginmedia Yes, having trouble with both, there is just not a good WiFi signal upstIrs. I pay for the highest speed and quite frankly it’s rubish. You have to wat on the phone for hours

@virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

@virginmedia On both my wired PC and our various wireless devices. Rather confusingly, when I checked the service status just now it says that there is an issue and an engineer is due to fix it before 6 tonight, but if I then run a test it tells me there is no network issue found.

@virginmedia so 2 days running the service will down from 8am-3pm. The irony being of course that the router WIFI only reaches the room it’s in and parts of the one next to it. Customer service have no interest either!

@virginmedia shame really because you’ve provided a good service over the years but only leaving due to the previous tweets. Might be back in the future but i am quite loyal to my providers hence 10+ years with VM so will probably stay with my future provider for a good while.
