@virginmedia Yes, having trouble with both, there is just not a good WiFi signal upstIrs. I pay for the highest speed and quite frankly it’s rubish. You have to wat on the phone for hours

@virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

@virginmedia Honestly shocked at the ‘customer service’ provided. Yet another day wasted trying to get issues resolved. Sat on chat from 13:18 to 17:29- got nowhere. Sat on the phone for another 2 hours, transferred 11 times to then finally be told Virgin was closed for the day👍🏼

@O2 @virginmedia had presale tickets this morning ready to purchase, all logged in the app with my VM login details for o2 priority. When I got to the checkout it takes me to the o2 website where I can’t log in using my VM details?!

@virginmedia I feel so sorry for those being moved across to O2. I've had over 6 months of appalling data speeds with a constant "were working to fix the issue". If I wasn't on wi-fi now I wouldn't have been able to load this tweet

Finally got rid of @virginmedia after my contract ended 7 mths ago. Cut off 3x, put on hold 5x during the hour. Tried selling me broadband for £40 a mth. Final question for me "do l have any friends or family l would like to refer" also charged a disconnection fee!! Never again!!
