    @virginmedia Hi in recording hiccups are lots of shows we have never watched or asked for but it says we have deleted. In scheduled recordings there is only one show... Which we set to record.

    @virginmedia There is not point of any responses from @virginmedia as these are generic without understanding the issues of customers. Despite given porting date of 9 Nov still number hasn’t ported. Extremely poor service.

    @virginmedia Appreciate it thank you, operative mentioned upgrading my package, (I've only just renewed last month) and mentioned "my partner's mobile package". I don't have any mobile SIMs with you and have never made mention of a partner so it set off alarm bells.

    @virginmedia The engineer you sent out after three days found the issue, and we were told someone would be around to fix it the very next day (no one came) 17 days later and a complaint put in and still absolutely nothing.

    @virginmedia Hello, we’re still having intermittent issues with our services. When we run a service check on our area it says there are no issues, but when we call your helpline, we get an automated message to say there is ongoing issues and we get told to sign up for updates.

    @virginmedia for the 3rd time today my broadband won’t work because my modem keeps needing rebooting and is crap I need a new one but can’t get through to anyone to speak to this is been going on weeks now, absolute terrible service

    @virginmedia I done as you suggested back in April and the discount was agreed however it has never been implemented! Only just noticed as I did expect this would be done

    @virginmedia @samknows @Speedtest As you can see however, I lose a LOT of speed between the Hub and my PC connected via eithernet switch and cables. I'm guessing these need to be upgraded. I don't want to waste the time of the engineer I had booked for the 14th, should I cancel, or do you think they could help?
