    @virginmedia No, the technician tightened the cable on each end then gave us the date for when issues would stop in my area, yet they still continue at random times. Even when I've received a text stating that the area problem has been fixed.

    @virginmedia Just got through on phone. YEP, JUST PLAIN OLD MIS-SOLD. Please get your operatives to be clear that Netflix is not “included” as they keep saying, giving the impression that the cost is covered by Virgin, but it is merely *itemised* on the bill. I will raise a formal complaint.
