@virginmedia Which appointment? I’ve had dozens. They’re never met. I’m just stuck in an endless loop of delayed appointments & no one from Virgin knowing why. They blame the outside construction team. The construction team says it’s virgin who sets the work order & they aren’t getting it.

@virginmedia @seanmcd07 That’s a load of crap Virgin, and you know it. YOU hired YODEL, YOU’RE the customer - not Sean. You have to chase them, as they will tell Sean if he tries. If you want to save money hiring the cheapest courier you can find, you need to accept responsibility.

@virginmedia I am formally notifying you of poor service and expect you to resolve it within 14 days. If you are unable to do so, I consider you in breach of contract and will be writing to request I leave my contract immediately and without penalty as outlined by Ofcom

@virginmedia is it true there are parts of Watford area without any telephone for over 24 hours? They can't even dial 999 if they had an emergency. These include vulnerable residents such as the elderly living alone. Is this acceptable? Care to comment on your customer service?

@virginmedia Two days?? Two ******* days!!! This just says everything about Virgin media. I couldn't even get onto the site & spent over an hour on the phone to "customer service" all for zero help. Utterly useless!
