    @virginmedia On the last call I was told that I can try and ring back next week but there's nothing they can do right now. The issue is that my contract should end in August 2022 but I've now been told I can't leave until Sep 2023 which is unfair as I didn't agree to that.

    @virginmedia don’t appreciate one of your Virgin media vans pulling up opposite our house , keeping his engine running whilst have a phone conversation on hands free (very loudly) at 07:30 in the morning, with his window half down as he’s smoking. *** butt chucked out of window!

    There is no worse service than @virginmedia Internet is off,been kicked out of the app…again! Can’t get back in as my email and password won’t work…again!!Can not wait until this contract is up! And I don’t need any reps asking me to DM them as they never respond anyway 😡

    @virginmedia I’ve had your M100 broadband since Saturday & it’s just awful! The signal and speeds around the house is unusable. Tried all the tips & still really bad! Helpdesk we’re useless & just told me to wait 7 days! Totally unacceptable! Should’ve stuck with sky!

    @virginmedia At last an apology! Logged a complaint, the complaints agent that called me (having been given timeline of all issues) had zero empathy and was no help whatsoever. Now also paying £25 for an O2 SIM I didn’t want on top of my current package, which already has a SIM 😳

    @virginmedia My WiFi is down for the last 20 mins and the service check page says there aren’t any issues. Clearly there are as the router keeps restarting - what’s going on people have to work

    @virginmedia 2 days now no internet in g76 Glasgow this is a farce! £75 a month broadband for overseas call centre to fob us off with shite patter. Wfh and effecting our jobs this is not acceptable. Get your arses out and fix this now or refund me loss of earnings
