A few weeks ago I called yourselves and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. I upgraded our WiFi at home to the best possible WiFi we could have and yet it’s still shockingly bad. I’ve never known such shoddy service

From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

But again I didn't have any estimated time. This is just sounding like a loop rather than any potential solution.

Catherine Inglis (@cafi_epcc) reported@virginmedia I finally (thought I’d) managed to arrange for one to be delivered after a phone call to the helpline last week - but all we’ve received is a new power supply and a letter that implies that the problem we reported was a faulty power supply - which was never discussed.
