@virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

@virginmedia how long with the internet be down for in the WS3 area?
-
Cllr Donna Greaves (@Donna4Rainhill) reported
@virginmedia You've flatly refused to take a report of a fault for an elderly customer who's landline is faulty when somebody else has tried to report it for them you have said "computer says no" Your CSR confirmed "you do not have a dept that deals with vulnerable customers" WOW JUST WOW!
-
Samo Chandler (@SamoEdits) reported
@geraintthomas @TalkTalk Get Virgin Media fibre. Yes they're more expensive, and don't have great customer service themselves and won't give good deals to keep your business after your contract is up. But I've rarely ever had disconnection problems, the odd area-wide issue. But mostly always reliable.
-
Lita Doolan (@Litadoolan) reported
@virginmedia Yes still an issue. @richardbranson please advise. #virgin #email #volt
-
✨SynchroJack88 - TL47✨ (@SynchroJack88) reported
@virginmedia I’m no novice and have worked in technology for over 14 years. I know how to reboot a router etc and it doesn’t solve the issue! Funny how the service deteriorated after the cooling off period ends
-
Mia Culpa (@UBSixT) reported
Further to previous @virginmedia tweet..just got a call back from Glasgow..they had a power outage so call was ended,Lady confirmed 150 call if I press option disconnection will go through to a UK call centre but it can be any of six or can be outsourced no numbers kniown. FARCE!

@MelHorrocks19 @virginmedia Have you got a good data package in you phone contract? I use my iPhone as a Wi-Fi hot spot when my broadband goes down at work (not Virgin)
-
Cllr Donna Greaves (@Donna4Rainhill) reported
@virginmedia Furthermore a complaint was made from one virgin customer about the lack of support asking you to test the line for a fault and you incredulously sent a copy of that complaint to... the customer account that you are unable to act upon or test, that is just utter madness Virgin
-
Peter Rossi (@prprivate) reported
@virginmedia Virgin Media do - I don’t want you to call me from “Twitter” you have my complaint ID, please get someone to review it who has the capacity to resolve it and get them to call me
