    @virginmedia I will try again by unplugging the router etc. However other people living near me are also experiencing problems. It is not just me.

    @virginmedia TV and phone are fine. It is the broadband that is still slow despite the reset.

    @virginmedia I have used that 0800 number. It says there is still a problem and should be fixed by 6 pm tonight. That is what it said yesterday!

    @virginmedia So, 3 phone calls over 50 mins all cut off! All I wanted to do was pay off a handset and upgrade a contract. Customer service 0/10!

    @virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

    @InTheseHeels Have you tried turning it on and off again? .....OK in all seriousness it happens to me on my LAN . I concluded as I'm on a domestic connection, Virgin Media , I suspect they refresh the network to loose dormant connections periodically and I get booted off for a few secs

    @virginmedia Don't recall seeing an email.We weren't advised that we would receive an email.Are you saying then that once the email is sent that's the confirmation. How can you check something you don't know about?The customer responsible for checking your staff are doing their job correctly?

    @virginmedia After 3 full months with a total loss of broadband service and way too many calls to all different departments of Virgin Media. I have just been told that the automatic compensation of £8.06 per day I am elegible of won't go ahead for no reason. An absolute robbery.

    @virginmedia I believe it’s Virgin but I’m not sure. The SIM was never put into a phone or activated as we were told it was cancelled. Not connected to broadband

    @virginmedia Will do. Does the customer accept the contract by clicking an accept option on the email? Concerned because who has done that on our behalf when we didn't even know about the confirmation email.
