    @virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

    @virginmedia Hi. Please read the thread. One App doesn't work properly, my TV box is generally fine. From a quick Google I can see it is a problem for other people with Virgin Media TiVo boxes too where the @All4 app doesn't load programmes. I can access the app and all the menu screens.

    @Howard_Norton @Virgin I haven’t even managed to get through to @virginmedia yet despite multiple attempts and long holds to even comment on their actual customer service. The fact they are trying to charge me for something I have cancelled and haven’t used is beyond the joke already! #poorservice

    @virginmedia That was a wired connection. It downloaded in the end (all 92GB), I will keep a lookout for issues.

    @virginmedia @ruskin147 It’s also affecting your 4G mobile data service so every time your broadband goes down so does the 4G and we lose all of our internet access.

    @7pudinis @virginmedia Was signal issue that originated from the Initial install yrs ago, bent wire in outside box, I guess over the yrs degraded till no signal, all fixed now

    @virginmedia Absolutely disgusting service from Virgin. Rang to get refund for sky sports since lockdown and no help whatsoever. And I can’t make a complaint apparently as it will be automatically closed!!

    @virginmedia The worst bit you get one letter on 6th Nov saying your case is being investigated & apologising for taking 8 weeks to sort, two days later the case is closed as I didn’t reply to a letter 4 weeks earlier I never received!!!!

    Anyone else have a problem with All4 app on @virginmedia Can access the menu / home page but anytime I try to actually watch a programme I get a black screen & 4 dots endlessly blinking, as if buffering, but the show never, eeeevveerrr appears... On Googling, seems common issue?

    @virginmedia No I didn’t and I don’t remember receiving one. I have checked all my emails from you and nothing. I rang a couple of days ago to ask for a discount and was basically told to get lost. I spend £100 a month with you guys and was shocked at the service. Account name Lisa Morley.

    @krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

    @virginmedia Re-written for you: So sorry we spent hours messaging U, then said to reach us by WhatsApp, then said U weren’t being ignored by the chatbot, then told by the chatbot it couldn't help and U need to actually call the same no. U already called 7x. Enough.

    @virginmedia My grandad used to watch the sports channels. Since he passed away, I called up to cancel these channels. I was told she’d have a bill that was higher as was the first 2 months without these channels in 1. However, that bill cost has not come down and Virgin don’t seem to care!

    Hello @virginmedia, my Mum keeps receiving letters that her "device needs to be replaced" or she'll lose her back-up line. Each time she eventually gets through to your support staff she's told to ignore the letter as there's nothing to be replaced... this is the 3rd letter now!
