@virginmedia I have checked and there are no faults. I am still having issues over a week later and this is totally unacceptable! Two children trying to take part of zoom lessons which they keep dipping in and out of as the connection just keeps dropping! Unable to get through to you on 150

Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

@virginmedia That is fine. As long as they look back at all the calls and loss of signals from the 10th Jan as when I spoke to someone cald keshev on the 23feb he told me everything looks fine on his end but couldn’t see my hub online (lol) neither could he send a signal to my hub.
