Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

Day 4 of my virgin media router deciding to just stop working multiple times per day. No error lights, no warnings. Just stops providing a signal. Only fix. Sitting and waiting for it to restart. Send me one of your new ones stop giving me old hubs.

@virginmedia It's not an area fault, not when it's others around the country having the same issue. It's happening everywhere. The company I work for is with Virgin BB and the last week it's been having the same issue. Our BB kept cutting out or slowed right down. It's just not acceptable.

@virginmedia I think the issue is more I pay £46 a month for broadband which is a fortune and then he wanted more money and could get an engineer quicker to me if I paid for it surely that engineer is available anyway.
