@virginmedia I have checked and there are no faults. I am still having issues over a week later and this is totally unacceptable! Two children trying to take part of zoom lessons which they keep dipping in and out of as the connection just keeps dropping! Unable to get through to you on 150

Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

Absolutely appalled at @virginmedia tried to cancel my broadband installation/account yesterday & when they couldn’t convince me to stay got hung up on, called again today and got hung up on! When your engineer comes to install it I won’t be home & the D/D has been cancelled!
