    @virginmedia I have continually tried to call, your wait times are really unacceptable, anyway I have also opted for the text service, however no text received. I am losing faith I’ve been waiting since August for some kind of contact from you. Any other options?

    @virginmedia I have checked and there are no faults. I am still having issues over a week later and this is totally unacceptable! Two children trying to take part of zoom lessons which they keep dipping in and out of as the connection just keeps dropping! Unable to get through to you on 150

    Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

    Shocking customer service from @virginmedia been trying to cancel my account for weeks due to a house move - impossible to contact anyone and they have merrily taken January’s payment. Definitely will never be using again in any future homes!
