BigF (@Bigg_F_) reported@virginmedia Yes. Eventually got through via chat to a real person. They advised a factory reset of hub which is a complete pain to set back up and it made no difference. Engineer arranged to come today. I also raised a formal complaint. Mysteriously it’s working two hours later.
