Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

@virginmedia No apparently there are ongoing issues in my area Cm5 9az which you are hoping to resolved by the 5th but not definite i just wish you would inform customers when these faults occur rather than us chasing you up

@virginmedia I have checked and there are no faults. I am still having issues over a week later and this is totally unacceptable! Two children trying to take part of zoom lessons which they keep dipping in and out of as the connection just keeps dropping! Unable to get through to you on 150

@virginmedia I have virgin tv, virgin broadband and 3 virgin mobile phones and the reception is shocking. The router provides WiFi in a radius of 3 yards at best and all costumer service says is there is nothing wrong. Obviously there is because if I walk up stairs the signal drops off

@virginmedia Just spoke to 2 people and took 90 minutes. Was passing me through to virtual tech and then phone cut off. This is totally unacceptable. We have no alarm system, no broadband or TV and nobody can help us. What do we do from here?
