    @virginmedia Thank you I am going to try again via sales as managed to get through last night but was informed I need to speak to construction and they were closed. Complaint ref was/is C-030920566 Thanks for helping Mark

    @virginmedia At the moment I’m going to hold tight and take the advise of my text message rather than chase around for internet provision all day. I’m just hopeful there’ll be some sort of compensation for the service that’s not being provided.

    @virginmedia I have continually tried to call, your wait times are really unacceptable, anyway I have also opted for the text service, however no text received. I am losing faith I’ve been waiting since August for some kind of contact from you. Any other options?

    Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

    @virginmedia So I've been having my Wifi go off and on for about 2-5 seconds every 10 mins or so, for the past 3 hours... I have reset my router fully yet it's still happening. As your phone lines are closed, I have no way of getting help. This is ANNOYING.
