    @virginmedia I have checked and there are no faults. I am still having issues over a week later and this is totally unacceptable! Two children trying to take part of zoom lessons which they keep dipping in and out of as the connection just keeps dropping! Unable to get through to you on 150

    @virginmedia Thank you I am going to try again via sales as managed to get through last night but was informed I need to speak to construction and they were closed. Complaint ref was/is C-030920566 Thanks for helping Mark

    @virginmedia Please don’t conveniently close the live chat because you cut my phone and you’re having massive issues. The phone is my business phone and you are now liable for any missed work. Sort it out, shocking service.

    @virginmedia We have had no coverage over the weekend in december we were without service for 10 days this seems to be an ongoing problem which you are failing to cure

    Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

    @samatlounge @virginmedia Ugh. I long ago stopped using the VirginMedia wifi and got my own router. Far better signal, far more control. We've always found their cable service to be excellent, but their customer service to be less so!
