Any @virginmedia customers out there who’ve been landed a price increase - just ring them on 03454541111 and the automated service immediately offers you a £4.50 pm discount for 6 months = £27 of savings. Bit of a weird way of doing business but obvs hope many just suck it up. 👍

@virginmedia hi yes went through this with customer services yesterday, i just dont understand why the wifi is so poor as you go upstairs, i had no issues with my utility warehouse broadband for many years use to get good signal all over the house, the only issue was the speed at 80mb

@virginmedia @virginhelp Bit long for a tweet, but new system, can't load Office (for Outlook) because codes, forgotten passwords etc go to email, can't get email because can't load Outlook and Virgin Webmail not working for my main email. So I can't do much on my computer now (no work or games)
