@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

@virginmedia The worst bit you get one letter on 6th Nov saying your case is being investigated & apologising for taking 8 weeks to sort, two days later the case is closed as I didn’t reply to a letter 4 weeks earlier I never received!!!!

@virginmedia I have tried every App. Every troubleshooting service you offer in order to not have to actually deal with a customer and NONE of them work. None of them allow me to even explain what the issue is because it doesn't fit your proforma questions. Even now no one is speaking to me!

The customer service from virgin media is disgraceful, last year I was told I coudnt cancel my account or leave because of the block, that virgin is illegal, ive been with virgin since it was cable and wireless, im not tied into a contract! Sorry polly for moaning on your thread

@virginmedia There has never been any area problem with broadband listed on the service status site when we’ve had the outages. Engineer is booked for 26/01 and not cancelled yet. Is it worth having them visit if there’s no problem at the time? I don’t want anyone in the house unnecessarily
