@jules0455 @virginmedia We had no landline for 5 weeks,6 days..We just were told there was a problem at the exchange..But it seemed it was just our property..In the end Hubby told TalkTalk just what they could do,& it was resolved in 3 days...Very frustrating..Try to stay calm..💕x

@virginmedia The worst bit you get one letter on 6th Nov saying your case is being investigated & apologising for taking 8 weeks to sort, two days later the case is closed as I didn’t reply to a letter 4 weeks earlier I never received!!!!

Avoid @virginmedia at all costs. In 8 months I've been plagued with problems and to top it all off I've had no TV or internet since yesterday. The soonest anyone can fix it is Thursday. So no TV or internet for atleast 5 days and paying them a fortune for the privilege

@virginmedia John I have not been contacted even when they claim to have solved the issue. 4 months is a failure. I clearly haven’t received the service you claim is offered. This it not a one-off. 8 different times they have failed to make contact.
