    You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

    @virginmedia I’m a new customer and originally broadband was supposed to be installed today, but has moved to 13/4 with no warning!! As 13/4 is also a bank holiday I don’t know what is going on! Have tried calling and live chat and no answers🙁🙄 please help

    @virginmedia Again, it’s insulting to your customers. you only temporarily fix issues for a few hours so you don’t have to pay out when it is clear an issue has been going on for over 48 hours hours and will take over that time to fix. (This was confirmed by ur phone customer service team)
