    @virginmedia That is what happened. If it didn’t happened to you it is even more strange. Do you want me to do it again and record it? In the meantime, I was contacted today and agreed a way forwards to stay with VM. It is quite hard to have to deal with bad customer care while grieving.

    @virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

    Anyone have constant issues with @virginmedia we pay for 200Mb super fast broadband. We are in Bromley. Over the last year we have had nothing but issues and no matter how many times we make contact we get fobbed off. We are paying for a service that cannot deliver. Anyone else?

    Not very good @virginmedia complaint C-2901212518 emailed to say they tried to call. No they haven’t. No incoming calls registered and nothing on my mobile! Didn’t even remotely address the complaint in the email. Please call me!

    @virginmedia Yes I did, a VM agent went through the whole event and resolved it for me. There are thousands of VM customers in a FaceBook group suffering similar problems it is called Virgin Media Customer Service.

    @virginmedia Hi, done the reboot and pin reboot but still dropping out drastically. The speeds I was getting to the speeds I am getting is really bad

    I have noticed a lot of people complain about the service received from @virginmedia for broadband. @Ofcom please can you look into this? We pay for a service that has constantly let us down for many months.

    I understand it takes time to replace fibre optics. I don‘t understand why @virginmedia sends out messages that are plain wrong. My connection is not working, has not been working ever since Tuesday evening. Is this to avoid having to pay back customers?

    @virginmedia Service status says no known issues but when I call over the phone an automated message refers to intermittent problems last two days and that engineers are taking a long time to fix complex problems. Currently ok but recently every day there is a long period of issues.

    @virginmedia broadband has been absolutely dire in the last few weeks. Phases of outage or sun 2mbps speeds. Anyone else experiencing similar in SE26 area? Remember it was around cold snap it got bad - maybe affected the infrastructure.

    @virginmedia Thank you but we have complained and no response. We are with you because you offer 200Mb and we need that, the closest competitor offers only 60Mb. It’s frustrating that we are paying for a service that is not guaranteed

    @virginmedia I have been “on hold” since 1851 for a customer service agent. This is kinda cementing my view of needing to leave.

    @virginmedia It's working now. The work should have finished yesterday Tuesday at 6am but us and all the neighbours had problems all day. Then again this morning problems until late morning. Do we get compensation for that? How do we claim?

    @virginmedia After speaking to you last week regarding my 88 year old father who has had no phone since one of your engineers messed up the line,you assured us an engineer would be out to him today to fix the line,he has sat around all day waiting and nobody has again called or turned up

    @virginmedia I just attempted to phone 150 but my phone said theres a problem. We requested our services end at the end of our contract and was told it would go offline on the 27th (today) but its still online. I cant seem to access online help either.

    @virginmedia How on earth can I go online when I got no internet!!! When I phone your business line and select option 1, then 3 then 2 then 2 it’s a recorded message we are encountering an outage in the business broadband previously they gave estimated times but now everyday total outage!!!!

    On the phone to @virginmedia and to remove pretty much all my tv channels and downgrade my internet speed is going to cost me more!?!? Great customer retention 🙄🙄
