@virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

@virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

@GBridgeford @virginmedia Yeah mate. There only sales technique is we will have buffering with any other service provider so they basically don’t need to look after you because they give the best 😐. Can’t say I have ever had any issues with other providers

@virginmedia I’ve going through this process since 20th March! I’m unable to talk on the phone easily due to a brain injury. I’m still waiting for a response from the resolution team!!

@virginmedia Absolutely no help at all. Hub was restarted and still doesn't work. Sent me a link and asked me questions, I answered and it told me to insatal the app I have already got..... Going around in circles. I nneed more help. My broadband isn't working and hasn't since instalation.

So for over a week now our @virginmedia wifi has been absolutely woeful,turns out they decided to do on their router for the so called smart WiFi.Its absolutely appalling, never heard the saying if its not broke don't fix it ,terrible

@virginmedia Why do your customer service agents find it acceptable to take their lunch break in the middle of an unresolved support call, and in some cases not return? This has now happened to me at least 3 times in the past fortnight and my problem still isn't sorted out.

@virginmedia Cant really connect devices around the house by multiple Ethernet cables though. What’s to stop this continuing forever with new dates? I’ve had terrible internet for months and I pay full price £65/month for a service I never receive. Surely I should be getting a hefty refund?

@virginmedia No. Spoke to someone sat morning but put on hold again to transfer to ANOTHER department. By that time I had to go out so had to put phone down. Really appreciate someone call me. You should have mobile no on system.

@virginmedia when trying to ring your customer service number the line says they are prioritising vulnerable customers then cuts out. I ran all the tests, kept saying there wasn't a problem. We also got a booster (at £3 extra on top of the £90 we already pay)!! No way to email thru website
