    @virginmedia we done that, all connections are in to the box, your company network thinks that we are connected via router this not so, but has a cable run into the house.

    @virginmedia Not sure what this will do. There has been regular outages in the area for over a week. Your call centre told me today that this should now be fixed and will not reoccur. We will see if this is the case when the service eventually returns.

    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia @nickgooner80 I wanna know why my broadband has been all day! I do not want to be paying for a service I cannot use!!!!!! 🤬🤬 I have a bored 6 year old. SORT IT OUT!!! And I can’t check my service status as I can’t access the internet even on my 4G or the virgin media app.

    @virginmedia And its gone again. Really is an awful service. Your status page is not in real time as i speak to your operators who confirm an outage but your status page says everything is fine

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    @simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

    @virginmedia Just had another engineer out cut some cable off reinstalled the box Internet was working while he was here he left within 10 minutes my Internet has gone again so I call help line to be told They can’t do anything for 24 hours

    @virginmedia There aren't any. It's got progressively worse. It doesn't even cover the whole house, when your routers used to have more range. As soon as the first 6 months are up, it slows down and you call to try to sell boosters. It's all about money, always.

    @virginmedia what’s going on with your service in DA9. Latency in last 7 days has ranged from 15.1ms to 270ms. Very unreliable latency.

    Ok so my 85 yr old Mother's house phone is not working... 35 minutes trying to get thru to @Virgin @virginmedia to sort it out.. they are sending someone out on TUESDAY!!!!! If you think this is good enough well done... My family have been with @Virgin for years and years
