    @virginmedia are there known issues with broadband in Loughton IG104QU? Had very patchy speeds recently . Paying for 350mb, typically getting 150mb+. Few days now of <30mb 😫

    @virginmedia I can speculate… your engineers not fixing the issue, probably because they’re spread too thinly, probably because of cost-cutting initiatives to please shareholders. Just speculating.

    @virginmedia Ok thanks. No I've used it for a long time. I use cafe nero every week for a free coffee. So I know how it all works. The app tells us to call 02 for help. But they just tell me I should not use it if not an 02 customer.

    @virginmedia Can you please advise how I can get in contact with the relevant team to sort out my constantly very very poor Internet connection. Its been practically useless since August, getting worse since Jan '21 and is now making it impossible for me to be in virtual meetings

    @virginmedia Not now there isn’t. But there was no service at 8am until 10.30. T happens on a regular basis but it doesn’t stop the price going up.

    @virginmedia you have one hour to respond with a solution. 5 - hours spent on call centres 3 - failed outdoor pre-installations. 2 - failed indoor wifi installations. 1st - time customer. This how you treat customers? No solution today, fine, I’ll go with @skytv

    @BrianBr41198151 There service has become appalling on the phone today 98mins then they cut me off no resolution to the problem been with em over 25yrs Virgin Media's customer service is non existent think twice before you sign up.

My mother had a stroke and had severe dementia. we tried to cancel her broadband and just keep the tv as she couldn't use a computer any more. They kept asking to speak to her and got angry when she couldn't remember her password. Utter scum.

    @virginmedia So ALL servicea are currently down in CT17 (TV, Fiber , and phone) They have been down since 1500hrs on July 13th. Not expected back up and running until 1300hrs on 14th July. This is not acceptable. You really are totally inept

    @JasonAlderwick @richardbranson Confusing though it is Jason, Richard Branson has never owned Virgin Media. He held a minority stake of roughly 10% and licensed the Virgin brand name to the business until the company was bought out by Liberty Global in 2013.
