    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia 2) If the ISP provides the router, they certainly know the MAC address of that router. If that router is providing DHCP service or is acting as a bridge to provide IP addresses for your devices from a centralized DHCP server, the MAC address and the IP address (metadata).....

    Hi @virginmedia, very disappointed with customer services who haven’t dealt with a recent complaint. Due to aggressive selling & poor communication, I am potentially trapped in an 18-month contract even though I am moving to an area to which I am unable to transfer my services.

    But I am now in a situation where I am set to move on 29 Jan 2021. I tried to give notice weeks ago but, due to customer service failings, could now incur disconnection charges. I would welcome a response as soon as possible before I escalate this matter, @virginmedia.
