Customer care needs to be open and easily accessible, not made to impede or frustrate customers. It's way easier dealing with a bank or even HMRC.

Told he will be back in 30mins, 2 hours later nothing. Now on 4th call to customer service getting cut off and no one knows what they are doing! Appalling service!

Day to day work, slow load on web browsers, crashes daily even with Ethernet run to office in house. Upgraded recently now £114 a month and still awful WiFi. How do I cancel my contract?

In all that connection time, never got to the stage were some could deal with my problems. Most of it was going through security questions. Password rejected tho' VM posted it to me wks back. Useless.
